Everything went well except that there was a small amount of dry blood on the inside of the windshield and the handle grip by the door on the passenger side.

I reserved a furniture dolly but it was not available. This was crucial for my move because we had to move an upright piano. I was sent to another location where I had to wait another thirty minutes in line to go through the whole rental process again for one seven dollar item. I was then charged $10 so I could drop it off at the first location when I return the truck. This was a very frustrating start to a very long day.

I was actually scheduled to pick up my truck at a different location, but they were not open for business yet. Fortunately a nice gentleman sent me to dispatch and I was able to rent my truck and conduct my errands. This is not a complaint , just an FYI as U-Haul may want to fix this on their reservation site that this place does not open until 9am. Thank you

Honestly , the gentlemen that assisted us didn't have much of a personality. To serious and not very friendly. I've been there before and liked the service then.

Rented vehicle two weeks ahead. Ended up with a vehicle without sliding doors. Not crucial, but desired. Why aren't all your vans sliding side doors?

Best place to rent a truck.

Better Customer service the representative first told me they did not see my resevation and reason being was that they never asked for my name or details to look up my resevation so of course without this information you could not find it. Attendant not being efficient and taking their time to do their task properly:

This is the second rental I have made through this location. The first 26’ truck was clean and I returned it clean. The second truck (10’) was not all that clean. This truck was returned to the riverside location just as I received it.

Unfortunately the worst van I have rented to date. Air conditioning and heating knobs had issues. One was broken. The other was not working well. One passenger side vent was missing completely. My passenger could not direct the air. It just blasted straight out. She finally had to stuff some paper towels in it.
