PATRICIA PVehicle was at a different location, and as I was dropped off by my wife, I had to walk there 10 minutes and it was 15 degrees outside. Vehicle was clean, only half full of gas. If the vehicle is not going to be ready at the pickup location then at least have the courtesy to notify me ahead of time rather than making me walk in the freezing cold.
MOHAMED AWhy can’t you no park your personal car in the location no even to get supplies ore get a rental. I don’t see why this location is no letting you park in they parking spot for costumer. I ask a few time to the worker there and he only said we can’t.
Dencil PI’ll be seeking a refund from my trip. My truck was not ready and a different location from where I was told to go to pickup. There was 1 employee there covering a shift for someone, covering the entire store, so he could not be as helpful as the situation required. I’ll never use this business again.

ACHIE AAnderson is a top notch employee, the facility is hard to access and park
JOSHUA SWas charged for fuel when I always return a vehicle with fuel have my receipt for proof usually it’s a touch over what I’m required to return for. (2) I received a vehicle that needs to be looked at mechanically -( I brought it back and was told it was fine but while at the Andover St facility to purchase propane refills it wouldn’t start !!) and has (2) cracked mirrors one on each side, getting into the facility to drive in and park is a major hassle and some of your clerks don’t speak much English at all and since I’m not Spanish it’s a problem - I will not be coming back to that facility for future rentals

PABLO HCustomer service was trash due to attitude because I had to reschedule a few times. They also charged my card without my permission after I paid. Needed to pay a bit more due to returning a bit late and not putting gas. Advice did be paying with another card and they still used the card I did not want them to use which caused a hinderance to my account.

Donald CI rented a 15ft U-Haul. I loaded the U-haul with my personal belongings (bedroom, living room, kitchen, household, electronics, clothes etc.) Ended up raining during the night and all of my belongings were soaked! The roof of the U-haul has a hole somewhere and water just poured out of the back of the truck as I lifted the door! 😥 I informed the man working the desk, whom I handed the key to. He could care less of my belongings being destroyed and damaged. Sad .

JUDITH SThe employees, service and equipment were all terrific. In particular, the gentleman who helped me was really great. He was funny, friendly and fast. He also worked his butt off - muscling that big and awkward trailer on and off my hitch wasn’t exactly easy. The one problem is the actual location. It’s super tight - and backing the trailer into the driveway when I dropped it off was not a simple task. Between the crowded lot and the very heavy traffic on Broadway, it wasn’t pleasant. I got it in - but wondered if there was a better way to work the flow in and out of the lot. Anyhow - please give the man who helped me a pat on the back and a raise. He clearly enjoys his job and was essentially a one man show who was absolutely doing what seemed like the work of at least 2 people. Thanks!

Also the headlights need looking after my trip home that night was nerve racking because they were not shinning bright enough. The staff were amazing and I was able to rent the truck on the spot on a short notice, kudos to them..
