The manager and other young lady there was awesome they help me get a lower price, because I was in a very serious predicament because an elderly lady got evicted and I was short of money and I needed to get her moved back to her daughter and they went above and beyond to help me.

GEORGE BThere was a billing issue, and Bryan at the location where I rented the trailer was very professional and handled my problem promptly, advising me of when I could expect to see it resolved. Bryan also explained the process needed to correct the billing issue.
ROBERT HI booked a 20ft truck at a different U-Haul location, but when I arrived at that location they did not have a 20ft truck. That created real problems for me, because my friends were waiting at my house to help me move! The manager then reassured me that he located a 20ft truck at this location (U-Haul of Golden Ring), which was significantly further away than the location where I had originally booked the truck. When I arrived at U-Haul of Golden Ring, they did not have a 20ft truck either!! I ended up with a smaller truck, which I needed to pick up and return at a location significantly further than where I had originally booked. It was NOT a good U-Haul experience.

DAMIAN EOrdered a smaller U-Haul. Only had the bigger available. But wasn’t told I would be charged 29.99. I was only supposed to be charged 19.99 for the vehicle. Not my problem you can’t update your website correctly.

ULANDA SPlease, train your employees to inform customers properly, I did not have card to pay with so I paid with cash, I paid from the rental, insurance and deposit fir paying in cash and the employee knew that the equipment has a different return address, we'll I did not get reimburse for my deposit because the equipment was not returned to the location where I got it from. The employee knew it was being returned to another location and dud not tell me that if I don't return it back to the location I got it from, I will not get my deposit back, so I called customer service and now I have to wait 7-10 days fir a check in the mail, very disappointing and frustrating, because i was banking for my deposit back to buy food in my new place.

MICHAEL PI was charged for gas when I returned it with the same amount of gas.It was only 9 bucks but it’s the principle. It’s 2 gas stations a block away. Why would I not put gas back into the truck. Someone could have taken out the gas when I left it at the location overnight. Why doesn’t the gas cap have a lock cap ? Also, the agent checking me in was more worried about her personal phone call versus helping me.
ALI EI was disappointed that there were no available rentable plastic storage boxes. Other than that it was a good experience

THOMAS BHad to listen to the ladies talk about their bathroom breaks and complain about the customers who left with trucks. The truck given to me had a 1/4 tank which means I had to fill it before doing my move. Plus it was hard the steer as if there’s a problem under the hood. Thankfully I was able to use it and return without braking down.
VERONICA GMuch slower service than the independent locations. Trailers brake system was messed up and made for a very painful jerky ride.
PHILLIP WDon’t have problems with none of the employees that work in a.m. to 4 PM never had any problems cause I always get my equipment early. Had to go there 3 o’clock to get it. And it took me almost 40 minutes to get out of your shop Plus the young kid that helped me actually told me I told him my opinion on what was going on and he told me my opinion didn’t matter when I was in u-haul 😕
RICHARD MI rented the uhaul and my son dropped it off on Sunday at the wrong location. We were charged for two extra days, wrong location fee. I will Never recommend rental from your location unless our funds can be refunded. This is broad day stealing. I agree we make a mistake but to pay over $300 in times like this?
RUVELLE BThe truck was clean but driving 4015 was a nightmare the wheel was out of alignment so bad that I had to pull over four times to make sure me and my wife and daughter were okay. I prayed to God that we would make it home safely.Trouble Ride there and Trouble Ride Home.
