You should definetly clean your equipment, hire employees with the "want" to be there. Train your employees properly. I will definetly be doing something about ny recent experience, since at store or customer service level it was not resolved. Please feel free to contact me via email for any questions.

I had placed an after hours booking online, with the self pick up option. I took an uber to the location, went through the login/pick up prompts, then found there was no keys left for the vehicle, even though I was allowed to book it. Ended up wasting my money on a round trip Uber for nothing and ended up costing me $250 in business because I wasn't able get my truck on the intended time. The next morning I returned to the location and got a truck. Upon return, the employee on duty was rude and ignoring all customers to talk to a friend. Kept me waiting for almost 20 minutes to simply answer my question of where to leave the keys of my truck. Been a long time user of Uhaul, but from now on I am going to Penske or Ryder.

The reps were great but we had no idea that even though we reserved the truck online with a pick up time of 9am and arrived at 8:55am, there would be a huge line of people picking up ahead of us! We ended up not getting the truck until 9:30am. I just wish the online reservation system had somehow warned us to arrive like, half an hour early or something. It would've been nice to get a heads up.

Great location to rent a truck but really slow service, busy people look for faster service, just one guy attending a long line, making the rentals, dispatching new rentals, accepting truck returns, hooking up the trailers, to much tasks for one person. on moving day every minute counts.

I always worry about the interior lights running the battery down? It hasn't happened, but, it would be nice to know ahead of time. Could this be one of your stickers inside the vehicle?

Im extremely dissapointed in your services. I had rented from you before and I will never do so again. I placed an order a month prior to pick up the truck at 9am. I did not get it until 1pm!!!! I wasted over $300 dollars to pay the people who where standing around doing nothing until the truck got there. Not cool to change someones reservation the day of and not tell them in advance. My father in law works for Uhaul and he would never let this happen. You need to get better managers.

Great staff, efficient with check out and check in. A larger neighborhood location. Well stocked to make moving easy. Newer vehicles. They will meet your expectations if you understand and follow the rules, do your research, and make a reservation. Go early to avoid long wait times during the weekends. The boys work as fast as they can. Highly recommend East Los Angeles UHaul!

I was charged for insurance when I clearly and affirmatively denied the coverage. I was told by the agent that it would be reversed but I was charged anyway.
