Louie HMy experience with U-Haul on the 19th of May was terrible. Your customer service representative booked me a truck and an auto transport when I got to the location in La on Atlantic boulevard My truck and the auto transport was not there. I had to wait several hours. I finally got a truck at that location and them had to drive to the location in Pico Rivera to pick up. The auto transport was not compensated in any way. I had to drive all the way back to Sacramento and all. I dealt with U-Haul for 4 and 1/2 hours before I hit the road. It was horrible
Larry VI recieved supreme service from Cesar Nunez. I was the first customer there and although the line grew behind me, he did not rush me and a second employee came to help. He was very curtious and efficient wihile engaging in pleasant conversation. I was on the road within 15-20 min.

EDDIE HPunctuality is key. My appointment was May 8 at 5pm, I rushed from work it was a waste of time though. There was a system glitch and my hitch was in east los Angeles instead of Pico Rivera, I had my wife take vehicle the next day May 9 it took two hours, no wiring, pin or ball just the hitch installment.
Humberto RWe arrived to meth heads haning out in an open uhaul truck. I asked the girl behind the counter if that is ok, and she said that the boss gave them unitl the end of the day. They were there when we left at closing time. We were then told that they guy who was supposed to attach our trailer was at the liquor store next door. 15 minutes later he strolls up and says he can't do it. He had a bandage on his wrist. The girl behind the counter tried to help but evidently did not do it correctly. Half way home the trailer came unattached, slammed into the back of our car, made us fishtail, and we slammed into the curb. An hour and a half later, U-haul roadside assistance came by to help us reattach it. By this timne it was dark and we had not yet started packing the trailer in order to get up early the next day and drive a thousand miles to Devner. No apology, no compensation. When we got home two days later the door wouldn't roll down. The hook made it stuck and so we had to empty the entire trailer at 10pm after driving all day. I don't think we will ever go with U-haul again. No call back once I complained on the phone to the uhaul team. Care about people. Compensate us for our troubles and time. Do better with customer service. Don't let meth heads hang out on your lot to harrass people. The male meth head tried to "help" us but couldn't hardly stand.

JOHN MYes that location was good and fast but it happen to 3 times l order on my trailer on Atlantic East LA and I have to go somewhere else to pick it up. They don’t let me know ahead of time.

SAMUEL JI was told by the Rep that I could turn in the tow dolly in San Degio at any place that U-Haul services. That was not the case, I went to two different locations and was told that they could not receive the equipment. Even the place that another uhaul rep said would be able to except the equipment, I was denied. If this the case I should of been told from the gate that the only place I could drop off the equipment was the U-Haul center. I wasted so much time it is shameful.

CHRISTOPHER FThe car dolly I rented must not be maintained or inspected properly. My car came lose after exiting the freeway. I put my vehicle and surrounding traffic in BIG DANGER. I cannot believe this happened.

JUAN AMy rental wasn’t what expected I rented a tow dolly and the left side retaining pin that holds the loading car ramps fell off 3 miles from leaving the store I had no time to return cause i was on a time rush I had to fix it my self to continue my tow I toon it back as promised and the receiving employee was notified his only remark was oh I get it repaired in the shop, he was too busy on his phone inside the shop and outside the safety sensitive area just saying

PABLO HOnly bad experience I had was that the gentleman that helped me at the Pico Rivera area didn't seem to knowledgeable about making this rental. Once Jennifer came on the scene she was great.
