Properly maintain equipment. Trailer wiring had a problem. It short circuit the electrical system in my car and blew my fuses. When I noticed I had no turn signals, I checked the fuse and it was blown. I changed the blown fuse and It immediately went from working to smelling like something was burning. Fuse blew again. I finally disconnected the trailer from my hitch harness and changed the fuse once again. My turn signals are working now but my driver seat won’t move back and forth and my vehicle smells like burnt wires/plastic. I had rented a trailer from a different uhaul location two days prior and everything was fully functional with no problems. I believe the trailer from this location had a problem with its wiring which caused my vehicle’s electrical system to short circuit.
JOSUE MThe cabin smell like a smoke of cigarettes. It was unbearable. The fuel recorded on the contract was incorrect. The truck had over 131k miles, and it consumed 7 gallons of fuel for merely 47 miles.

JOSEPH Lproblem with brakes and hitch, one wanted to help. after waiting 20 minutes with the lowell office, then told me to call emergency service. i did drop in to the nashua office (amhrest st) the diagnosed the problem when I tried get another trailer, I was told to get to the back of the line, which was 8 deep... I was left with driving and semi funtioning trailer..

Christopher BMy ONLY issue was that whoever had used the motorcycle trailer before me apparently had vehicle on the trailer with an oil leak of some sort. Given it was raining the day I used it, it was raining and I didn't notice until I slipped loading my Harley. I managed to get my balance so no damage done (with the exception of that to my heart :P ) Lesson learned to always check before loading. Other than that no issues. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

GUILLERMO II only drove less than 10 miles, refueled 2 gallons $7 spent 3 hours. $113 is not correct. I was expecting $50 total at most. Very disappointed.

JOHN PI could not get any help to check out. When I finally came across an employee named Joseph. He said his only job was to move trucks and asked me to move my van. Right after that he helped a female customer, and went inside and was helping customers. I drove the van to the check out lane, Joseph walked right by me and said nothing. I stayed in the vehicle as the instructions said, and no one came to help. When I went inside Joseph was behind the desk. The other rep told me I was all set. I mentioned how terrible Joseph was and he kept instigated an argument while he was servicing other customers. It took 30 minutes for me to check out of this location.
LUCNER MThe gas in the tank didn't match what was written on the paper I was given. Snow wasn't removed from the vehicle. The windshield had frozen ice on it and ice kept falling on it from the top of the vehicle.

Vanessa RThey didn’t have the dollies we asked for which were really important to help move. I ended up buying the single one they had for sale on location, but I ended up without one if the types I requested. There was some trash underneath the seats from previous customers. Mostly just some plastic bottles so it’s not a huge deal but it could be better. The staff was helpful and the truck worked as expected. Checking in and out was pretty straightforward.
SEBASTIAN GErica the Store Manager is just the best! There is a difference from having a Store Manager that maintains the business and some who just runs the business not only does she maintain the business and the needs of the location she makes sure that the customers are very well taken care of also! We have dealt with other locations but this one is the only one we will go to now! Thank You Erica for always making sure that our needs are met!
GERALDO TOnyx is top notch as an emplyee at this location. He goes above and beyond to make sure that he attends to the customer! He is always there to make sure you understand your rental from start to finish. We have been dealing with other locations in the past and this is definitely the location to go for your rental! SCOTT SThe person working was incredibly rude! I couldn't have been nicer to him, but he was rude for the sake of being rude. When I arrived no one was inside. I looked around for a bit and then I looked outside. I noticed him outside and simply said "hi there." He grunted and in a very snotty tone said "hi." I followed him inside and he let the door shut in my face. He then continued in a very snotty tone "do you have a reservation?" I did. I asked a couple of questions and he couldn't have been more rude. I was very polite to him and just wanted to get out of there as he had no interest in helping me. The facility itself was clean and looked fine. I had no issue with the truck itself except the handle to roll the window down was broken. But the staff member was so rude for no reason, I would not use this location again.
Joel MTalk to your customer if you are to charge them more than the amount expected I used truck for 3 hours and returned it with more gas than I found there but I got my card charged twice with no explanation.
