JAMES SReduce time wasted getting reserved equipment picked up and customer on their way. For reserved rentals, have paperwork filled out and equipment staged and ready with people ready to get signatures and help customer to quickly leave. I had to wait for someone to finish cleaning inside a truck, then started paperwork, then located and staged equipment, etc.
CHARLES KEverything was really easy to rent a trailer. I had rented before so had the necessary set up. Everything was really smooth.

Cleynorn WLet customers know to check their text before they leave to take pics and agree to the miles/fuel. They highlighted the info in the packet, but do not check the vehicle with you before you leave the lot. Poor customer service

CHARLES SI ordered blankets and there were none in the truck and I still got charged for them.. All the extra charges that got lumped on for what was a $30 truck was exorbitant. It ended up being over 80. With only 10 miles driven. You need to be more upfront with what you charge for a rental. It's false advertising. All the extra fees like the equipment fee, what is that for? I will do more looking around next time for someone who is honest with their pricing.

ALMA DI did not download the UHaul App, but if I did I bet the whole experience would have been easier to complete on my smart phone, although it was pretty easy to complete without it.
