DIOGO DI'm so glad my experience was wonderful. I received great service from both gentlemen Friday at 5:15 pm and Saturday when I brought the truck back, I think his name is Ron. JON JOverall great customer service. Dropped off the Uhaul after hours had trouble scanning the QR code on the truck thru the app… I called the customer service and they guided me through an alternative way to drop off thru the app. Very helpful indeed.

ARTURO AI am quite disappointed by the overall experience. i made an original reservation (84630136), but was informed that they don't have any 15 truck left. even though my original reservation is a 24/7 reservation , they just canceled it without informing or contacting me. I had to reserve a larger truck onsite. i believe i should get the 50 dollars guarantee from uhual but they just refused it. very disappointed by the overall experience.

Saul, in particular, went above and beyond—he took the time to explain my rental options, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth move. The equipment was clean and in excellent condition, and the pickup and return process was quick and easy. What really stood out was the level of customer service—Saul genuinely cared about helping me have a stress-free experience. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and attentive. ANGELA Mi had preordered a dolly but there were none when we got there. Also, when we picked up the truck, it had no gas in it, yet we were instructed to bring it back on 1/4th. The clerk stated that people will syphon the gas at night and gave us another truck, but had the same issue. It had 1/8th of a tank but we did return it with 1/4 of a tank and only received a $10 refund. Gas is $4.79/gal though. I was just glad to get on the road. Overall a good experience because of the assistance we received

CARLOS AThe guy in Hayward arrived late, was disorganized, and did not review contract with me. I was supposed to do a one way trip but was stuck paying for a round way which doubled my cost. Called U Haul to try and fix this and received no help whatsoever. Will never use U haul again and will encourage my friends and family members to never use them. It’s a greedy corporation and I’m left extremely upset.
Douglas FThe day of the pick up , the store didn’t have the wiring for my auto transportation trailer so I had to come back the next day. The app sent me to Oakland close to my son’s place but I had to pick up the equipment in Hayward.
