James CYour two employees who were working the desk on Sunday 9/13 at 1 pm are a great representation of your company. They were funny, knowledgeable, and kind. Both of them showed superior customer service.
Jacob BI was double charged after the employee said he would check in the equipment but forgot. The location issued a refund the next day. The trailer needed to be swept out prior to me leaving the location. I was thankful the employee checked prior to me leaving the location.

Martin BWhen I showed up ( on a time crunch) this morning, they could not find the keys to one of the pick up trucks. Apparently, the person working last night misplaced them, so not the fault of the two people working this morning. They did their best to find the keys, made a few phone calls, were trying to figure out to whom of the two of us they should give the truck to since we reserved several weeks ago on the same day. The other customer said he needed the pick up , so I conceded and said I could use the ten foot truck- not ideal for pulling a horse trailer since visibility is poor, cannot properly adjust side mirrors , could not pull the seat up far enough ,and cannot see the trailer behind me. I admit I was a bit disappointed not to receive any discount for the mix up and having to take a big rig when I reserved the pick up over a month ago. Again, the two people working this morning did an excellent job trying to rectify the situation and were very apologetic.
JULIE KThe older man with the veteran hat was very pleasant but when I received the rental it had a green stain and i thought nothing of it but when i returned it i got charged an 80$ cleaning fee for it.

Viji ALocation was disorganized, employees seemed to be scattered, clueless, and disinterested. I waited over an hour (not including my time in line) to receive my vehicle after computer work was somehow done wrong by employees, despite having a reservation. All this while i was paying a moving company to sit and not move anything because said truck was not there. On top of this, i was severely overcharged for gasoline, and have been waiting over a week for my supposed claim to be taken care of.
Dimitri QAbsolutely NOT and would not recommend this location to anyone in no .the lady that works there the afternoon of 9-5-26 what a bitch she was and the manager there at that location talked way to fast for me and he didn't explain the process very well ..and the way the manager the way he talked was missing leading ..I had a friend with me when I picked up the truck and he hurd everything that the manager explained to me .then when I took the truck back and had to deal with that lady that was there on that weekend what a ( Bitch ) she was and she was rude when she was talking to me and there was ahole store full of customers and what a Bitch she was . And if I ever had to rent another truck again I would either go to another location or I would go to another company .im not dealing with the rudeness and misinformation that they gave me and misleading .. joseph cI would make sure the vehicle has a full tank of fuel. It is too hard to guess at a partial fuel usage when returning the vehicle. The customer before me picked up his rental totally on empty and took a chance on making it to a station. I spent an extra $10 on my rental.

Terry CI arrived early to pick up my rental. I asked if that was ok or not. The man that was working took care of my transaction said it would be no problem. The woman interrupted us several times with a very stern rude tone, she told me I should have called first. The right side brake light of the trailer is burned out. Not sure why I was told it was safe to drive in that condition. With the bad customer service and burned out brake light I am quite dissatisfied.
