The delivery date is delay for 7 days and they didn't want to deliver from Salisbury to Lawrence.

Even though my U-Boxes were delayed (not this location's fault!), the manager Jeff was excellent at keeping me notified and ensuring I could access the boxes once they arrived. A+ customer service!
