There has got to be a better way to drop these trailers off. I can't back up with a trailer(yes I know, but I can't seem to get it). I drove around the lot 3 times until finally finding a pull through spot.

After receiving the keys to the truck, the associate did not help with showing where the truck was. Me and my friends had to navigate through the parking lot to find it.

The location and equipment were fine. What concerns me is the amount of time it takes in the checkout process. Only one attendant was providing the check out for those reserving equipment. The process is to long. Even for me that always reserves equipment, the process to actually receive the equipment is way to long. A fellow customer agreed with me as we waited our turn. I spoke of how renting a car is a similar time related problem. However, I discovered Budget Rental Cars "Fast Break" system. U-Haul should investigate a program like FastBreak.

Picking up the truck went well. When I returned for the tow dolly, it was a different story. The cashier who checked me in was not helpful. I had prearranged the pickup and dropoff location. He told me it was a different location than prearranged. I asked why. He said that is what popped up. I told him I have to have it at the same location as the truck. He said I had to call in to change it. When I got a little upset because he was not being helpful, he pushed me away. When I went out to get the tow dolly, I had to find someone to help me. He assisted with with hitching the tow dolly to the truck and then I was on my own to get my car onto the dolly. I was told that I must do that myself, which is impossible. I read the directions, but it was something that I could not do myself. I am physically limited and performing the tasks would be next to impossible. I called U-Haul support and complained. I was told that U-Haul in that area does not assist with putting the car on the dolly, which I think is ridiculous. I can understand liabilities and all, but you are providing a service and I assumed it would be done. If this is the case it should have been mentioned when I was placing the reservation. Someone finally, came and assisted me with getting the car on the tow dolly.

The young lady that help me check in and everything I didn't catch her name but she was wonderful and was very helpful and then when the trailer lights didn't work we figured it out and made it sure everything was safe and good would recommend definitely to anybody going to use them again when I move into my new place

This is the second time in a row I have rented a trailer w/ramp and the running lights do not work. Blinkers, brake and flashers work but no running lights. That's not safe

Customer service workers were all super unfriendly. I was told I would receive a text when the work was completed. Never received a text. Never received a phone call letting me know. Was not even greeted either time I walked into this location.

Failure to follow proper check-in/check-out procedures, not responsive to phone calls (always rolled to the call center not the actual facility), It took several calls to corporate, district managers and filing an official complaint as well as requests for video footage to get them to recognize their mistake. If you do return here, insist on a receipt immediately. If one is not given, ask for the managers name and email address. If they still refuse to comply, file an official complaint against the facility, contact the district manager, and request copies of the video surveillance of the property for the date/time you returned your equipment. Finally, also mention during any phone calls that while they are recording on their end, you are doing the same, and will provide to legal counsel should they persist in not acknowledging a check-in. Very unprofessional, and it was amazing how many back and forth efforts went into getting acquiescence that they did not follow protocol. (Once I did get in touch with the facility manager (and district) they finally did it right, but it should not have taken that much effort.)

Staff very unfriendly. Girl that took me to go over rental seemed as if she did not feel like helping, did not seem like she wanted to be there at all. Equipment not kept up to safety standards. Wheel straps frayed very badly, which causes straps to lose capacity rating, rendering them trash per DOT and OSHA standards. Also, right side tail light on equipment fell off sometime between rental location and destination, my guess it was fastened incorrectly. Better QC and customer service would be great.

I returned the trailer about 9:15pm on Sunday. I noticed a black guy in a black hoodie with blue jeans lurking around the yard. He was not a worker. He was not a U-Haul worker. That was pretty scary. Good thing I had my husband there.

Check gas gauge to make sure the gas is where you think it is. I received a truck that was 1/2 full but the company think it was 5/8. I returned the vehicle 1/2 full and believe I should not have been charged for additional fuel. Other than that everything was exceptional

You definitely should have a lock and key on a chain connected to the truck, on every truck. I had to go to Walmart 10 o clock at night to get a lock and key, so i could lock in my belongings. I had been packing and moving all day, and couldnt finish unpacking the truck. Besides that, over all a good experience ☺

Both customer service representatives were on the phone the young lady was cursing and everything with me standing there. The gentleman checking me in was on his phone so long he didn’t even realize the machine was waiting for him to key in his part I had to say something to him I don’t think I’ll be back to this location it’s never good customer service here anymore

I have never been to this location before. If I had known that everyone was soooo wonderful I would have been coming there! I will definitely recommend everyone there. Ms Modesty was very very wonderful, professional and very knowledgeable! very efficient and very nice. I would like to thank her so very much because I went to UHAUL @ 4301 Pulaski hwy and Haven street. Sharon! needs customer service classes or a new job.
