They did a excellent job they were very friendly, and professional they explained everything to me when I came, I I called in with questions and they answered them all and gave me solutions to what I was speaking about and my concerns about if I go over on time and then I will be renting another one on Monday the 2nd I give them five stars

HENRY OI'm not happy that I was charged for fuel when I was given the vehicle at 1/4 full tank. I brought it back just a bit under a 1/4 tank and I was charged $30 for the fuel and 4 GL charge of $16.20

Jamez SI am 66 years old, with white hair, a visible limp, and license plates clearly marked 'handicapped'. Returning a 5x8 open utility trailer I pulled into the 'return zone' and unhitched the trailer. One of the yard employees, who drove into the lot in a U-Haul truck with the cardboard sign clearly blocking the windshield, tells me to 'just push the trailer back into space (about 75') and you're (I'm) good to go." I left the trailer where it was and drove off.

TALISHA MIt was quick and easy. There was ample parking. Staff were efficient.
CYNTHIA PThe air conditioning was not working in the truck, and it was extremely hot for my 10-hour drive. Also, the ignition was loose and very difficult to engage/turn. I felt like I was not going to be able to start the truck on 2 occasions.

TIMOTHY LTrucks have seen better days. Interiors clearly aren't maintained, and almost every truck in the lot was covered in graffiti. I was a little embarrassed showing up to my fancy new apartment complex in that uhaul, if I'm honest. Staff at the facility were efficient and cordial. I was pretty bummed out that despite having pre-booked two furniture dollies, I was told at checkout that there weren't any left, and my opnly option was these massive appliance dollies. If I had known ahead of time, I would have come prepared with a backup.

Michael SThe U-Haul was covered in snow and ice. They didn’t have the parking lot was a disaster too. Item was not ready for pick up made me almost an hour late.
JEREMY TWell I returned the vehicle late staying in constant contact with both the local business and u haul America. On the day I was returning the vehicle we had a blizzard the roads were ice covered and to dangerous to drive on. I called and notified U-Haul America I would drop the truck at a location closer to me as to preserve life. They literally told me it had to go to the pickup location 20 miles away. Well my life to me was valued at more than 20 miles and I took to a U-Haul 2 miles away. They of course used that to charge me an additional $230. When I see a business with that type of stupidity when dealing with driver safety I know they don’t care about their customers just that $230. And not sure who the local guy was apparently the owner of U-Haul as he kept calling the truck “his truck” nice to know the owner of U-Haul is local. What can you do to improve 1) Customer relations classes 2) Value human life more than a truck 3) Stop trying to rob customers thank you for the rental you guys are Ermm one star out of 100,000,000 stars

ANTHONY MThey’re reporting I drove the truck 70 miles and I did not. GM refusing to look further into why there is odometer discrepency because of the “pictures”. I drove the truck a maximum of 20 miles. Staff mishandled or misused vehicle, this should be looked into further.

Kathleen WBe sure that service is done regarding the tires. A message was showing on the dashboard right away; I figured since it was there before I took the vehicle that they knew and didn't think anything of it, but there could be a problem. It was the only van on premises, and I had a deadline for using it. Also, after a snowfall, the windshield wipers need cleaning/de-icing for a customer. They did not work well due to ice on them which was dangerous. When we got off the freeway, we cleaned them.

This was my first experience with U-Haul and the staff made it feel accesible by answering all my questions and helping me adjust my reservation as needed. Moving is no fun, but they certainly alleviated some of the tension and intimidation I felt around renting for the first time. 10/10 would rent from the Nicollet Ave and 35th St staff again.

JAXSON KOutside of the facility itself, your website app and online application are absolutely the worst I’ve ever seen or tried to use. In addition, U-Haul forces and online Rental to go through so many hoops and answering no thank you when all I wanted to do was rent a vehicle. The app would not take pictures of my license therefore could not get that done online and had to wait in line at your facility. I want to make this perfectly clear. I have used U-Haul for many years and I will never use you again. Most pathetic retail company that I have ever dealt with in terms of tools and the sales process/booking process. You guys are the worst.
ROBERT HThe van was maintained but not clean and someone smoked in it before I drove so it reeked like cigarette smoke. I had to have the windows open when it was freezing out.
JENNIE EStore is always dark because they don't turn the lights on. Almost every time i come this store i get approached by uninvited strangers and as a woman it makes me feel very uncomfortable. When i got into the box truck for the first time, the truck wouldn't register the door as shut no matter how hard i slammed it. When i got out and shut the door, there was a gap between it and the body, so yeah the door needs to be fixed. The "SERVICE STABILITRACK" message was also displayed on the instrument panel every time i started up the truck.
ERIKA WHad I been traveling alone I would have felt uneasy due to unknown individuals on street. Staff should ask customer if they want assistance to go and view truck and went they get ready to leave. Staff person was great.

ROBERT YTerribly unprofessional staff. Sitting around eating pizza, cursing, talking to one another without focusing on me! It seems this is the UHaul to avoid based on the other reviews which I wish I'd read before reserving! Also, told me I had to pay an extra $15 fee because I was renting a new van. When I asked where this is written, I was told, "I don't know, my boss said so so you just have to pay it or rent the truck which dooesn't have that fee." Like. WHAT!? Didn't do a check over. Just handed me the keys. When I returned, they still didn't do a check over. TERRIBLE.

SAMUEL GPlease make extra effort to repair the air pressure supply so the rented trailer and the towing truck (mine) tires can be at capacity before departure. One trailer tire was low in pressure, but was not a problem after air was added.

CARL TThe condition of the U-Haul inside the cab was disgusting and not clean. The enclosed 20 foot U-Haul was not even swept out, the two bags of blankets that I received & paid for were not clean at all, as one of the bags had big leaves inside the blankets as it looked like they were folded up from a previous customer and not even looked at or unfolded. Disgusting!! The staff at this location were not attentive at all. Dropping off the rental, there were two people behind the desk which barely acknowledged at all, because they could not put Down their phone for two seconds to take care of the customer. As soon as the keys were given to the representative, I Had not even turned around and they were picking up their phone as I didn’t matter to them. Customer service at this location is disrespectful and not helpful.

DEQA AThe truck was clean and had low mileage, so all in all it served my purpose. The gas was at 1/4 tank although it was indicated at 1/2 tank on the paperwork, and I didnt notice until I was already gone. I was charged mileage even though I gave my trip details upon rental.
