Excellent customer service!
James WReserved Truck a week in advance and had no 15’ truck available. Luckily had a 10’ truck availability but had no ramp so it was more lifting and work and multiple trips being a smaller truck.

Matthew SWe rented a trailer for 3 days and was told that we should get a day reimbursement if we turn it in right when they open and we did and did not get a day reimbursement back. Also, trailer was dirty.

Only issue was that there were multiple items being returned at the same time but there was no one outside receiving any of them while there were 3 people inside the store with no customers. That wasn't very impressive in my opinion. There should be some notification that is activated inside the store to have someone appear without having to go inside to get a person to come out.
LISA MEverything went well except the texting system for after hours pickup. The app kept asking me to upload info too many times. Pictures of ID, Face shot, etc. Other than that everything went well.

Edward CI was told that they did not have any 10 foot or 15 foot trucks but when I downloaded the app and made a reservation as soon as I walked out of the store the app gave me a 10 foot truck at that same location 5 min since I was told there where not any trucks. The lady at the desk told me the starting rate was $100 directly after telling me there were no trucks but when I looked at the app it charged me $70. Made me feel like I was being scammed by the lady behind the desk and seemed like she wanted to pocket the money. The truck I received also was below E on gas and I barely made it to a gas station to fill up.

Robert RThey need to make sure that all the windshield wipers are in good condition. My windshield wipers were very bad and it made it hard to drive while it was raining. Safety first!
TIMOTHY LUpon pick up of the 5 x 8 trailer I scheduled, there were only two left on the lot. The door type assigned me to access the trailer were those on hinges with a ramp; the other trailer had a roll-up door. I needed the one with the roll-up door. U-Haul of Golden Ring could have arranged for me to pick up a trailer with the correct door at another location, but I didn't have the time. Shay, an employee, with the authorization of the Manager, accommodated me with the needed door type. They saved me that day, a lot of aggravation and time I didn't have to waste.

GARY SThe gentleman that assisted me when I rented checked in was very courteous and family. But when I returned the vehicle the young lady who was there was very rude, I asked for assistance at the return station and she said someone would be with me. I waited for a while for someone to come out, but noone did. So I went into the store , and the young lady was there and but went in the back as I started to the desk. Again, there were no customers in the store. Therefore i went to the same young man who checked me in nut he was on the phone assisting a customer. When she returned from the back I asked for assistance again and she said to me she had other things she had to do but would get to me. But I was the only customer in the store, I waited for the gentleman to check me out. I informed thim that the young lady was very rude. I find this attitude towards customers unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location because of her unpleasant attitude.
