Attendant in office very nice and professional. Truck smelled very bad of marijuana,interior very dusty and floorboard not vacuumed. Truck bed not swept out and exterior very dirty. I think if you took time to wash your vehicles before you rented them this location would be even more better. Attendant offered to spray air freshener in truck but it needed a total washing. I thanked her and told her don’t worry I’ll only need it a couple hours. I should of been given a discount for me and my son having to put up with the marijuana smell.

for the pick up on tuesday morning the staff were super slow to get to customers. No energy from staff, looked like they hated their job. Maybe they need more staff but they barely looked at you to even acknowledge your existence. I understand that they are busy but a little eye contact and a "I'll be right with you" would go a long way. We would have left but we had already made the reservation on line and could not reschedule our time. For drop off on Wednesday they were better at least they spoke to us while we were waiting.

I was deliberately overcharged a $75 cleaning fee. I even submitted pictures of the clean cab and the back of the truck. The employees in this location were rude causing me to be rude back and that is why the added a bogus charge. This is after having me wait 45 minutes in the equipment return area with not one person acknowledging I was there. Please send me the information on how to file a claim for the return of my money, in addition to filing a complaint on the employees and the entire staff the day of July 17th 2018 at 10:00 am. Forward the information to my email so I can start the process of getting my refund of the overcharge & to start the process of my complaint on the Uhaul employees at the Jackson st. The interior of the cab was dirty i.e. beverage stains dusty and the windshield driver/passenger side windows were dirty. No sweat I cleaned it myself. Other than that U-haul will always be my Go-To moving company. U-haul is still the best when it comes to service equipment and prices.

I was supposed to check out a truck using self pickup after making an online reservation, but the app couldn't determine my location and I ended up having to stand in a long line to get the truck. From the sounds of others in line, the self pickup option wasn't working for anyone.

The man who assisted me was very rude and made it clear he felt I was not worth his attention. I saw him treat several other customers the same way, and have heard from friends that have rented from this location that he was just as rude when they visited as well, so this seems to be a persistent problem.

Update and maintain the equipment better. The car trailer I rented had broken and worn fender latches. I had to pull over 3 times and put the fender back in the up right position. Until I got to a gas station and bought a bungee cord to hold it in place. The gentleman that helped me in the morning was great. The gentleman that helped me when I returned the trailer seemed untrained and didn’t know where to stand to give direction to a person while they are backing up a trailer. I’ve rented from this location before and never had a issue. So I will just chalk this trip up as everyone has a bad day from time to time.
