Both the girl and the guy have natural pleasant, personable "Affect" or presants. NOT fake because have to, natural genuine good people. I'm a nurse and work with millions of people, their quality is so unique and rare. Felt so comfortable. Yes, will remember and tell people about them. Girl hooked me up to car with amazing comfortable skill. Never thought going to a uhaul would be so good experience. Thank them for making my day.

ALLISON CI’m not sure how would fix this but the vehicle had a very bad weed odor, the inside was very dusty overall had a very bad impression and for what I paid is not worth it but I needed a truck.
Alejandro BI did mobile dropoff, so I did not see the inside of the location, but a kind employee came outside to ask how my rental experience was. Everything about the process was smooth.
Christopher Syou refuse to accept responsibility for your part in my disastrous move, you basically stole my money, and cost me about 500 extra dollars for a simple move. Considering class action suit, as I am SURE you have done this to others.

Gabe SI desperately needed a truck and trailer to haul a truck from Pennsylvania to Michigan because it belonged to my father that passed away. U haul ensured me that the trailer could accommodate towing this vehicle. I drove a total of fourteen hours and spent hundreds of dollars in fuel to find out that the trucks wheelbase is too long to fit the trailer after giving them the exact make and model of the vehicle. I was working within very tight time constraints due to my wife having to watch over the kids by herself. I don’t think I will use uhaul again after this happened.

RObert TMy rep went above and beyond to help me. I didn’t know where to buy a reducer and he told me the most affordable place, he also helped me when he noticed that the reducer was not an exact match for the vehicle and modified it so it would work! All around patient and committed guy!
Amber SWent above and beyond and found my insulin pump device after I left it in the truck after returning it. I was so glad they were so helpful.
Leah wwe had an issue in running out of time loading becuase of the heat. we called about extending another day and we surprised that the did give us an extra day without charging.

Tom MThey were sympathetic to my experience. Their manager was out so they told me to call the customer service number. I was also given two different drop off locations by Uhaul and luckily they took the truck without a problem when I showed them that the drop off address texted to me by uhaul was their location.

Tina BIt was unfair to give the truck with only 1/4 tank of gas. With gas prices, then each person trying to return it with only 1/4 tank of gas but no more than they have to. We returned it with just SLIGHTLY less than 1/4 of a tank and got charged $50. After already paying $800 for the rental, receiving it with only 1/4 of a tank, putting nearly $200 in gas in it, then to be charged another $50? It felt mean.

Joshua MThe only issue was with the return service. I had to do it after hours, and the app didn't work. I was there waiting 20 min and the app didn't work, then I called customer service and it probably was another 10min waiting time. Finally got resolved but it was a long waiting time.

Richard SThere were two issues with the trailer. The first was noticed when picking it up. The ”nut” you tighten to clamp the hitch ball was deformed. It appeared that a previous renter had jackknifed the trailer deforming the “nut”. Tightening the “nut” was difficult so I partially fixed this with a heavy hammer. The second issue was the rear door. I did not open at the facility but when I got home I did and the door dropped at least an inch. I noticed that all the upper rivets holding the hinge in place had failed. I replaced five rivets and the door worked fine. There are more rivets to be replaced but I only had five. The folks at the facility were very understanding and good to work with.
