The yard guy seemed very competent and easy to deal with. Office staff member was very nice to deal with despite appearing to be having difficulty with another customer while I was waiting. Very professional.

Better customer experience by having another counter person at peak times. I waited half hour past my appointment time because there was only one person out front. Also don't have a guy from the back come out and try to work computer, he doesn't know how. Better overall person to person experience too. I know your busy but try to at least smile

For starters the lady we dealt with was ignorant was never told a one way would be cheaper so we paid double not very happy at all plus i want to know why the webite say one price but givin a totally diferent price we had 10 foot truck should be 59 cents but we paid fucki g 100 a mile why miles when we are in fucking canada should be km if you want to discuss firther my number is 3065210530

Not only the auto transport I booked 1 month ago was not available, I had to drive 2,5 hours to get it from another store with my SUV to end up coming back without the thing. Why? Because Sorento's hitch are low and the trailer was in the ditch so I couldnt move it. I had to drive back to this location, get pick up truck - which i paid for it and for the gas + the gas and mileage of my SUV... I lost about 6 hours of packing that day. Strangers had to put my stuff in the uhaul truck i also booked.... Now it is time to get the auto transport hook up to the Uhaul truck - big surprise, the lights doesnt work........... So, it is more than 30 hours delay now... Employees are nice, but equipment not so much.

Horrible customer service experience as has been for each time I’ve rented a trailer. Only place in Regina to rent a trailer or I’d never go back. Word of mouth will help other people find an alternative and some time, possibly somebody will open a place that has some customer service. Extremely disappointed once again

The woman that waited on us appeared non interested in our business, she was yawning the entire time I was there to pick up the trailer. Must of been lack of sleep however it was in the afternoon. Also she was not very responsive and very unfriendly, customer service was poor on her part. Other employees were great.

On behalf of this location they did all they could do, because when I went to pickup the ENCLOSED trailer, as per my printed agreement, they now had a note on my agreement that it got changed to an OPEN trailer the day before and that the travel center had called me to do this. I have a cell phone log (for the only phone I use) with no calls for that day, since I was out of the province!!! Now if someone would quit changing bookings I would be happy and it would greatly reduce the work load on the staff at this location, but this is now the 2nd time for the last 2 times I have used this company . First time was in Kamloops BC where my booking disappeared completely. I will no longer use this company since it doesn't seem to matter what location I use something gets changed.

Improve the online reservation system. I did not receive what I reserved but the equipment provided was sufficient to meet my needs. However, the pick up location was the issue. I could not get my equipment at any of the 3 locations within an hour of me but had to drive 3 hours to regina to pick up and three hours home. Pack and then drive 8 hours on my move. To say it was inconvenient is an understatement. If online reservation isn't possible, dont offer it.

Staff admitted truck had not been cleaned up between rentals but truck was fine. A little more instruction on operation of truck would have been appreciated. Discovery of manual shifter in mountains was very helpful re: engine braking.

Please notify staff on suggesting customers who are renting vehicles to properly park in the lot as well as not being rude to customers who may be returning their rental and accidentally park in the wrong spot as the designated spot to park the return vehicle is already full.

The Park street location was excellent. I found the online booking site less than satisfactory though. I booked my trailer online for the Park st location but was changed to a different pickup location without adaquate notice. I did get a confirmation of booking but there was no clear alert that the pickup location was changed. I was lucky that the Park st location had something that worked for me. If there is a change in pickup location there needs to be a clear indication on the confirmation email and an option to cancel if it isn’t satisfactory.

Originally wanted a 15', last minute was told I could only get a cargo van even after the email confirmation saying the 15' was available and ready for me. Called other companies but due to the situation being last minute it was easier to just accept the cargo van.

This store needs serious attention. Your staff is rude, ugly, smelly and treats customers awfully. How is this acceptable? You guys accused me of stealing the van I rented, after I returned it to that location and put they keys in an employees hand! 0 accountability! unreal you guys ended up losing the van and rented it to someone else! Shame on U haul for letting the park street regina operation operate with its current staff. What a joke! I should get my money back! I will tell everyone this experience! You guys are wrong and need to learn from making mistakes! look at all the 1 star google reviews!!!!!!!!!! do you even care? 306-580-0331 call me! doubt you will! Uhaul is just a terrible company I would never reccomend anyone using you guys. However this location was decent. Waited a bit outside before anyone helped me return the truck but other than that they were extremely friendly.

I am actually logging a complaint because I had a confirmation for a location in Saskatoon, where I lived at the time. No on today me the your reservation number means nothing. They told me on the day of the move, when I called, that I was to contact 1-800-Go uhaul. Well uhaul changed the reservation to North Battleford with no notification. So I had to used my gas to drive there and back plus gas for the drive to Saskatoon in that truck

The receiving woman refused to consider a rebate on my insurance which I had been promised at my pick up location. I was told to drive around the building and unhook trailer and leave. I did this without any help or trailer inspection either. The location in Regina was convenient but the customer relations was lacking.

Have the right vehicle available. We reserved a truck (had the email confirmation), but were told that we would be given a van instead because of the company overbooking. It was a messy start to our moving day, wasn't impressed.

My booking was constantly being changed on me at the last minute. I couldn't drop off where I wanted to and I couldn't have the 15 foot truck I wanted (even though I booked it a month in advance), which resulted in me having to pack up people's cars with my stuff and have them drive out to weyburn with me, then have a friend drive the truck back to regina to be dropped off. I was notified of these changes just a few days before the move. I am not happy with my uhaul experience.
