It was really easy to rent I did everything on line and when I showed up they just had to look me up and right away they gave me the trailer I rented and in less than 15 minutes I was on my way out and when I came back was even easier, I didn’t even came off my truck when they had already unhooked the trailer and I was on my way out . Great prices and great service

Gloria RRude, did not acknowledge once entering, I purchased a 2' ball from uhal 2 weeks ago for this trailer rental I asked if they ca make it tight for safety they said NOOOOO go to a tire shop came back again rude made me wait just to hook it up with an attitude. No explanation no information about trailer just hook up and left back inside.

Arthur GYour vehicle served it's purpose however, the only mishap I encountered was the rear door on the boxed cargo had a cable jamb and couldn't close completely. Other than that, your vehicle and staff members were extremely accommodating. Thank you,
David EThe main guy there (seemed so) was one of the rudest people I’ve ever come across in life. I’m 50… At first he was rude to the couple in front of me, but then he was rude to me and every person after me who came into the store. I don’t think he should lose his job, but for sure needs to be talked to. Maybe a Customer facing job isn’t for him.
