Everything was going wrong for me this weekend. I was moving. The satellite dish company called and said the new apartment does not allow satellite dishes. There was some trouble with my trailer hookup. BUT the employees here turned it all around for me. They got the trailer on, working and got me out of there fast. I got furniture moved and the trailer returned. They really made my whole move come together. I can't thank the employees enough. THEY REALLY MADE MY WHOLE MOVE HAPPEN ON TIME. I will recommend and come back to this location when I next need a rental. Thank You. Thank You. Thank You! GIVE THEM A RAISE

The General Manager appeared to be angry about something and felt the need to pass his anger on to the customers , however , I will say that hew was very attentive to make sure everything happended quickly

There too many uhaul vehicles on the lot and no parking spaces for customers. The service was painfully slow, waited in line for 30 - 45 minutes. Some of the staff appeared to be incompetent. My moving blankets were not put in the truck and I only noticed it when I got home to start the move. I asked for a refund for the moving blankets charge and I was shocked when I was told I had to file a claim at uhaul.com to be refunded. Horrible place indeed.

The information given to us regarding the payment when we rent the truck in the morning was different with another cashier when the truck was returned. The newly box bed was damaged inside the truck.

The car dolly had rented had a broken light that I noticed after I left the lot. I needed to duct tape the light to the housing in order to keep it from hitting the ground. However, the equipment worked as it should and I was pleased with the transaction.

Had a reservation for a pickup and a 6x12 open trailer. Confirmed the reservation 2 days prior, but when I arrived the trailer wasn't available. Had to drive 20 miles to another uhaul to get the trailer. I feel that I shouldn't have to pay for the miles I had to drive to get the trailer since it was the fault of uhaul.

The Lowell Manger was awesome but I booked online and they DID NOt have what I needed in stock, they said they claimed to call but I never received anything including leaving an alternative number. I had to settle for something less than desired. Id like a call back from the customer service manager please 9787589231

I had an appointment reserved for 10:00 am Saturday March 25th. I waited in line for over 35 minutes!! The truck's check engine light was on and I got pulled over because the LED taillight was out. I complained to the manager Warren with no success! I will never rent from there again!!! I have been told by many whom have used this location that it is never staffed enough and they are not very quick or friendly. I still went and now I am kicking myself for not listening to those people!

To improve for the next customer there should be more than one person in front counter area, when I walked into this location the line was up to the door, it took 30 minutes just for me to get attended. There should be at least two people taking care of customers in the front and two people pulling the trucks out.

At the time of vehicle pickup, counter guy should explain the after hours return procedure. Simplify the instructions posted on the building concerning after hours return procedure.
