They want you to use their app to take pics when you leave and come back. But the app won’t load in their parking lot. My phone had 4 signal bars but it wouldn’t load. Even on their WiFi it wouldn’t load. There’s an email to send complaints to. I recommend sending your pics that way to avoid a charge for not using the app, Also, pay attention to the TINY font that says it’s $.99/mile, I got absolutely screwed with mileage charges because I assumed like most rentals it’s unlimited mileage. Charging per mile is a total racket.

He was exceptionally courteous, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, but what truly set him apart was how far he went above and beyond what you would ever expect from a customer service representative. Jesus didn’t just help me with my rental — he actively looked out for my best interests. He first referred me to U-Haul “Traffic” to help secure a better rate, and then took it upon himself to find an even better rate directly. That level of care, initiative, and honesty is rare these days and deeply appreciated. I have been a U-Haul customer for over 40 years, and experiences like this are exactly why I remain loyal. Jesus represents U-Haul at its absolute best, and if every location had someone like him, customer service everywhere would be better for it. I truly hope to be a U-Haul customer for the next 40 years, and I hope Jesus gets the recognition he absolutely deserves.

PERCY RCharged me a $50 cleaning fee when I did not put anything in their to create the mess they claimed and I did not get any prior text/email to confirm the condition of the vehicle before driving it off the uhaul business property that they said I should have. Very sketchy. Never happened before and I've used uhaul several times. Looks like I'm renting witg some other company next time.

The location on International is a pretty busy intersection so it feels a little chaotic to drive out of the lot, so if you're not confident about driving a U-Haul, bring someone who is cause the streets are tight and chaotic.
JENNIFER BI spoke with 3 different people two of them were kind and helpful, but the person that help me the most was rude, not helpful, had his AirPods in and spoke so you could barley hear him. He also tried to get me to buy an adapter that I did not need and would not explain to me why just told me I needed it, but that’s because he didn’t try to help me with anything I was doing. Will definitely not come back to this location. Sorry to the two guys that were actually kind and helpful.
Alan MEric (the manager) was incredibly helpful! His professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond made a huge difference. I work in customer service and use U-Haul often, and Eric is by far one of the most outstanding people I’ve ever had assist me. He truly deserves a raise!
