MICHELLE MI told the associate when I dropped the trailer off that the brakes seemed like they need to be serviced. She informed me that it did not have brakes, only if the trailer fell off and the emergency brake line hooked to the truck engaged the brakes, which is not true. Not understanding how automatic hydraulic trailer brakes work could lead to an issue not getting addressed.

ABDULLAH Meveryone was very friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. the only issue i have is that it was not made clear to me on the TIME of day i had to return the truck and i lost almost all of my 100.00 deposit.

MACHEL MI had roaches in my truck. I had no roaches in my residence. Ever. Not in the whole 7 years I have resided where I have. I had to spray, and wait an hour or so before I used it. I’m highly unsatisfied, because I went in to resolve the issue after filing a complaint by phone. I’m already receiving the run after drop off around about who I should contact to get the issue correctly resolved.
Marie RI believe it’s unfair to charge people for overage in miles when your website asks for an estimate which means a guess on how far you believe you are going not a precise answer. If you want people to know how many miles they are traveling you need to incorporate a system that asks their travel information to get the correct information
