Dave DThe worker was late in opeing up the store, so my pickup was delayed by 20 mins. The truck rear door was broken due to the rust of the hinges, this caused delays in our transportation plans. This delay caused us to drop off the truck during closing hours which was not helped by the fact that the equipeent return line was congested by parked/returned trucks to the point i coulndt park without blocking the entrance. I parked in the uhaul parkinglot instead It was a terrible experience

OLEKSANDRA GI had to clean the cargo area before use and fix (reinstall) the weather stripping on the rear cargo door frame from the last person that left it like that.

She was very marvelous helpful when I dropped off the truck today. The next lady who helped me was very intelligent. Also they were on point. Excellent job well done. I would recommend my friends and family to that location. Good job.

REDHOUANE MI wish this was rating the trailer for the purpose but was recommended. The toy haulers 3 ramps was stupid!!! The wheelbase of my 2010 can am was more narrow than the design of the ramps. The wheels were off the ramp in the inside which was fine going up and I could see. Backing off was impossible and dangerous. Someone had to actually physically push sideways and help guide it off. I would not recommend the toy hauler because if the 3ramps. I loved all the cleats to attach the ratchet straps to.

ALBERT DThis was the third location I needed to go to from the location I booked in my reservation. I get that certain size trucks might not be available at a location but was moved once and when I went to the new location was moved again. Would have expected the truck to be delivered to the location of original reservation. However was expected to drive to the various locations.

Phillip HBetter explanation about paying for tolls online, had to call customer service for a detailed procedure. Guy behind the counter just said go to U-Haul Tolls . Com. Staff should be trained better about handling questions about tolls

KEVIN JHorrible employees Returned the van with fuel topped up to the level and they still put 4 gallons of fuel to my tap …!!!! I only drove 17 miles , i still fueled 2 gallons to make sure i bring it to the level amd they still added 4 gallons of fuel to my invoice!!!! The van was dirty outside , rear view camera was dirty and I couldn’t see anything backing up … i am contacting corporate first thing Monday
DIMITAR AThere is a lingering smell of marijuana every time I am there. For that reason I am unlikely to rent there again. Shame because otherwise the customer service is excellent.
