ASHIRA JSo called GM Ebony is just horrible, unprofessional, disrespectful and should not only not be employed in any services involving patrons but definitely should not be a Gm. We all know moving is already stressful however Ebony managed to give it a violent shove into a total catastrophe. Made my move and my storage the worst experience ever. I was threatened, unheard, misunderstood, and confused and got no help from her whatsoever in fact she did the complete opposite n was totally unprofessional.

LINDSAY PMichael was a real jerk. Rather than letting me pull in and disconnect the trailer, he made me do all the maneuvers to park it off the pavement in a grassy area near the entrance. He said he wasn’t going to do it so it was my responsibility to. He was a real BUTT about it all. Not a very nice person.

MICHAEL BI believe this was my first time renting a truck with U-Haul directly and it was such a quick and easy process. I recommend and would rent from this location again.
ELIZABETH OUnfortunately, the 10’ Van I rented had significant problem of leaks on the top corners of the cargo box. We load the truck and when we were going to unload the boxes, started to rain. It was pouring. We had to stop for an hour and then continue unloading the cargo. We found 3 boxes completely wet and some of the paper documents I had in one of the boxes got damaged. I was not happy about it. I was not expecting the Cargo Van had a leaking problem.
MARGARITA DEbonee was AMAZING - professional - knowledgeable - helpful - kind - she got us in and out of there quickly and when we got stuck with the truck full of stuff because our house sale fell through - she came through for us after hours and kept us informed - her team was equally as helpful and kind. We were in a mess and she was very helpful and kind. We are so grateful for her!!!

GEORGE GI really dont get how there can be an absence of rental furniture dollies when I requested one weeks in advance but we need to make sure to hold on to the buyable supply for all those people shelling out $200 for some planks and casters

RUSSELL BHorrible experience - Got charged an additional $100 for “missing furniture pads” when they were left, in the truck, UNUSED in their original bags. Woman on the phone was extremely rude when I called to ask for clarification and said they would not reference any pictures to help correct their mistake. Never again - didn’t think I would have to worry about this but clearly need to have a different process along with the customer service.

Even though I can’t recall the owner’s name, her customer service and professionalism were truly top-tier and deserving of five stars. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, and her positive attitude made the whole process stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and her business. This is hands-down one of the best U-Haul experiences I’ve ever had—highly, highly recommend!
