I always get my uhaul from middlesex st. I booked October 18th. I was called the day before thanksgiving to tell me I would now have to pick up in new Hampshire. About 25 minutes away. Due to work and prior commitments I didn't have time to get up there and back. This caused unnecessary stress. I spoke to the manager at middlesex st he was very helpful and had me call the general manager. I explained to them this was booked over a month ago. We are the antibullying team in lowell and use it as a float, for the parade. I had 15 kids coming to decorate it. They were also wonderful, and assured me my u haul would be driven from nh to lowell and would be available for pickup as scheduled. A lot of unnecessary stress.

Delete Actions? I tried to figure out how to write a review and there didn't seem to be a space to write it after clicking on the link. Rest assured we were super happy with our rental and actually rented 2 vehicles since a 24 ft was not available. We called less than 24 hours ahead of our move because we had a reservation with your competitor who had sent out coupons through the change of address process through the US MAIL. In that regard, I went on line and signed up for a 24ft vehicle from BudgeRental. I got my confirmation and like all other on-line dealings these days, felt comfortable I was all set. (By the way, in the end the only difference in price was going to be $0.79 per mile versus your $0.99 per mile) In any case, the proprietor of the local Budget Rental (Sal's Automotive) informed me when I called to extend for one day that he was sorry but Budget never checked to see if he had a truck. In fact he had no trucks and apologized saying he was just about to call me. That's Bull. It was 3:30pm on Friday afternoon and our pick up time was 7:30 Saturday morning Anyway, I had always done business in previous moves with the Middlesex St. UHaul and should have ignored the coupons and called again. I learned my lesson and will definitely give Budget a bad review. May even alert the post office that they should not include that in their mailings. Thanks again for great service. WEndy

In final receipt manager included services and equipment that I didn't order Also when they gave me truck fuel level was marked 5/8 in contract, when I returned truck with the same fuel level they considered it as 1/2 and charged me for extra fuel.

I just got my bill via email and found that I was overcharged. I had the truck for just 4 hours on 11/13 and because of someone's incompetence, they charged me for THREE DAYS rental. I just spent 40 minutes on the phone talking to 3 different people to resolve this $67.90 error and still, no one can help me. I have to wait for the GM to contact me so that I can tell my story a 4th time. I will NEVER use UHAUL again. I will spread my story all over YELP and anyplace else so that others don't have to waste their time like this.

I arranged for a truck online and chose this Lowell location but was given a Dracut one. I called and was able to switch but then didn't have the blankets/pads I requested. If you choose a location for a reason then I don't understand why I was given a different location. This happened once before and I didn't call to see if I could change. It makes me NOT want to set up an order online if my needs are not met. I understand at times it may not a possibility but I have to wonder.....

Front Desk Guy was great. He was under pressure because the line was long and one guy's receipt would not print out. Despite the pressure he did his job with a smile. He deserves a raise... :)

When I went to return the truck I made sure the gas was exactly where it was left before I drove off and I was charged $15 on my debit card without my authorization. The employee that took he truck in lied about where I had left the gas. Currently back and forth with customer service trying to find a resolution to the problem.

I wanted to pick up a truck in Westford, u-haul guarantees my truck will be ready for at my location or u-haul pays $50, u-haul says a rep will call to schedule a convenient pickup location. None of this happened eventhough I made my reservation a week in advance. My experience with u-haul corporate was awful. My experience with the local franchise owner was excellent.

Brake light was made a call to service . he wanted to what I wanted him to do , # two NO cruise 264 miles that was not good . then tried to give me a story why ... never again . and its takes forever to fill the gas . he did not check any my complaints . never never agian
