SO easy to pick up and drop off. Friendly staff. They need AC!! It was SUPER hot in the office.
Karla SThe staff at the MtViewCA location were all great! Professional, efficient, friendly, & accommodating. I really couldn't have asked for more from them. ... The equipment (a car trailer) was well maintained, had a great set of new/low-mileage tires on it & gave me no problems. (I did note a couple of minor maintenance items that should be addressed when I dropped-off the trailer & the MtView staff thanked me for the info & assured me they would address those items. Again, these were minor items, & did not impact my rental use in any way.) ... Kudos to the MtView Uhaul team. I look forward to doing business with you again soon. ... -Kevin- :-)

JUAN MWe are very appreciative of the Mountain View U-Haul. The employees are always very knowledgeable and helpful. We now only rent from this location because they make the process so easy. On this occasion the van was pretty dirty - outside and in. This has not been our past experience.
AIDAN FThe trailer was rented until August 12th. I returned it on August 8th but the receipt and confirmation of acceptance was dated August 9th. And of course, it would be great if, when returning earlier, you returned part of the money for the unused period of time.

RONALD RThe manager have very bad attitude he think is so smart and try to make you fell Dumb. He was laughing of me and said to other customer that I was not smart Becuase I was having a bad time to park the trailer. He did put the truck have half of tank of gas and wasn't thrue so I have to go back To ask him to fix it and he said that I can adjust it my self. I will never come back to that store I don't want to se his face

Roman NLocation is good and they take care of you. But the actual truck itself; not sure if they maintained it throughly. Call it bad luck or something else; but i should have check the AC before taking the truck. We drove from CA to WA; and we did not need to use the AC until we starting driving through Oregon. It was the worst drive ever. The AC was NOT working at all. So we drove and stuck in traffic in a 86 degrees weather and we were sweating; and kept dringking water to stay hydrated. It was like driving in a hot oven. Our snacks even melted. Keep in mind that in the truck there’s a sticker that says “caution; engine can make the floor hot”. So we were getting heat from the weather and the engine. It was so bad to the point it was legit hazardous. So next time you borrow a truck; check it; not just the visial inspections. Have i check it first; i wouldve ask for a different truck. But we got the truck in the early morning and start driving at midnight and we dont need to turn on the AC. I am now a firm believer that Uhaul will wait for someone to say something is boken and need to be fix; rather than thoroughly check it themselves. Or if they know someone is borrowing a truck for a very long drive; a better inspection procedures should be implemented. We could drive an hour without AC no problem; but 5 hours is a stretch. So check the eauipments you are renting throughly.
wisnu rGive Mike a Raise!! He is atop everything!! He makes the whole team better and I’m sure his senior team players showed him how!! My truck return was not easy at all it took me longer and got overcharged but 1 call to Mike he fixed it all!!!
EDGARD GI got a text about checking the license plate on the truck as I was driving off. It no doubt arrived after I left the office and before I started the truck but I wasn't expecting a text so I wasn't looking at my phone.

Daniel CI had an uneventful van rental from this location. I made the U-Haul rental reservation online and tracked the status in the mobile app. Pickup and drop-off went smoothly. I would recommend this location to friends.
THEODORE CThe U-Haul app should accurately reflect office hours. I scheduled a pickup for 7:30 AM, and the app indicated that this time was available. However, no one was there when I arrived, and I didn’t get the vehicle until 9:00 AM.

Robert WThe truck I rented had obvious issues with the shifting in the automatic transmission. This happened both loaded and empty. It would rev very high to do a simile shift at various time and would automatically die. Shift without war I g going down hills. This truck needs a transmission shop to investigate. Also the passenger side mirror was near useless. Non adjustable in any regardless of any attempts. Judy s heads up
William FThe vehicle was very well maintained, but it was also quite dirty with a lot of bugs and road grime on the it from what appeared to have been a cross-country trip. It was no problem though. I was able to do what I needed to do with the vehicle, so all good. Overall the service there was excellent.

Barbara SI was charged an exorbitant rate for keeping the trailer a couple of extra days .the fees were outrageous and unfair. In addition, I was charged extra for coverage when the worker explicitly told me I would not be.. it feels like an unfair business practice and makes me seriously question whether or not I would come back.

randy sI was surprised wheel chocks did not come with the trailer--seems like a safety thing like that you shouldn't skimp on. We went to two auto parts stores to get some.
Brian SI rented a trailer a week in advance to take my microcar to a car show. After looking up their computers they reserved a trailer which they assured me was suitable for my car. I took the trailer home and discovered that the ramps built into the trailer were too wide for the track width of the car tires. I have had to abandon attending the show!

Belal HLocation manager is great. Multiple bugs in the uhaul android app, took multiple retarts to get it to recognize I was in the correct return location. When it didn't recognize return location, you're unable to press the continue button after selecting "I am at the return location".
thomas JService is always courteous, albeit sometimes a bit slow / difficult to check out or back in, as it seems a lot of people show up at once and it can take over 5" - 10 'per person, even with a reservation; otherwise, equipment always clean and in good condition
