HARMANDEEP BThe vehicle looked like it had just been dropped off, there’s were chip crumbs in the cupholders and little pieces of unwanted things in the cargo area (picture frame backings, pencils, etc.) The person doing the initial rental was very adamant on returning the tank full. When jumped into the vehicle it was not full. I had read in the contract that if that happens they will reimburse you if you show them your receipt. I took a picture and went on my way. When I returned I brought this up to the associate and he said the manager had to do it and he wouldn’t be back now until tomorrow, so I was unable to get a refund for the extra gas I put in.
KELSI BI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the conduct of a customer service representative during my recent interaction with U-Haul. The representative demonstrated a lack of professionalism, responding to my inquiries with impatience and an unwelcoming attitude. Rather than offering assistance, their tone was dismissive and discourteous, which made the experience unnecessarily stressful. Customer service plays a vital role in shaping the overall customer experience, particularly during time-sensitive and demanding situations such as moving. Unfortunately, this interaction fell short of the standards I expect from a reputable company. I urge U-Haul to address this issue and ensure that all representatives are trained to engage with customers respectfully and constructively.
ATA UThe U-Haul cab had materials in it from the previous rental. There were some letters on the dash. The truck itself was in dire need of a wheel alignment. When driving straight the steering wheel was off by approximately 40 degrees clockwise. The staff were friendly and courteous.

DONALD TI was told trailer was rented out next day. Had to be returned by 9am. Did not have time to complete job. PRICE PER DAY IS 24 HOURS.
JOSEPH GAn employee told me book early to ensure I would have the trailer I needed on the day of pick up which was a 6x12. I get a call from their dispatch 2 DAYS BEFORE PICK UP to tell me the trailer I reserved was not available so I had to go with the 5x8. WHAT IS THE POINT OF MAKING A RESERVATION?!?!?!?! I go to pick up my deposit and they tell me I should have got my deposit where I dropped the trailer off, the other employee told me to come back to the location where I picked up the trailer to get my deposit. Absolute garbage communication. The whole experience was horrible from start to finish. 100% will not be recommending you guys to anyone. Figure your sh*t out. Sincerely, A pissed off customer.

Rogelio G..hired a van, and was told by U-Haul's rep. that I needed to refuel after use, filled a gas tank, left it more than I met it, took a before and after photo to show the level of gas before and after but was still charged for gas on the app, went to the office on Park St. the next day, and was told they couldn't do anything about it
FORTRESS B3 appointments did not happen because they only have 1 person that does installation and he was not available. The horrible thing is poor customer service. I travelled in from Moose Jaw and they couldn’t call me to cancel. I got stood up 3 times.

PATRICIA FThe cargo van was dirty, but I walked in unannounced and a cargo van was the best option for my move. This was the only cargo van on the lot. The dirt did not affect the drivability of the van, nor the capacity to hold my contents from the locker. The system was down when I arrived, and the men trying to look after my rental request were patient and very kind. The cost of the van was better than expected. Thank you, U Haul. Gentlemen, you were amazing!

RICHARD SI encountered a problem and lengthy delay with the 26' ramp. When I called in the morning Herman the Manager began professing why people should by insurance. He gave me two wrong numbers to call. No idea on the product how to operate it and then yelled at me. Horrible location old manager has moved onto Vic East best to go there.

SHERRY HFirst off, I was charged more than I was quoted, and when I mentioned it, the attendant glanced briefly and then did nothing. As I was in a rush, I did not argue the fact, and planned to follow up later. The truck was filthy and had to be cleaned before we could use it. It is a very small compound and finding parking for my personal vehicle was challenging.
KEVIN DThe Manager was more than accommodating. He was fair in the rental price and the truck was adequate for my needs. I would definitely refer this depot to a friend.
Gregory FOnly 1 or 2 employees working lead to long wait times, mediocre customer experience. Reserved a truck online with furniture and appliance dollies that were absolutely necessary to my move, was told there were none available and it's a first come, first serve basis. Then was told if I wanted one, I could go to the other location in town who might have one, but would not offer any other assistance or guarantee past that. So if I wanted one, I had to add mileage to the vehicle I was paying for, plus wasted time if other location didn't have the tools I required. Employees were mostly incompetent and unhelpful

Walter DIt is not about the location, it is about the u haul overall experience. I would not rent u haul in the future or would not recommend it anyone. I booked 20 feet truck from Regina to Calgary more than a month ago and the day before my pickup they told me that 20 feet is not available, the only option I was offered was 15 feet truck with 4x8 trailer, it was such last moments notice that we couldn't find other options. It was so hard to fit everything in and hard to manage trailer for the first timers. We booked it such a long time for the peace of mind and they informed at the last moment and even the guy who talked was also talking rudely. I was not expecting this from u haul and would never rent again.
ASHISHKUMAR PIt was somewhat ok when I picked up the truck. But there was only a quarter tank of gas and they wanted me to fill it to 3/4 which isn’t far since I didn’t use it.. then dropping it off there was only one guy working and at least 10 people waiting. I was in there waiting for at least 45 minutes.

DUSTIN TThe cab of the truck was dirty( had people's water bottles and old dirty torque on the floor) the back of the truck had old used moving blankets in it. And when I asked about the blankets I was told " you can just put them over here". No, it's not my job to clean rhe truck out from the last guy before I use it. And the communication in there when I came to drop it off was terrible
