MARIO AI only have positive things to say about this location and staff. Everyone is kind, friendly and efficient. Upon returning the van, James coordinated transportation for me so I wouldn’t have to pay for an uber.

ANDREW Ehonestly it was ok because we were in a bind but they gave us a truck with low tire pressure and it got flat right as i got to my destination had to wait an hour for someone to replace it and that tire had low tire pressure as well

I regret making an after-hours reservation so deeply; my entire early start to my move that I had planned around was erased when the app straight up wouldn't work. I am a tech literate member of the digital generation so please believe me when I tell you: the system doesn't work, it wastes time, and creates massive amounts of stress. Thank god the staff was very patient and able to help me check my truck in and out manually. 5 stars to them, -50 to the app, it should be illegal.

JENNIFER CEquipment was perfect, nicest truck I have ever rented. Process was easy, and team helped me with comparison of one way vs local - so I could get best deal on mileage since I had to travel out of town to pick up a couch out if town. Really appreciated how easy pick up and drop off was.

Linda HUhaul claimed I drove an extra 70 miles and attempted to charge me during return. Was told that mobile pickup often tries to skew the numbers. I contested it and nobody contacted me, they just decided not to charge my card for the extra miles. Someone is running a scam here.

CHRISTINA KTerrible place no parking. I know the staff are trying their best but they didnt have enough people to maintain the cleanliness of their trucks. They gave me an old truck that had a unpleasant smell.

JANET SEverything worked out very well from start to finish. Thank you. 10/10 I will do this again. A really great experience. One thing I would change, however. On my U-HAUL Equipment Contract printout that I received when I rented the equipment, under the 'Drop-Off Equipment At' section, it says, "Call (xxx) xxx-xxxx when you arrive in SACRAMENTO CA". I did that. I was greeted with phone menu hell, never able to find an option to let them know that I was about to drop off my equipment. Ultimately, it didn't matter, because the people there when I pulled up were fantastic to work with. Absolutely no complaints at all. But there is a bit of a disconnect between the prompt on the equipment contract and what happens when you follow that prompt.

Elvin Mmy reservation was changed last minute without my knowledge or consent; i arrived here and was told i was now to drop in West Sac. i chose this location specifically for the convenience and do not know what messed up in the system that said i was to drop on the other side of town. thankfully, these guys figured it out and were super friendly. would use again.
MEAGAN PYour uhaul was given to me with the gas below half and I cleaned it out before I returned it I even wiped down the driver and passenger area I'm a auto detailer. And now I haven't gotten my deposit back and you guys are trying to charge me more money
