Reservation was originally confirmed to a location that closed before my pick up time. Customer service was able to locate a smaller truck, 40 min further away. The truck was dirty and heavily smoked on. Wipers didnt clear windshield well. Transmission had issues during the trip down shifting properly when going downhill.

I brought the truck and when I was there I told the person in charge to come with me to see where the gauge is of the fuel and he said it is okey. He went on and charge me which is not okey

Employee was a jerk. He was pissed off because the trailer was being dropped off early and he would have to get off his ass and find a space to put it in.

I wanted to pick up the trailer in Nashua NH nearer my home Apparently there was an error made initially so I had to travel to Massachusetts to pick it up

I attempted to use self dispatch which I had set up ahead of time and was told I couldn't and had to wait on a 12 person line. It took an extra half hour and when I got to the counter and asked if the location had self dispatch, I was told it "doesn't always work and is usually only done have business hours". This is not stated anywhere on the advertisements for self dispatch. In fact, it offers the chance to save at least 20 minutes of your day.

I was sent a message that I could to the online check in and all I needed to do was ask for the keys at the front desk. I took a photo of my self and my drivers license as requested in the online checkin only to be told I needed to wait in line with all the other people who had no reservations. If this online checkin is not valid please do not send it out. I wasted a whole hour in line and was late to my destination because I thought I would be getting my truck immediately.

The check in was dreadfully slow. 3 workstations and only one csr. He was great, but we waited in line for 1:15 to be checked in.

Didn't have true dolly I reserved. Didn't clarify how many miles I had and did not explain how long I had the truck for.

The truck had a constant loud sound like the engine was winding its gears. Possibly the drive shaft. Everything else was excellent.

Worst customer services ever...

Location can be very busy at times, but I have rented trailers from here multiple times and I like the service here better than at locations down in the Boston area.

Warner at the front desk was so friendly and understanding, and exceeded the expectations of customer service. Our moving experience was made ten times better because of him!

Overall my experience was horrible. I ended up driving around to mutilple locations trying to track down a 6x12 trailer with a load ramp. Pick up was made for Friday evening. When I got to Nashua after being told they had this trailer, they did not have it. Only 6x12 without ramps. I called the reservation line and they said Lowell, the original pickup location, indeed had a 6x12 with ramps. I had already spent nearly an hour at the Nashua location and driven 25 minutes out of my way based on your recommendation. Not a happy customer. I decided to rent the 4x9 motorcycle trailer as Nashua had 2. During the course of dealing with your phone reservation representative, someone came in and rented the last motorcycle trailer. Lower supposedly would have one available Saturday am but I was being told on the phone it was a 4x7 trailer which would be too small for my application. Nashua sales rep said the trailer is actually 4x9 which was verified by measuring their trailer. I was being told by phone sales the one I would rent was smaller (less than 4' wide), while the Nashua sales person said there is only one size motorcycle trailer and is 4x9. I ended up rolling the dice and rented it anyway, and sure enough, it was a 4x9 trailer. Keep in mind I originally rented a 6x12 with load ramp, not a 4x9. You need to have better communication between your stores and your online reservation group and get your act together to improve your customer experience. I got the wrong equipment , I ended up picking up later than planned delaying my move plans, wasted close to an 1.5 hours of my time chasing down the wrong equipment, was given incorrect information by your online service ( initially the incorrect trailer and then the wrong dimensions), and risked blowing my move plans if 4x9 trailer was the wrong size. Also, your stores don't answer their phone so we couldn't actually talk to someone one to verify the equipment and size. It's no wonder why Uhaul gets such bad reviews. It's more about poor infrastructure and not addressing real, customer needs. Both store experiences were not bad and you can see that people that work there are frustrated with the current system too.

I have been renting from U-Haul for many years now, and this is the first time I've been dinged for a refueling charge. I was very careful to return the truck with more fuel than I received in it -- I drove less than 60 miles and put $20 worth of gas into it. In fact, when I got the truck, the needle was actually a little below 1/2 tank, and when I returned it, it was precisely on 1/2 tank. Please refund the fuel charge to my card at once. Otherwise, the service I received from U-Haul was excellent as usual.

The Van did not have Ramp attached, it was little difficult to load and unload. the service was very good.

I chose the location that was more convenient for me. When I got to the place, they said that they don't do Uhaul truck rentals there anymore. The guy told me that Uhaul refuse to take their location down online. So I have to go to another location and I was 30 min late meeting up with my movers. Mind you, I paid the movers for 2 hrs. So I lost 30 min into it. When I went to the second location. The guy at the desk, didn't care after I told him what happen. He look like those people that hate their job and didn't want to come to work that day. Worst experience ever!
