When the local movers arrived to pick up the U-box, it was not ready - they had to wait. And then when they got to our pick-up location - they had not been provided with the promised 24 moving blankets - just 4. So I had to drive myself to the location to come pick up more blankets. This delayed the movers from getting to their next job on time - luckily they waited for me to return with the blankets. The staff at the location were accommodating, and got the U-box ready while the movers waited, and also provided the additional blankets when I explained. I know things can sometimes go awry, but this seemed to be an avoidable lack of communication from the national reservation system with the local office.

MANOLO RI made the rental on their app 3 days before event and it was sooo easy. the process is easy to follow, picked a vehicle, uploaded drivers license and payment info. and all done. Walked in and was handed keys in couple minutes. will use app again and this location too. good service and friendly.

RICHARD HWhen I make purchases over the volume needed I should have an honest accounting by the return site personnel to give me an honest return credit of the clean new product. I provided pictures of the item and they were secured with the rental blankets.

The "pick-up" tab button not available to click until 10 minutes after my rental was supposed to have started and then kept saying that I was at the wrong location (I was not). I had to wait in line and didn't get my truck until 40 minutes after my rental was supposed to start.

MANUEL AThis is the slowest U-Haul around. I only rent here out of desperation when the other ones don’t stock the vehicle I am looking for or are not open at the right time. I avoid this location as much as I can. They are zombies and move like them too.

EDDIE OThere was only one person working and a long line; they were too busy to provide a receipt after scanning the trailer in, and therefore it shows one day later for the return instead of the actual day it was returned. It wasn't the employees fault that they were the only one working

SHELBY WEmployee's were all very helpful and provided above average customer service. However, I had previously discussed that I wanted to pay with a different method of payment once I returned the truck and not use the credit card that was used for the security "hold". When I arrived to return my trunk the employee had already charged my credit card on file without my consent because I was planning touse a different method of payment. Other than that everything was done very well.

Donald JI was scheduled to pick up the truck at 7am. Chris arrived 20 min late to open the store. I said good morning and he didn't even say anthing. Worst customer service. He was not helpful, did nothing to help me. I paid for blankets and he forgot. Couldn't help me to get them, just pointed me to an empty rack. Couldn't have helped me less, would not recommend this location and will not be returning.

Victor CReceived zero furniture pads. One table surface got damaged by sharp items during shipping. We received one u box, which the moving company staff loaded it and hauled it away. However, I got charged for two u boxes from u haul, and two u boxes moving fees as well. Contacting the moving company couple times, however no one answered.
