Was the worst experience iv ever had trailer was junk then the road service took two hours for me to do there job then unloads it no transload rate got fucked out of fuck uhaul never rent anything again

There was 0 directions about where the key would be. When asked the worker, he sounded annoyed he had to help. If there was directions there or on the app there would have been 0 issues.

Being that I had to travel 28 miles x 2 from my moving address and a storage unit, I disagree with the charge of mileage. The pre-drive check showed a full tank but, as I drove, it read 3/4 tank on the 26 foot truck. The truck was awesome. It got me away from a toxic relationship. The folks from uhaul at both from and to my one way trip we’re great too. The logistics of your billing.

Great service; great truck. It was a quick turnaround rental for me (2 hours) and everything was very smooth and professional. I commend the staff for their sanitizing the vehicle completely during this pandemic.


As usual, Shane and his staff were very friendly and accommodating to my needs and last minute changes. This location is the BEST Uhaul dealer I have ever dealt with anywhere in the US. Thank you as always.

Keep up the great work/ there was a gentleman/ customer in front of me the other morning upon me returning my rental at 9am..... The gentleman was extremely rude and all but combative.......your staff whom will remain unnamed was extremely calm and professional about the entire situation; even when the gentleman was threatening your staff ! I believe that this goes to show the high quality of staff you employ and in turn speaks volumes about the company itself. Thank you for another great rental experience and even a small comedy bit there to wrap up the end.. Again, I implore to please not change a thing ! The only reason for the bad mark was truck had very bad wiper blades on it and it rained my whole trip. I did notify the agent at drop off location of this. I have always used this pickup location and never had a problem.

I have no issues with this office. I do however have an issue with the final bill. I was charged for an additional 18 miles. I find that troubling. I drove up to PA via I270 rather than I83 which means that it is slightly longer in order to miss construction and tie-ups on I83 but it is evidently longer. Is there no accommodation for this type of choice of different route.

Only issue was I thought I was renting a Transit Van off of the website, but instead was given a regular van. This switched my pick up location to a different site. When arrived and realized the mistake called uhaul dispatch and explained. They then switched pick up to original requested site. Seems that there is no distinction between cargo van and transit van on the website, and dispatch only was made aware of this by a mechanic who happened to pass by the person I was talking with and explained the difference.
