The driver door has been hit in the past it seems and for some reason sensor keeps showing “door open” Seatbelt is somewhat short
Dulce GFix your reservation system. When I reserve through the app i write my credit card details then take a picture of my DL and everything that is ask on the app. I take the time to do it. Only to get to the location and do it ALL AGAIN. Pointless. Waste of time for me and your personnel too. Probably this comment will be pointless as well. Just wasting my time again.
ISRAEL BMan !!! East L.A. Uhaul you're thee Best. Your service is awesome. I arrived at 7am for a 10 foot truck and was on the road by 7:30, even with customers before me. I was in line and asked to use the restroom. When I came back to the line I had lost my place to other customers. Surprisingly, the clerk acknowledged my place and was called according to my original place in line. Now that's customer service!!!

I CAN'T PROVE IT, HOWEVER, I THINK THAT YOUR RENTALS OF CARGO VANS TO SWAP MEETERS EQUALS ABOUT 30% OR MORE. IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME, SEND A DRONE OVER ANY SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA SWAP MEET. YOU WILL SEE FOR YOURSELF.
DONALD JI was so impressed how quick the rental of the van took time-wise as well as how quick it took to return my van, calculate my total cost, and pay the bill. Just a few short minutes each time. I don't believe that I could go to any other commercial establishment, including the local market, and process a transaction that fast. My compliments and respect to whomever introduced that innovation. On a separate note, I experienced a problem with the plastic cover that is over the hand brake. I guess whenever I reached to release the handbrake, I did not actually look for it, I must have just used my left hand to reach down and feel for it being that my right hand was on the wheel after starting up; the engine and got into gear. At some point, the cover came loose and I had difficulty putting it back in place. It seems that the small connections that held it in place may not have been a solid fit so recognizing that I could not drive with that cover handing down and blocking my legs, I took the time to get some black tape and made an attempt to tape the cover back in place. It was a challenging task but, I got it done. However, I recognize that it was easy for the cover to get loose and fall down again which meant stopping to tape it up again. Also, I made it a point not to use the far left parking brake and only rely on shifting my gear into PARK so as to ensure that there was no movement once I stopped and parked the truck. It was my thinking that if I avoid using the parking break then I lessen the chance of causing the compartment cover to get loose. However, I soon learned that whenever I stop to park the truck, the truck automatically initiates the Parking Break. Thus, each time I wanted to resume driving, I had very carefully and slowly release the break handle without bothering the cover that I had taped.

RICHARD WMaybe both answers. The truck had issues when trying to turn it. The wheel wouldn’t unlock for me to turn the key to turn on. I had to play with the steering for a bit to unlock and turn on. Truck was clean

The guy told me just leave it there and take off, but felt there should be more security when dropping off equipment to verify equipment got dropped off and secure

Antulio DThe trailer I was given had bald tires. Both blew out on the third day—one in the morning and the other at night. I have a photo of the passenger-side tire as proof. It’s clear the tires were not inspected before being rented. This is a serious safety issue. While the attendant was friendly and helpful, my main issue is with dispatch/transport for releasing unsafe equipment. This needs to be addressed immediately.

Matthew GI had a reservation for 7:30 did not get checked in until 8:00 am, the line was long and they only had one employee at the register. He kept going back and forth delaying our pickup time. There was never any I am sorry for the wait. His coworker showed up at almost 8. My opinion they should be better prepared employee wise especially on a Saturday to be better prepared. I have rented a few times in the past and this has always been the service at this location. I only chose this location for being so close to home.
