Inspect the trailers more thoroughly. Attempted to p/u my A/T trailer. And one tire was completely chopped and down to the stell cords on the inside edge and would have blown out on my 1000 mile move. Communication The girl was polite, but after spending 1.5 hrs arranging the tire to be replaced by 5:30 pm the following day with some sort of manager over the phone. I called the store and confirmed it was done @ 5:30 which I was told it was. I show up and back the truck up to the A/T and the old tire is still on it. I walk in and the people inside have no idea what I'm talking about or have any record of a tire to be replaced on that trailer and the girl from the previous day also never gave me my contracts which the people for the following day had no idea also about that fortunately the guy I dealt with the second day was much better at his job and figured it out for me and after researching another store to pick up a trailer at I was refunded the full amount in cash to take that cash to the other store at Tropicana Field to pick up the trailer but when I got there they tried to charge me $100 more than the original price which was incorrect and I was told at the other store that I was supposed to get it discounted from the original price I had it took four people at Tropicana Field store to figure out why I had four contracts open on this and to give me a discounted price and a trailer that was functionable. Vehicle cleanliness. I picked up my 15 foot U-Haul and the inside was covered in dog hair my wife was getting covered in it from the AC vents even getting in her mouth there was still stuff behind the seats and the cup holders were filled with sticky residue and the windows were filthy. the ramp that pulls out to load was covered in shards of glass. the inside of the storage compartment of the truck was also not swept and filthy. truck maintenance while driving down the road on my 1000 Mile Journey the alignment on this truck was so bad that the steering wheel was completely a hundred and eighty degrees and if the steering wheel was not forced all the way to the left a hundred and eighty degrees he truck would violently turn to the right also it seems as though these tires have not been balanced since they were installed. ( keep in mind I work on cars for a living) Unrelated to this store U-Haul Regional Offices attempted to change my drop off location about 9 times and after being told to drop off the truck and trailer at one location I had a lady from a regional office in my destination city tell me that the trailer was due for the day prior what I was told the day before to return truck and trailer the same day and after explaining this to her on the phone she got a nasty attitude towards me and at that point I ask for corporates number and hung up and called corporate and filed a customer complaint with the entire scenario. this entire move was awful do to Uhaul lack of communication lack of inspection o

I picked a motorcycle trailer, the employees were very nice and polite, felt like I knew them, helpful and knowledgeable. And returning was about 3 minutes. Very impressive with this service. Loved the experience. Wish I can do it again.

I rented a truck to move from st pete to ft mccoy, I went 2 miles down the road to put gas in the truck cause it didnt have any and went 2 miles and the truck died. i waited for the maintenance man for almost 2 hours after loading the truck this is the last thing i wanted to do. After the man left the truck ran the distance, this experience has left me mad and very disappointed i U-Haul. i feel some compensation should be made for my trouble and time. if any really reads this the maintenance guy gave excellent customer service. Maintain your vehicles better they have many things wrong mechanical, for example my 26 foot truck had brakes that squeeled any time brake applied, also check engine light was on .

I rented a 9 foot van. The low tire pressure light was on consistently. I even took the car back before I left the lot. They said it was okay and things were fine. The car started peeping out of control during my drive with my things in the back. That van was faulty and should not have been rented to anyone. I should get a full reimbursement. I even had to wait and come back because the time I was told that the van would be ready, was not ready. I had to make 2 trips and my time of moving being delayed. Upon return to the dealership, only one attendant for the whole entire place. It took more time to return than rent the vehicle.

The only reason I rented a Uhaul truck was for the LOADING RAMP as I had a couple heavy objects. Upon picking up the truck I asked if a dolly was included and the guy at the counter said doesn't matter as your truck DOESN'T HAVE A RAMP!!!! WHAT?? Sure would have been nice if the guy warned me about that the day before when I was in the location making arrangements. Luckily we were able to heave-ho the heavy stuff up into the van without killing ourselves. Also the guy messed up the "In Town" classification so it took over 1/2 hour trying to figure out how to turn in the truck into the location I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE RETURNING TO...SOME TRAINING PROBABLY NEEDS TO OCCUR.

I have rented about six times in the last year, and this is simply the most convenient location for me. Some of the vehicles have been good. Others, not so much. The latest 17' truck has some issue with the brake (sounds like a dragging pad). I was overbilled in this latest experience. On 2/25/17, I picked the truck up at 7:00am, for a 24 hour rental. I returned it approximately 20 hours later, at 3:45am on 2/26/17, dropping the keys in the return slot. My bill was for two full days (rental and insurance). I returned to the store later that day after reviewing the emailed receipt. I told the assistant manager of the error. She reviewed everything, and stated that the person who checked the truck in made an error. She refunded the extra day/insurance. However, from a customer service perspective, not once did she apologize for the inconvenience. I had a lot of work to do this past weekend, and having to break to return to the UHaul store to manage this was a particular inconvenience. A simple apology for this would have gone a long, long way.

Bad luck with computers being down, so a bit of a wait picking up. Crew were nice by not charging me the $13.50 gas fee for the 20 miles I traveled because I was too lazy to put gas in on return for the hassle of morning pick up.

Was a big day for us. We just bought a house and was under a time limit to get out of our apartment. Scheduled to pick up at 7:15am on a Saturday. Showed up at location to pick up truck at 7:05am and was immediately taken care of, the people were very friendly and treated us with respect. Same treatment when returning the truck. Thanks for making the big day turn out well.

Mark the drop off location for the trucks at both entrances to the store. I don't recall seeing a sign when I entered off the side street. When I was leaving I saw the sign on 9th St. Overall, it was a very nice experience at the location. Very helpful staff.

The truck I had, had a busted door and weighed too much for an individual to lift open. The truck also stalled over 10 times while driving. I told the employee and no price reduction or discounts were applied! Terrible experience! I'll be messaging corporate and yelp!

The office was busy, which you would expect on a Saturday afternoon.Only two people working, caused quite a delay. I was there 45 minutes picking up a truck that I had completed your express check in for. The truck it self had an oil leak that dripped onto the exhaust pipe and smoked enough to have people following calling, Inside there was a terrible odor, which I later found an dirty diaper and two half eaten jars of baby food under the passenger seat.
