The only thing, which wasn't a real issue for me because of the mileage I traveled, was not having been told there was to be a minimum charge for mileage. Other customers would surely appreciate knowing that fact.

if we take a vehicule out, we should be able to park our car where this vehicle was... not have to find a parking space in a side street behind the company. Also, for those that do internet checkins, why do we have to wait in the same queue as all the others? (30+ mins waiting time!). Finally - the truck I got had no gas - was apparently siphoned just before I got it. seriously? After queuing 30 mins, driving my car somewhere to find parking, no on top of that I have to go gas up??? and... I'm still waiting for my receipt!

All good. The counter lady was quick and smooth. The process to rent was well organized, and mercifully quick and easy. The hook-up guy knew what he was doing. Trailer worked as expected. The un-hook guy was good and quick. Sign out was simple and easy. A good experience overall.

Customer service is great here! They always go the extra mile for us. We use this place not only for business purpose but for our own personal use too.

I found the support help to be impatient and a bit rude. they were not at all courteous, nor customer service oriented. They were disrespectful and I was off put by their attitude today.

Brand new Ford ban. Only drove 37 miles. Fine experience.

I verbally said, "I need to drop the unit in Monterey." They rented me a one way trailer, which had a slow leak in one of the tires.

I was satisfied, so I have no compliant about this location??

Great service for both check-in and check-out!

After I returned the trailer, got a phone call from Uhaul guy that the trailer was never returned. He insisted that I should have brought it back, but it seems like later he found it on Uhaul parking lot.

Have more than one person manning the counter. I was 4th in line and it took over an hour to get my truck.

Original van had a mechanical malfunction and I had to return it within a couple of hours. Therefore, this reservation was cancelled and a new contract was issued. Please refund $36.27 for this contract. Otherwise my experience was good

Had to hunt someone down to check in my truck even though sign said to wait there and someone would be right with me. When I went inside to get someone there were three employees inside only one of which was servicing a customer. Poor service.

I was really impressed with the staff and cleanliness of truck

Good trip. One of the trailer tires began to experience a flat; however, everything was fine in the end.

Great experience. Alfonz Horton was very helpful.

Don't send a truck out with a bad tire - its unsafe. I pointed out the low air in the tire when I picked the truck up but they just put air in it rather than provide a different truck. The tire ran out of air again midway through my trip, then went flat when I got to my destination. I'm lucky it didn't go flat in the middle of the mountains, especially since I was also towing a trailer. Please be more vigilant with the maintenance of your vehicles.
