They said it would be taken care of...They did not clarify where the fuel level needed to be when the vehicle was returned. I returned it with how much it had when I picked it up. I was charged for the difference. They penalized me for not filling it to the level shown on the contract. Disappointed

ARIEL RU-Haul was way more expensive than I anticipated but it was an emergency situation. Getting the truck was relatively simple. Returning it not so much. Customer service was helpful and friendly over the phone but I was told one thing and had to call back to get a refund. Customer service in store was not good but the outdoor representative was helpful and polite. Overall, I couldn’t see myself suggesting U-Haul to someone who was moving.

EVERYONE can't understand 😪 computers skill, and having an attitude to help someone 🙄 who needs help, it's your job to help in whatever way and be patient and help. I don't know if I want use you company again. I have been a customer for many years, but had a bad experience on Saturday May 30th 2026. PROFESSIONAL is the KEY 🔑 for your workers, ATTITUDE, PLEASANT, KIND, AND PATIENT.
ELLINE FThe process relatively easy and the Customer service I received from Mia, (I think that’s was her name) was 20 out of 10 - SUPURB. No matter how many times I called, ( which I did a few times) she was always pleasant, helpful, actionable and knowledgeable. The only thing is I was a bit confused as to the actual mobile pick-up as I was paying and another person was driving. The video only shows you if your the driver- how to mobile pickup - but not when it’s separate. But I figured it out, after about 15mins. Then I got a little bit of anxiety, because I was entering my information after adding the additional driver - (when it should just say - add driver, I kept going in and out of that screen, because I’m like l, “additional, there’s only one driver”… So it took me a minute to figure out that even though I’m on the app, the verbiage is a bit off - and this is where I add the driver who is the only driver. Then he was sent the code, uploading the license part was easy; however, this is another section to fix, because it was like no movement along the app and it should’ve had a message to wait with a brief explanation as to the actual driver - not the person paying - but the driver, now needs to download the app and proceed from this point. The drop off was a bit tricky, because we were first thinking we need the same code used to open and retrieve the key. It took some time to find the drop box. The video for this section doesn’t quite match exactly as to why you need to do. But we got it done and ultimately, I would use UHaul again as well as recommend. However, beware of the 3rd Party Moving Help… When selecting- it die give options for times or nothing. You have to pay first. The issue I had with that is that after I paid, I then get a freaking text message from the organizer - telling me me there no availability. So why did you service show up on the app. Then he tells me if I cancel I get my refund right back. NO YOU DONT. I used my credit card and now my available credit decreased and I have limited funds to book another moving service and they ain’t cheap. So BEWARE and use at you own risk. Then there’s no number listed for non of the service providers. You don’t get nothing until after you pay. There should be a number with instructions to text with any inquiries - so the client can know if the time available work for them - since they do not have that option before paying. What I see happening is that, this service is created in a way so that you pay first and if you don’t get the time you want after the provider contacts you - when given a time, you are more likely to just take what is given since you already paid - and knowing that the charge will remain pending - even if you don’t provide the payment code (now that is a good add on). FIX THE MOVING HELP SERVICE BECAUSE IT AIN RIGHT.

SETH OA lady name Tiffany treated me so horribly. Her customer service made me not want to ever rent from here again. She didn’t help me with my needs. Instead she lied and said she was a manager and did not want to assist me or transfer me to anyone that can help me. She also hung up on me. I returned the truck a hour before the due time and she charged me all the way until the next day 7 am. And told me it was a me problem and wouldn’t refund or check the cameras.
MICHAEL BFirstly, Customer service was perfect during pick-up and drop-off. The problem was the actual vehicle. To first look at the inside of the vehicle, it looked clean. But once sitting in it....... it was disgusting. It was filthy. The floor was clean, but the dashboard, cup holder area and the steering wheel was disgusting. I used 6 disinfecting wipes and the steering wheel was still dirty. Not to mention the wretched smell inside the cabin. It smelled like dried up vomit. Especially the passenger seatbelt. In the back of the truck, there were a few stains that look like dried up liquid, but I'm not totally sure what it was. . As you can see, I do have a history of using U-Haul services, but NEVER had this experience. This is the first time I rent from this location and will probably be the last time. The other problem was that I had a bit of hard time starting the truck. It didn't start on the first attempt. Not sure if that's something to look into.
