The customer service was great. The rain cut my rental short but time is not prorated.

JEROME IWhile the truck I rented was dirty on the outside, it was clean on the inside and well maintained. The overall rental experience was excellent! I would rent from this location again AND recommend my friends! :)

Leland FThe company computers went down and the staff was unable to start or complete reservations. One of the gentleman at the front desk handled the whole thing with the greatest approach. Even when one customer accused him of lying that the computers were down. Excellent people skills. He even offered me one of his muffins while we waited for the system to reboot, I was in town from Modesto to trailer a motorcycle back home.

Roman NThis location is convenient. However, 1. Last time I got a flat tire in the parking lot. This time I walked 2. The car had coffee stains on the cupholder/dashboard and food crumbs in the cabin 3. The back of the truck was dirty. It had 2 coins and a screwdriver head in it. 4. The rented moving pads were dirty. They were stained, dusty, and had leaves in them.

JOSE GThe shop personnel was helpful, direct and a "no-nonsense" guy. He added a driver by phone because it was an emergency switch. We love U-Haul and use them time after time when we have to move anything and anyone!

MCLEON WI rent a lot of uhaul trailers- about 7 times a year and sometimes trucks/vans- about 2-3 times a year. I’ve used about 8 locations. This was my first time in Mountain View. This was the best service and most efficient.

Roman NThe staff at the place was very attentive and doing whatever was possible but the fact of all the slowness on your systems the registration very slow it took one hour to complete with a previous reserved application and with a credit card online , it had delay all my plans on a stressing moving day and was critical , I even received the truck and thought I should have change it to a bigger one but seeing all the troubles that we have to go I gave up and also bad for the company because it was a lot of revenue opportunity. I would think more than once if I have to rent with you guys again.

Viet HI was quoted about $100 less online one day earlier, but the reservation was not confirmed. It was not clear that this was needed. on top of that, I was charged an extra day for a three day rental and I brought it in one day EARLY.

Roman NWe had a really bad experience trying to use the UHaul app. It wanted to call people to verify identity when we are trying to pick up a UHaul early on a Saturday morning. If you need to do all that, you need to make it clear to start that verification process days in advance. The staff at this location was great both at check-in and check-out and took care of everything we needed very efficiently.

CARY BProcess could have been made a bit more obvious but the truck was good, ultimately getting and returning it proved simple enough, and I'd happily return for future moving needs.
Kindle Wget rid of the $20 after hours return fee
MARK DWorst experience at U-Haul. Customer service was bad at this location. Had to drive around to get a dolly cause the person did not make sure I had what I need for my reservation I made. He told me everything was good and was not . And said to me was his mistake cause he didn’t look but it was not good for me cause now I wasted time money and my own gas in my car. Moving is stresssful.

ABDULLAH GThe bed if the van I rented was dirty with dirt, leaves, and grass clippings. I swept it out myself and blew it out with a blower, so I returned it to U-Haul in much better conditions.

Warren RReturning the trailer after hours was specifically discussed but the existence of a $20 fee for doing so was never mentioned. This was an important oversight and could have become a very contentious situation. Don't let this happen again!
