The employee who rented to me was very rude and refused to rent to me after I had talked to uhaul customer service directly, he eventually even yelled at myself and my daughter to get out of his store and he would not be renting to me. Uhaul customer service heard his absolute denial to rent to me and his loud rude manner. after 90 minutes and the uhaul customer service rep I was on the phone with during this whole encounter, they contacted his superior manager and he finally rented to me, I had people coming from a hour away to help with my move and because of his denial it put me 2 hours behind schedule causing my help to just sit at my storage unit wasting time. The whole conversation was noted by the cusomer service rep I was on the phone with and she filed a grievence and complaint against the rental person.

I had booked a pickup at a closer location. But had to drive extra 10 miles as my pickup location was changed just the day before. Would be good if the location is correctly intimated at the time of booking.

The representative booked our pick up for 3:45 AM when we booked it for 3:45 PM. We picked up the truck at 7:00 pm (03/16). We were charged for 24 hours full, but the representative asked us to leave the truck by 9 AM(03/17) max, as it was booked for someone else. We should have got at least 3:45 PM on 03/17. We were charged extra for the tape bought from the store than the store listed price. We mentioned its ILLEGAL to charge extra, he mentioned he knows, but can't do anything. I have a photograph of the store listed price and the illegal extra receipt charged to me. The rubber seal on door of uhaul was all lose and would keep falling down every time one opens the door. It was so painful to work with the car throughout the time.

I made on line reservations, there was no dollie available for me as reserved weeks ago. The truck rented needed an oil change, the indicator was on the whole time as I had to drive further out to another city and back. The wait to get the rental was about an hour wait. This was ridiculous for my reservations were already made for an early pick up for I had people waiting an hour to help me move.

There were no dollies available (even for people who reserved them). The truck broke down and the engine light was on. Roadside assistance never answered the phone after calling 5 times and being on hold. When I tried going online to report the breakdown, the website was no working. The guy I chatted with on chat a few days into my reservation was absolutely awful! I rent a uhaul often but I don't think I will anymore.

My return time was at 3:30 and they called me at 3:08 saying I need to return the truck because someone was there to pick up the truck. I told him we have until 3:30 and he told me “well, what am I supposed to tell the customer!” I said we have until 3:30!

Be honest!! I didnt think to take a picture of the mileage before leaving because I was only going a short distance so I took a mental photo. I know I only traveled 17 miles & they charged me for 30 miles. I'm a 4'11 girl & the guy was annoyed I asked him for help. Lesson learned!!!! Take a photo of the mileage before leaving!!!

This facility really needs attention on management issue down to crew level. Crew and manager here seriously need to be educate to provide professional service. These workers and manager here doesn't seem to enjoy working here. Very SAD atmosphere here! Even the manager Michael doesn't educate customer how to properly use the rental equipment. Credit card chip machine doesn't seems to work. Would not recommend this facility to anyone, Very DISAPPOINTED!!!!! Very rude management team and worker, POOR service!!!!

Need to have more employees on duty so people who made reservations ahead of time don’t have to wait 20 minutes picking up the rental vehicle/equipment and another 20 minutes when returning the vehicle/equipment. Every employee on duty was working extra hard and I’d give them 5 stats but additional employee were needed.

THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING, THE TRUCK WAS CLEAN MY P/U AND D/O WAS A EASY TRANSITION. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THEY NEED TO HAVE MORE ASSOCIATES AVAILABLE, TO OFFER FASTER ASSISTANCE. THERE WAS ONLY ONE GUY THERE CHECKING THE CUSTOMERS IN, OUT, AND MOVING THE TRUCKS. BUT HE DID A GREAT JOB, HAD A GREAT ATTITUDE, and remained calm while under pressure. The engine cowling/hood on my vehicle was not secured and began to move and rise up after 35+/- miles. Buckle it down!

Employees at site were courteous and professional, but not very thorough or accurate with equipment or information. When I asked if I could drop the vehicle off at location of my choosing I was told that was fine. I later found that not to be the case. When I took possession of the truck I was told by your employee that a walk around inspection was not necessary as I had purchased safe move plus and it was covered. Upon opening the back I discovered that the container that holds the packing blankets had been opened and 4 of the 6 had been removed. This had never been checked by your employee prior to releasing the vehicle to me. I also learned that the hand truck (that I later was told was supposed to be in the vehicle) was not present. This caused some concern the next day at the drop off point when the attendant questioned the above mentioned missing items.

Received van extremely dirty—service tire light was on when picked up—gas pump was broken, it kept clicking as of full when empty. Horrible experience.
