Get rid of the uhaul app. Waste of time. Hire and train employees to be successful and polite to customers. Stop emphasizing the app over customer care. Stop the money grab.

We waited only 10 or 15 min, but there was people in line waiting too much and they left, I think they left because they saw we were doing a rental and thay will take some time to process, many people was there just to buy some supplies/packaging, but doing the regular line. Anyway, the 2 guys there gave us fast and excellent attention, thanks!

Cargo van could stand to be washed. Otherwise 5*s

The truck ran rough. They were nice but understaffed.

The wait line is long and slow. Waited ~45 mins to get the car.

Drop off experience during after hours is excellent. Recommend it!

Frank was there when I arrived before opening hours, and he was great in helping me use the smartphone app to register, get my keys and take off...

Tried to rent using the Uhaul app and completely failed. My guess is that basic check of license address when I moved street address vs current address could be the issue. Regardless team at the location was awesome.

Mobile pickup sucks. I prided driver licence info while creating my account. They ask you again all info when you come to pick up your rebted car. Than they ask you someone's else info to confirm your identity. It is like 9 steps to complete all process. They want you make photo of you and your driver licence. While I was trying to use the mobile pickup 3 people already rented their trucks. I don't recommend to use it for now. They have it in the testing phase and they di it in the real customers. Save your time and go with real person. Also, Mountain View location employee do not like their job I think.

Verbally said out loud to one another that the van I reserved was not ready even though I was bombarded with reminders and texts and emails the previous day. Then proceded to give me a very sh*** van instead with no automatic door lock and reeked of smoke. Then billed me more than what I already was billed for on “express” check-in.

Poor customer service in Regonal office. Want to charge me 350$ to drop trailer off at different location. I don’t understand why i am not treated like a paying customer. Understand for future that U-Haul is a poorly run business like ATT

Frank was very helpful!

Reserved a trailer at U-Haul in Belmont, CA, over a month before the date we needed to pick it up. Received a call from U-Haul the day before pickup, letting me know that Belmont location gave away our U-Haul and that I had to drive to a location in Mountain View, 25 minutes away, the next day. I chose Belmont because it was convenient. Very disappointing. U-Haul Mountain View was fantastic, thankfully.

I had the usual U-Haul experience here.

Have more staff on hand for Saturday morning pick up. There were a total of 2 employees working. It took 48minutes to be helped. Then upon return I was hit for $15 cleaning fee to fold 6 furniture pads. Nowhere in your literature or in person or on any of your audio loops that you listen to when you’re on hold is it stated that you have to fold the pads. As a matter fact if you listen to your own loop when I’m horny it says that the dolly and pads must be locked inside the van nowhere anywhere does it mention they have to be folded. I know it’s just $15 but it is utterly utterly orderly ridiculous to charge $15 for six pads. I am extremely disappointed based on the principle I went to the location twice to complain both times I was told once she was out to lunch and she knew it was 11 AM and she wouldn’t return to 330 I came back at 3:30 and I told him I was told she was gone for the day I just mr. she was gone for the day. The person that was behind the counter could’ve cared less wanted me out of the store soon as possible. Poor customer service on top of charges and fees that were not disclosed. Not a good way to run a business. I expect to hear from someone as soon as possible. My phone number is 770-842-6500 my name is Gary. Or maybe I won’t hear from someone and that would just follow in line with the poor poor customer service you set a standard so far. The ball is in your court.

I have ordered 6 pads. I didn’t check while taking the vehicle out. Once I reached home I saw only 5 pads. 5 were enough for me. I returned only 5. Hopefully I will not be charged. Other than hat everything were very good and Whike renting out she explained me well and patiently. Overall very good service.

Work on the online checkin app. Followed the steps to rent and got to the final page and then canceled out.

Frank was awesome.

Frank was great. He made the drop off process quick and seamless. Plus he showed us the app which will make our next visit even quicker.

I needed a small trailer to haul some oversized construction equipment that wouldn't fit in my truck bed. The trailer worked very well and was reasonably priced.

A lot of time was spend initially trying to get the uhaul app up and running.
