The only issue I had was when I rented the truck the gentleman at the desk told me that if I brought it back early the price will be prorated to reflect that however even though I brought it back pretty early the price was not prorated on the websiteSean T.

Costumer service is top notch! Second time renting from this location and will allways choose them. Staff are so helpful and go above and beyond.SANDRA B.
Personnel: Very friendly and efficient. Person checking me out took the initiative in getting the truck checked in. Did a quick, thorough inspection. Verified my e-mail. Asked if I wanted a paper or email or both of the receipt. Improvements: Introduce yourself with your name. Equipment: Gas estimator was useful. Improvement: Could have short list of gas stations close to drop off for customers to refill on the printed paperwork. Location: Easily accessible location and well stocked store. Improvement: The parking lot is crowded, maybe to support coming truck rentals. My pickup vehicle had to move around a few times to allow vehicles to flow or exit.Mark G.

Make sure your employees are wearing masks. When I came in to pick up the UHaul, the clerk at the counter did not have a mask on. When he did finally put one on, it was a neck gaiter in a thin one-layer material that has been proven not to protect against the spread of COVID-19. Thankfully, I am fully vaccinated, but it made me very uncomfortable. Other than that, I had a good experience and the equipment worked great. Checking the equipment back in was very simple.Gwendolyn C.
THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME. THEY ENGAGE WITH CUSTOMERS AND MAKE THE OVERALL CONCEPT OF MOVING NOT SO STRESSFUL.Sherrie P.
You have two outstanding people working there. Courteous and helpful.David C.
The check out experience was far better than the check in experienceJesse W.
Kasold always good service , truck was a little “untidy†... we returned it in Fort Collins , to the most unfit, rude employee , Who completely refuse to come outside and check the truck with me... after speaking with customer service this evening when I noticed a $25 charge on the credit card statement I found out he said the truck was dirty. Trust me after years and years of renting from U-Haul I have never been charged an extra charge or lift anything dirty. If this charge is not reversed I will never use U-Haul or PenskeROBERT S.
all went wellEugene S.
Amazing service and new vehicle. Couldn't have been happier with the rental experience. Great staff at this location!CLARE D.
Nothing to improve. Been there numerous times and never had any issuesPATRICK S.
The taillights did not work on the truck I rented. No explanation was given or even feedback after I mentioned this in the check-in survey. The truck also had a warning light for a tire pressure sensor for most of the time I drove it. The new mobile check-in process was not well-explained to me when I picked the truck up. I returned the truck after hours, locked it, put the key in the key drop and subsequently found myself --at 10:00 at night--fiddling with an idiotic phone app, taking pictures of the ground, because I was not told I would be expected to take pictures of the fuel gauge, truck interior and odometer reading. Here's a tip: most customers have long days using your equipment. We have neither the time, patience or interest in thumbing through a (lovemaking) mobile app in dark parking lot at ten o'clock at night, jumping through hoops after being subjected to costly rental prices to begin with. Just stop with this.JASON H.
Over charged me for the mileage. I have pictures of pick up mileage and drop off mileage. My statement show 60 plus miles over the actual amount.Sharon M.
Moving is already a stressful time. All the add on costs and the hassle of trying to connect to a website to return a rental made it more difficult for us. How about making the whole thing more transparent and less difficult? After a long day of moving, and a computer that is not yet connected, trying to do the website checkout was tough.DAN S.
The employees were great. It was a good experience— the truck was clean, the directions clear, and the employees friendly and helpful.NOAH B.
Fix your app for android...Had to use three different browsers before it would work correctly. Also in the app the twenty(feels like) different pictures you have to take should all be on one screen.KILIAN M.
Someone dropped it off for me so I don't know much but it looks like all went smoothly.Lisa M.
Very nice .., made the rental very easy Great customer serviceHAROLD C.
Great experience thanksBarney K.
Keep working on the remote check in. Long winded process.... Bigger font on the app and less works. Ex: 1st step DRIVER'S PICTURE too bright outside for paragraph or small font. Thanks.angela N.
Friendly staff , fast and easyLLOYD W.
Very easy and covid precautions were reasonable.Tyler P.
Excellent experience - except when we picked up the truck we were told the gas tank was full and we were to fill up the tank before we returned it. We drove 17 miles total and it took almost 4 gallons to fill the tank before returning. Either you're 17 ft truck is getting only 4 miles to the gallon or the tank was not full when we picked it us as was told to us.Joyce D.
