First truck I was provided had terrible steering, wandered all over the place. When I returned it immediately and asked for a better one, the franchise owner was unhelpful to the point of rude, sighing and acting like I was asking for something completely unreasonable, though I persisted and he ultimately relented.

My truck had 116,000 miles on it and the gas tank was on empty. After I put $40 in the tank I realized the gas gauge was broken. The left side mirror was loose so I could not see anyone on my left side. Also, there was glass on the ground in the parking lot that had been there since the evening before, this was on Sunday. It was still there on Monday Night. Anyone driving over it would get a flat tire.

I was advised to drop off my trailer in Newbury. Upon arrival in Newbury they informed me they do not accept trailers. I called the Uhaul rep on my contract and they did not seem to care. Instead I had to drive to another location. This seems like a very easy fix. Simply do not send someone to a location that does not accept trailers.

The two guys working seamed very unorganized. They were constantly leaving the counter to go check on trucks or equ. There were 5 people in line in front of us and it took us over an hour to get to the counter. When we came back to return the truck the parking lot was so packed we couldn't even pull the truck into the lot to park it. There were customer cars parked in one entrance and uhall trucks parked in the other. I had to park in another parking lot and walk into the store to ask someone that worked there what I was suppose to do with the truck because I couldn't even pull into the parking lot.

The reservation for 6 AM but I went to the location only to realize that the equipment cannot be checked out by Mobile app at 6 Am as the equipment wasnt ready and the store not yet Open. The Equipment was old and did not have enough power to pull

maybe next time you should have someone clean the back of the truck. It was very dusty so I had to sweep it before I put my furniture in.

After trying to use the "chat" feature to resolve the previously mentioned dispute over the mileage charge, the service person at the drop-off location said he could not help me. While I understand I will have to contact the originating Uhaul center (or the 800 service line), he clearly was not interested to help me and wanted to distance himself from the issue.



Upon arriving at the Nashua location I was the 2nd person in line and waited for 25 minutes for someone to speak with. Did not seem concerned with their customers time apparently. On top of the initial pickup experience, the address I was given to return my truck at 131 Newburyport turnpike in newbury, MA was the incorrect address! The real address was 6 minutes away. The building had moved but they neglected to update their address for their customers! Overall not a good experience.

While waiting in line at the check-in/return desk to return the trailer, the trailer was unhitched and returned, but I was not notified until, after 20 minutes in line and I was next, the clerk told me I was all set. While the service was good, the communication was not.

The only problem i had was that the steering wheel didnt adjust , but that wasnt a big deal i just used a pillow. Overall excellent experience

Dropped off truck on Sunday at 4:00 pm. Individual stated I would receive a receipt within an hour. Receipt not delivered until Monday 5/22 and when reviewing receipt it shows truck was returned on Monday 5/22 at 7:30 AM this is inaccurate. Truck returned at 4, location open until 5, if you promise a receipt then deliver on promise, don't put it aside until the next day. Poor service
