Ramona RThis was my first time at this specific uhaul location. When I arrived, there were cones closing off certain areas, and I didnt see a specific parking area, so I followed the arrows and lines outlined on the pavement and parked next to a trailer. I came out and saw a worker, and greeted him by saying hello. He sighed, rolled his eyes and shrugged his shoulders in frustration saying “these are here for a reason” as he moved one of the orange cones. I responded by saying I didnt go through the cones, I went through the open area that was outlined by arrows and followed it. I apologized saying I didnt know where to park and asked if it was okay if I was parked here. He said no this is where our equipment goes and kept sighing and sounding visibly frustrated. I apologized again asking where I should repark. After reparking I was told to check in at the office. Crystal was very kind and helped me get checked in. Come to find out, the name of the other employee was Greg I believe. I dont know why his first impressions were so rude and unprofessional. This was a misunderstanding, since there were no signs saying I couldnt drive/park in the other area, a simple “hi, for future reference this is our equipment parking lot and our customer parking area is over there” would have sufficed. Although I live closest to the Broadway location, I no longer feel comfortable coming to this location again.

Also, the self-checkout required that I take pictures and I was parked in a space where I couldn't take them. However, a staff member helped me check out easily!

Made a stupid ass account for your broken website and app to not let me return. Just say to call the person.. terrible zero stars will not come back
Omar VGas was completely empty and said 0 miles to E. Huge inconvenience when on a time schedule to meet people and then the closest gas station being $5.80 a gallon. Wouldn't recommend this location at all. First the location i wanted to rent from said they didn't have anything so then we got sent here and of course it added issues.

D'Ann DFirstly, I am an international student with a valid driver's license and scheduled for an after hours pickup. But I was not able to do that as they need someone at the location to verify my credentials as I have international identification documents. So I had to call my friend to be my driver instead. Next, Even after my friend was able to accompany me in the middle of the night all the way from Davis, the lock box mentioned in the app was already open with no key inside. And there was another lock box that was locked and with the help of the TruckShare customer care helpline, we were able to open that but that was empty as well. So we had no other option than waiting for the location to open next day 7 AM and we needed the truck urgently. This costed us costs in travelling to and from the location multiple times, as well as extending my previous lease as I needed ore time to load the truck now that I got it late. Extremely poor experience with the location's service.

MONEOL jI’m terrible with names but there were two employees there at the broadway location when I was renting, a guy and a girl. They were extremely helpful and were with me through the entire process. Walked me through some minor technical difficulties but we got it done!

Jaime LThe location was fine. I set up my reservation to do everything on my mobile device, but the truck was not pre-loaded with the equipment I reserved. That was a little disappointing, but it worked out to my benefit as the equipment that I thought I needed I did not really need. YOUR MOBILE APP SUCKS. I could never get the photographs of the outside of the truck uploaded. I would rent from this location again and I would recommend to someone.

Marissa CThis doesn’t have anything to to do with the specific location but U-Haul completely screwed me the weekend of my move by changing my pickup location twice and without notifying me the second time. Fuck U-Haul. What’s the point of making a reservation for a specific truck at a specific location if that will constantly change.
Leann RThis experience was horrible. The location above was the original pick up location. The day before the reservation, I was contacted by U-Haul and redirected to pick up at a gas station about a mile away. When I got there, the truck was there, but there were no keys. I was then redirected back to this location, and there was a long line and all of your systems were down. Upon dropping off the truck at my destination (it was one way from Sacramento to Petaluma) I was informed that I would need to pay additional mileage. Turns out that the pick up location had the wrong mileage listed and I was informed I had extra charges. They resolved it. Overall, this was a horrible experience.
