The manager who checked me out was knowledgeable and very helpful. He got me set up with a trailer in no time and had me on my way to complete my task without delay. Excellent location and staff.

daniel hTruck was unsafe to drive! The steering was messed up the brakes was bad that truck needs to be pulled off the road big time!! Then u guys changed me $124 for an unsafe truck when the price said $25.95 plus take wasn’t full when i got it so i put gas in till it read like when i got it! U guys had false advertisement for $25.95 and u charged me over $124. I’ll be calling someone about the safety of ur trucks!! Very unprofessional service and company

Michael SWe called and changed our move date from 4/18 to 4/9 and were told the date was updated. When we picked it up, neither the auto transport or 20 foot truck were available. So we had to rent a 15 foot and tow dolly. The truck was very loud and sounded like it had an exhaust problem.

JOHN SThe equipment is often not cleaned properly beforehand, and almost all tires are old and worn out, with many not checked for proper inflation. This creates a dangerous situation for customers, especially when loaded up.
WAYNE PThe staff was very helpful and friendly and helped me from overpaying by removing a coverage that some how got applied 2 times, so that made me very happy as well since I was already paying for it 1 time, I would highly recommend this uhaul location and their staff, uhaul is lucky to have them as a part of their team! AMY B | Overall ExperienceBad uneven seal on shed door at bottom. Rat poison dispensers and mouse glue traps on floor inside my assigned shed. Employee told me unit is not as temperature regulated as website claims. Also told me there was a flood at these units the week before & renters had to be called about it. Manager of facility absolutely refused to give me even a partial refund, even though I returned less than 24 hrs later to retrieve my stored items the very next day after renting the unit! I stood in front of employee who called their manager, and she did not even hesitate to say no to my refund request. The employee was aware that I was retrieving my stuff, but they marked my move out date almost a month later as a ploy to keep my money. I've trusted u-haul my entire life. (I'm in my 50's) but am utterly appalled and disappointed in this u-haul location and their lack of decency and professionalism!!!

I WAS TOLD THE UNITS AT THIS FACILITY HAD RECENTLY FLOODED. THIS STORAGE LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PROFESSIONAL AND CLEAN UNITS IN THE ONLINE VIDEO. I WAS ASKED BY THE EMPLOYEE ON DUTY FOR MY LOCK CODEWORD ON THE $15 LOCK I HAD JUST PURCHASED. WHEN I TOLD HIM I FELT UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THAT HE SAID HE DID NOT HAVE TO HAVE IT. ALSO, I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION BY U-HAUL'S ONLINE ADVERTISEMENT THAT THESE UNITS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE CLIMATE CONTROLLED. I WAS HOWEVER TOLD THAT THESE UNITS ARE SUSCEPTIBLE TO EXTREMES OF BOTH HEAT AND COLD. THE STUFF I PLANNED TO STORE WOULD HAVE BEEN AT RISK. I RETURNED THE FOLLOWING MORNING, THE DAY AFTER I HAD RENTED THIS UNIT, TO RETRIEVE MY ITEMS. I DID NOT FEEL THEY WERE SAFE THERE. I ASKED FOR A PARTIAL REFUND SINCE I HAD RENTED THIS UNIT FOR LESS THAN 24 HOURS, AND WAS REFUSED BY THE MANAGER THAT THE PERSON ON DUTY CALLED ON THE PHONE. I WOULD BE HAPPY WITH A REFUND FOR 3 WEEKS NOT USED, SINCE MY STUFF WAS THERE OVERNIGHT.
