Our truck smelled like cigarettes which made the 7 hour drive very inconvenient for my wife who drove the truck. She had to keep the windows down the entire drive even on the highway. The location itself was fine, not a great area to pick up a truck and it was not the location that I had initially selected for pickup. I wish there would have been more than 1 days notice on the location change.
James PI received excellent care for this entire process. I made a couple of calls to ask some questions and received lots of helpful information. When I arrived for the installation, it went very quickly and the gentlemen helping me even installed my bike rack! So, incredibly helpful! I sat in the store while they installed the hitch and saw several other customer being helped, and they too were so well taken care of. I am very impressed and cannot recommend y’all highly enough! Thank you!

Hossein MI usually have a good experience at this location. I booked a last minute rental online and it showed 3 options for this location (I chose a cargo van for 19.99) When I arrived the lot was full of trucks, I asked why the small truck wasn’t available and the guy mumbled something as he was on his phone the entire time checking me in, so I just took the cargo van that was offered online. I ended up paying more for the cargo van ($133, driving way less distance) than the 20’ truck that I have rented 7 days prior ($97.00.) I won’t even try to understand why & how. I will just pay movers their own truck next time!
Catherine PAlot could be done. This was the absolute worst rental and customer service. I reported the issue but was charged anyway and I spent 70 dollars trying get the bugs out out the truck.the worst customer service

Angela PI had booked a reservation for August 21st online and had even called to extend it to the 20th and at no point in any of my confirmation emails or phone call was I told that I needed to be there by 30 minutes after 7 o’clock which is when I put for the truck pick up time. Instead, as I went to pick up my truck, my reservation said canceled in the app and they had given my truck away when it was only a couple hours after the time that I had reserved it which mind you I had reserved it for four entire days so I then was sent to an entire other location across town to pick up the truck. Thankfully, they had one since the last location claimed that all 30 trucks and their lot were for out of town moves then when I went to drop off my truck on Saturday the 22nd instead of Sunday the 23rd at 2:30 PM my drop-off time was originally 1045 on the 23rd mind you and when I dropped it off not intentionally early but thankfully just got it done early and figured I’d get rid of this truck. They claimed that I was still into my fourth day since it was past 1045 on that day and that we were into the fourth day now. I’m typically not one to make a big deal out of customer service issues because I have worked too many customer service jobs to count. However, both of these matters seem quite unreasonable in my opinion, and the fact that I returned the truck 20 hours early with 6 miles over my estimated amount and somehow ended up paying $30 more at drop off just doesn’t quite add up in my head. If anyone’s thinking about renting from U-Haul, I’d highly recommend going somewhere else if you have that option.

Emily PThe estimates for the size truck needed should be more accurate. Listing as a “3 bedroom” is acutely inaccurate. We fit the criteria for a 20’ truck, had minimal furniture but too many large garment boxes. Instead, I suggest you list based on quantity of boxes & types of furniture.
Kathie SAll reps were very nice and helpful unfortunately they were out of furniture dollies but the utility dolly worked fine. Always great service quick and easy.

Taji HOne tire blew out and the other needed to be replaced because it was coming apart. Completely negligent on the part of UHaul. You should reconsider the franchisee at this location.
Chris PIt should be easier to change your drop off location. I had to call customer service they changed it then when I arrived to new drop location 30 minutes later it wasn’t updated to new then they had to call and have it changed.
Rachel SLocation was a little complicated - to cross a major freeway I-285 then U-turn with a trailer - to get to the pull in. Once onsite the service was friendly, prompt, and uncomplicated.

Brad HU-Haul will gladly take your money, but don’t expect decent service. My experience was nothing but stress, delays, and excuses. They charged me without hesitation, but when it came to actually providing reliable equipment or helpful support, they completely failed. The customer service was dismissive, the equipment was poorly maintained, and every step of the process felt like I was fighting to get the bare minimum I paid for. Never again. I’ll take my business anywhere else before I deal with U-Haul another time.

PIERRE PThere were no issues with the U-Haul staff. The movers is another story as they broke items and dropped a box of fragile items but took no responsibility for any of it.

JUSTIN HDidn't tell me they do intown and out own now and didn't know I had a red tag one and had to bring it back from Madison and was charged and extra $48 for a literally a hair off the gas and 6 miles over WTF that was dead wrong and will NEVER go back to this location again ...Boooo!!!

Bo ETruck was reserved for Brentwood. Got switched a couple of days before. What’s the point of a reservation. When I got there dollys we had reserved were not there. Started to walk out and saw they had other dolly’s. Clerk never offered. Really did not want to rent to me. Finally got them. Most unpleasant experience from U-Haul.
