#1) have clear signs to where the line starts as I had walked in and went to the right and waited in what I thought was a line. The next person to walk in the door walked straight in and got helped right away. There should be signs saying where the line starts. #2) The truck I used (5150) had a VERY hard time starting. The first time was in the Uhaul lot. The second was at my first stop. The third was at my second stop. The fourth was when I put gas in it to return it. That should not have happened.

I was charged 5+ dollars for gas when I infact filled it up. I drove less then 10 miles. So that makes me pretty angry. it's not the money it's the blatant money grab.

One of your employees was wearing his mask BELOW his nose the entire 20 minutes I was inside to pick up my vehicle. I felt incredibly uncomfortable especially since the room is small and had quite a few people waiting in line and there was not even a plastic barrier between us and the cash register. There was also a customer not fully wearing her mask and neither of the two employees said anything. I was incredibly disappointed by this, please make sure your workers are abiding by the mask rules and enforcing it otherwise the small space and time in line could easily spread COVID.

Person in the store when I picked it up was very friendly and helpful. When I got the bill, there was a $20 fee add for "after hours service fee". I dropped it off at 11 AM on the day I picked it up at 9 AM. I called the store and they said they would issue a refund. I'm waiting to see if they do.

1. The location was described as having limited parking, upon arrival I was told there is no parking. That was disappointing. 2. While making the reservation online, I put the card I wanted to use for the payment. Again, in the store I was told this card cannot be accepted and I was asked to provide a different one. To me, this was highly inconvenient.

Customer service was terrible . After calling and asking for an extension no one put it in the computer and then I was charged for two days . And the guys spoke to me so rudely swore and it was just so unprofessional

It was okay. I was not happy with the hidden fees that went from 24.00 to almost 42.00! I rented the truck and drove less than ten miles and turned it in an hour early!

Please try your level best to keep your word. In my I was given a drop off location which I reached on time only to be treated like trash n sent told I couldn't drop off the truck hence being directed to a different one not in the contract.

The truck was clean but there was a loose panel on the floor of the truck. Nobody noticed it until Erica, the driver, fell through the floor. She scraped her ankle pretty bad and the employee was quick to offer a discount. Maybe just double check that panel when reviewing returned rentals in the future. We ended up renting a van 2 days later from the same place so it didn't affect our choice in rental companies.
