We had gone to the U-Haul rental location on Kasold on !0/9 and made all of the arrangements, we thought. When we arrived on Saturday to pick up the truck it took about 30minutes to review and add to the paperwork. The young lady helping us that morning repeatedly stated that the information she was needing had not been entered by the gentleman who had helped us on Wednesday. We felt our valuable time was being used in gathering information that should have been entered in the computer on Wednesday because the questions being asked had already been asked of us. We felt everyone was friendly and helpful with their suggestions and in accommodating our needs.

The computers were down causing a very long line of people waiting to check out their vehicles on Sunday morning. The staff were clearly frustrated and were using profanity in front of the customers. I completed the online check in from my phone to try to skip the line and the computer issues. When I went to ask for my key the employee sarcastically responded “gladly.” When I went to the vehicle it was boxed in so I had to walk into their garage to find someone to help move the truck out of the way. The person I asked for help acted irritated with me but said they would do it. When he brought my truck around it did not have anything inside of it that I had purchased with the reservation so I had to go find him in the garage again to get the moving materials. After my move when I returned the truck the employee asked why I had not filled the tank up. I said I didn’t know I was supposed to and explained the situation from this morning. He said it didn’t matter and I needed to leave to go fill it up and then return. At the gas station, another uhaul pulled in and the driver came to talk to me about how he just was turned away for not having the truck filled to 7/16 of a tank and asked how one even knows when a tank is 7/16 full. In summary I felt the customer service was terrible and this uhaul location failed today. I understand their difficult circumstances with the computers but their attitudes made it much much worse for the customers on top of an already stressful situation. This is the first time I’ve ever wasted my personal time to write a negative review but I felt they needed the feedback. I will not be using their services in the future.

When my contract was done for the u box it wasn't right. I had to do a lot of around while they attempted to fix it, The end result was when I called to pick up my u box it couldn't be located in the system, Then once I was sent to multiple reps, I finally got one that located it. Was a complete disaster and a waste of my time I wont recommend anyone to much of a headache
