WILL BI dropped off the trailer in Saturday, December 20th around 1 pm. A young women came out and told me to park the trailer but did not check it in. I finally got my receipt that the trailer on December 22nd. Typically at thi la location I have the receipt shortly after I drop off the trailer.
GREGORY POverall, the facility was nice and the representatives were very courteous and helpful. However, the vehicle was old and in disarray. The inside of the truck was clean however the outside of the truck had multiple dents, marks, scratches and the hull of the truck was dirty. But other than that, it was a pleasant experience and I rated the experience a four stars out of five.

VINCENT SShould have said something from the beginning but the truck I got broke down. I checked the inspection sticker and it said end of October so I figured the truck had actually been checked. It hadn’t. Roadside was called out and they ended up needing to replace 4 spark plugs and 4 coils. They said it was good to go. Wasn’t when we pulled out the engine light came on again and they were called back out. It was the same error so they put an octane boost in. That seemed to make it worse. On our seconded attempt to get back on the road we were met with very frequent engine knocking and turned back around. Called U-Haul and they said they could do an emergency equipment swap…. We were just over halfway to our destination and had to continue through the Rocky Mountains (Colorado) Wyoming, Idaho and Oregon. That’s not easy or populated driving and I wasn’t wanting to get stuck on 80 during the winter. When I picked up the truck the two people at the desk were more concerned with their phones and what they were watching and they simply worked around that. I had to confirm I was getting what I ordered and he kept saying “I don’t know”.i was also told the day before my pick up my location was changed to here. I never wanted to pick up at a location 10 miles further away. I am so happy to wash my hands of U-Haul. Moving is already stressful and it only got worse. From their customer service to the reliability of the trucks they send out… do not trust this place.

Toria CThe entry/exit is a tight fit. Being carefully attentive when driving a large vehicle is a must at this location. Make directional awareness better. However, all of any possible issues aside, your staff are absolutely the best at this location. They step up to find items we rent or make adjustments to support the customer as best possible. The taller Black woman who seems like the the manager and the Black gentlemen who waited on me both, both times are fantastic!!!!!! I am just really sorry that she had me laughing so much that I can't recall either of their names. But I know this location is blessed because of their customer service.

TAYLOR RNothing that I can recommend. Jasmine was awesome. Competent, professional, and a great personality. Very pleasant person. While renting a vehicle can sometimes be stressful, Jasmine provided excellent service. I would recommend Golden Ring U-HAUL to any responsible adult in need of such a resource.

sonia sI am completely upset ! I was charged for a cleaning fee due to a supposedly couch cushion ! That was left in the back of the uhaul … nobody from the location reached too see if it was maybe left by accident ! Not to mention the truck was left spotless in every other part of the vehicle ! This was scamming behavior ! Anything to gain a extra couple dollars . I will not be using this particular location or recommending it !

JOAN NOrdered a 20 foot lfor after hour pickup. Went to retrieve key out of lock box and box was empty. O ly alternative was a smaller truck that I had to make two trips with which cost me more money in fuel

HENRY NMy pick up went off without a hitch and I was very pleased with the customer service however upon dropping off my rental i was told by a late teen early 20 something that they were closed and refused to help me at least understand the return process. I was charged all kinds of crazy fees and even though there were several people in the building none of them not one asked me if I needed any help. Very displeased and disappointed in today’s youth. Everyone wants a paycheck but no one wants to earn it. I will not ever go back to this location. Oh and ps whweee the hell was the supervisor or manager?
