When I called to schedule this the women on the phone was excellent. When I got to the facility to pick up the truck I found the gentleman there to be rude like I was bothering him by picking up the truck. When I returned the truck a different gentleman on the phone grabbed the keys and handed me back the receipt and waved me goodbye. I said there is more mileage on there than was estimated. He said we will charge you goodbye. I found both encounters were very rude and unpleasant. Not sure I will return to the facility.

The truck was good, ... but needed an alignment, ... as the streering on the highway drifted a bit to the left an right requiring extra streering on the highway, ... definately needed an alignment. Good over all experience.

When I got there only two employees working!! With a full line of customers! Waited about an hour on line and then another hour to get a truck!!! One of the guys didn't even know how to use a computer!! Very slow!!

We tried to make arrangements on line but it wouldn't let us. We received a confirmation to pick up at 10 am but we needed it at 8:00. We called central booking & was told we could do self pickup early before store opened. We went to store day before to make sure and mgr was not very friendly telling us if we couldn't do it online it was final! We couldn't do it plus he said there was no early pickup. Very confusing! We picked it up when they opened at 9:00 & dealt with a very nice young man.

The auto transport I used was probably the oldest one I have ever seen. It was a total piece of junk and heavier than I had expected because it was steel not aluminum. The tail light was broken and when I said something to the Uhaul employee he told me not to worry about it because people behind me would be able to see my tail lights on my truck (which they could not). The ramps on the trailer also came loose 3 times, causing me to have to pull over to put them back in and ultimately spend my money to buy straps to hold them in. One of the times the ramp came almost completely out before I noticed it. This trailer needs to be retired, this employee should be reprimanded for telling me this trailer was OK for use. I've rented trailers and trucks from Uhaul for many years and this was by far my worst experience. Lastly, when I went to park the trailer, the parking lot was COMPLETELY FULL. there was no noticeable place to leave the trailer and it was so full I could not maneuver my truck around. Over all very unhappy with this experience and will be looking elsewhere to rent a trailer next time.

Not much you can do. The lot is small and gets jammed when a lot of people arrive at the same time to pick up. Only problem you have is your call center is promising vehicles that the local facility doesn't have available, creating a problems and delays at pick up.

One person was working on the morning of one of the biggest moving weekends in the area, so I had to wait over an hour in line. After returning on the same day, I was charged an extra day for my reservation because nobody filed the correct paperwork when it was returned. I've waited more than two weeks for any kind of response from management, let alone some sort of refund for their error. So far, the only helpful person has been with corporate customer service.

We had an appointment to pick up the vehicle at 9am. The office did not open its doors until 10am. There was a line of like ten people waiting. We called the manager and customer service desk and got no answer. Once the workers showed up, one of them was drunk and smelled of alcohol. He was cursing and had a poor attitude.

I went to the location the day before and after standing in line for 40 minutes was told that I couldn't register for a truck until the next day. I went on line to register and the verification that reportedly was needed to complete the registration didn't work. Knowing that I was renting the truck for 2 days the customer service reps neglected to tell me that a lock for the truck did not come with the truck--even though there was a locked lock on the truck and a lock key attached to the truck keys. When I call to tell them that the key didn't work, the girl immediately sent me to roadside service. I had to drive back 10 miles to find out that I needed to purchase a lock. My fee for service I believe with gas was close to or over $300 I thought I would get a little more direction than what I got.

I chose to change my drop-off location after learning of how loud the empty trailer would be on the ride home from Lowell. They indicated there would be a small additional fee at the drop-off. When I called the 1800UHaulGO number to say that I was dropping off at a different site, I was NOT asked my reservation number info, and then I was charged $149 for dropping off at the wrong site. As I was on hold I heard repeatedly in the recorded message that I could simply call to change my reservation for free.

Renting from this site one month in advance did not help me at all when I went to go pickup my Truck at the time I was told I could. My truck was not there and when I arrived and spoke to your employee that was there he did not help me, nor did he even try to help me. When I asked him where his manager was he handed me his business card, and I responded by telling him shouldn't you be calling him it's your job. He didn't say anything not even an apology and continued talking with another male employee. He was unprofessional & not helpful. In order for me to get any help my friend called UHAUL customer service and she spoke to us about several options. We opted for her to reschedule us for another truck pickup at the Lowell facility several hours later. The Manager that you have working there should be more outspoken and assertive. He was passive and when I finally spoke to him the second time I went to pick up my truck he responded with "I have gotten lots of calls from customers complaining about not having their truck." I told him that this is a part of his job to deal with issues like this. As a customer I don't really care what he's dealing with, I just care about getting my issue resolved and picking up the truck that I scheduled for a month in advance. The employees at this site need customer service training, people to people training, and how to work under fire and pressure from the work you have been hired to do.

This location was very good...BUT MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH UHAUL WAS TERRIBLE . I had originally booked a truck for 8:00am 9/1/17 when I arrived at the UHaul dealer I was told that my truck was double booked. So there was no truck for me I had my Reservation # 29420909 but still no truck. I had lined up help for my move and had to reschedule which I did for Sunday and the Lowell people we very good. I'll be calling Budget or Penske next time

My identity was stolen at your Lowell, MA branch. The manager came out of the bathroom sniffing something, then left, came back with a bloody nose, lied about renting a truck without checking ID, called me a racial slur and threatened my cousin, refused to call the police and your company has been horrible to deal with on this matter. He refused to show the police the camera footage and is obviously committing crimes and Uhaul seems to not mind. I work for CNN and am working on some local press about this as Uhaul has done nothing to help fix this. Check the tapes if you haven't deleted the evidence which to me would seem to be your protocol.

We had to wait almost 40 minutes to be helped when we went to pick up the truck. Then when it was our turn, we had to wait longer while the truck was cleaned out. I had made a reservation so the truck should have been all ready for us. Then, there was no where to park our car so we had to park a mile down the road and walk back which took even longer. We were also not informed of the $100 deposit, only that we had to pay for the truck rental upon pickup and mileage when we returned. I have had much better service at other locations.

I specifically pointed out that I picked it up with 3/8 full tank; and returned it with more than that. Please reverse the $16.00 charge. No one checked it when I dropped it off. I'm unsure if they checked the right truck. Please correct this error!
