I appreciated the associates there trying at first to help me but it’s clear they didn’t know how to properly use the tools and follow the procedures for checking in equipment. But the young man and women were distracted the whole time I was there talking to other U-Haul associates on the phone about rental rate increases and the need to update the sign on the wall. This seemed unprofessional to me to have this conversation with customers in the store and for the associates to make the customers wait while they are taking measurements of the sign and relaying those measurements on the phone. Additionally when they did try to help me, the struggled getting the equipment checked in going back and forth between a computer and phone. It was so bad and took so long that it must have upset the U-Haul associate on the phone who was still waiting for his measurements so he could make decals for the rate hikes that he interjected himself into my situation to help them get me handled and out the door. I’m still not sure if everything was checked in right or not. I did get two emails but they could only print me one receipt for one if the items I returned. My overall experience here was terrible and I will never be back to this location again.

The location and customer service man were excellent. The truck was new and clean - only one problem...there was a roof leak on the passenger side roof near the windshield. It rained during our trip and the passenger got wet from the leak. When we stopped for gas, I could see the obvious repair attempt (some kind of white putty), but it didn't worl. Everythign else was great.

I don’t think it was very fair. We rent equipment from here when we need to. We were 30 minutes late on our 24 hr rental and were charged an extra day and insurance. This will make me look elsewhere first the next time we need. Just a heads up

The lady at the counter gave me attitude when I asked for her assistance and help and was nowhere to be found when I went to the counter to request assistance locating the truck. Also, the truck was parked in a way to where I was unable to establish the appropriate pictures and angles of the truck for documenting. I will never recommend this u-haul hub!

Customer service at this location was excellent, everyone was very friendly. I rented on the day of the system outage, they were in good spirits despite other rude customers and took care of me quickly.

The manager there was like a one man gang! She was moving trucks, came in and immediately served me, answered two calls while I was signing paperwork, made a change for the trailer pickup to a different day then the truck, and appeared to do it all effortlessly!! What a hard working woman! I was incredibly impressed! The older man there was a great help also . By the way, a month before my girlfriend rented 5 uboxes from you ( Michelle Vanderlick) service with all the drivers for delivery, pickup, and advise was top notch!

The Uhaul we rented was not cleaned, had love bugs all over the windshield and front of truck. It barely had 1/4 tank of fuel, and the AC did not work the entrire 1400+ miles we had to drive it. We had to do so with the window rolled down the entire time. This issue really should invoke some form of credit back for this rental!

Everything was handled smoothly, but my concern is mostly regarding the app and store inventory. First, the app malfunctioned multiple times when making adjustments, forcing a restart. Second, this is the second U-Haul location I've booked from recently where when reserving a truck and/or equipment one or more items were not available upon arrival. It seems as though there should be some integration with the inventory system or warning to customers if something might not be available.

Dorian was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I’ve moved several times in my life and he was easily one of the best people I’ve worked with during a move. Very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. Both people at the counter were nice, but Dorian especially made the experience smooth and stress free. Great employee and a very good person overall.

This is a great location ebony. The manager's wonderful, most of the people. I've dealt with it's probably my third or fourth time dealing with this location, unfortunately, when I returned it, there was one bad apple.I just didn't appreciate the way he was talking to me like I was an idiot. I actually got up and left. But don't let one bad apple.It's a great location, and they usually take very good care of you.

I had told the agent on the phone I wanted a 24 hour use. She processed it as only 6hrs. I had to rush around and get everything done much quicker. The desk agent told me that Sorry they made a mistake and they could not fix it because someone else was waiting to pick it up at 7am the next day.

I need someome to contact me, not only my trip was unsafe, the tow dolley i received was not working, the right tail ight didnt work and the guys who strap ny car didnt do a good job i was deiving 55 on I75 the interstate and the right tired got unstrap i almost cause and accident not only because it was dark and because no tailight working

The truck was barely drivable and we had to extend the rental because we couldn’t drive speed limit, had to stop frequently. There was zero customer service and zero access to the app during this time. We drove with fear of breaking down the entire time. When I dropped off I had to request that they check the truck in despite choosing to drop off during business hours. This was a horrible expensive process and we were unable to complete our plan.

Trailer was not properly secured to hitch. When loading, the trailer came unattached and rolled forward into the back of my truck, damaging the license plate. Had that happened with a full trailer on the highway the results could have been catastrophic. Please train your employees proper way yo connect hitches

So called GM Ebony is just horrible, unprofessional, disrespectful and should not only not be employed in any services involving patrons but definitely should not be a Gm. We all know moving is already stressful however Ebony managed to give it a violent shove into a total catastrophe. Made my move and my storage the worst experience ever. I was threatened, unheard, misunderstood, and confused and got no help from her whatsoever in fact she did the complete opposite n was totally unprofessional.

This is my second time returning to this location. I’ve rented many U-hauls over the years and this location is the best! Friendly employees that make the process so easy. The flow of their signs and setup make it very easy for customers. Good job 9th & Gandy!

Michael was a real jerk. Rather than letting me pull in and disconnect the trailer, he made me do all the maneuvers to park it off the pavement in a grassy area near the entrance. He said he wasn’t going to do it so it was my responsibility to. He was a real BUTT about it all. Not a very nice person.
