My reservation was for 5 PM for a Cargo Van. Upgrade was not an option. The vehicle was rented out during the day. The person who rented it, did not return it until 6:40Pm. I got the cargo van, but almost two hours later than I was supposed to get it. I realize you don't have control over customers. But it didn't make my wait any better.

First of all I did reschedule and wanted that is Los Angeles location I had already been notified last week that my truck was ready which I didn't want it for last week I rescheduled so I don't understand why this happened all in all I did receive my truck at the East Los Angeles location then I was charged $92 because I didn't have have has in the truck when it was returned! What a rip off I thought I would be saving money due to having the truck back at the ELA location! This wasn't the case, I spent too much money on this rental!! I want my money back!

I used the online check in. This was supposed to make things faster and easier. That was a mistake, they still needed all my info, what a waste of time. Then when dropping it off.... I had to wait in line, as there is only one person there serving 6 people inline, 20 mins just to drop off a trailer that I had to take off myself.

Seats were sticky and stained brown like some kind of animal excrement. Steering wheel was sticky too. Could not get the smell off my body even after showering three times that day. Now my whole apartment smells like wet stray dog stank. I just might have to throw away the clothes i wore that day. Also wish a few pointers were given for how to drive a 17 truck were given, esp. considering this was my first time driving one of these although i eventually did figure out how most things worked.

Woman who waited on me has no customer service skills. Acted like she wasn't happy to be working. Male "supervisor" is just the opposite. Saw him when I returned the truck. He's very friendly and warm.

The customer service could improve a lot! A customer does not need to hear vulgar language or how the service rep usually tells difficult customers to go f*** themselves.... I would probably use a different location next time!

Third time using U-Haul. Fix a few issues that may cause accidents. The right rear view mirror was all kinds of shakie, made it very difficult to use while driving on the street and it was even worst on the highway. Also while driving, I was rolling down the driver side window and the nob popped out. My overalle experience from start to finish on a scale of 1-10, one being poor and ten being great, I was at a 6.5. Front counter customer service could use a bit more friendly guest type of approach towards customer. My previous experience when I rented in San Diego was much more pleasant over all, I rated that a 9. I may or may not use your service again, since the service is not consistent.

Truck was Extremely filthy, inside and out. I have rented from U-haul many, many times over the last 40 years. Various locations. This truck was the dirtiest I have ever seen. When calling in about another question, I told the person about the filth. She told me to make sure to bring that up when returning, and I would be compensated. I brought it up, they were busy, and in the rush I forgot make sure. When I got home, checked e-mail statement. I WAS NOT COMPENSATED ???!!! james
