I rented a truck on Debit and was charged #125.00 on June 14. The truck was returned June 15 and the internet was down, so they couldn't refund the balance ($77.00). After a few days, I called the call centre and gave them my new address and asked them to mail out a cheque, which they did. To the old address. I called the call centre again and reiterated the NEW address.. After about 2 weeks I called back and got the call centre again. They launched an investigation. No one ever got back to me reguarding that. Another 2 weeks goes by, so I call again and finally get the manager at the location. She says to come down and well straighten it out. So I go down, talk to Pierce, he credits my debit, but there's a little glitch. Hen assures me that everything is fine and that the transaction went through. Next day, I check my bank account and nothing has been transferred. I called my bank and there's no hold, nothing that they can see on their end. I wait the 5 business days, like it says on my receipt and still nothing. Now I'm very upset. Called the location again, multiple times, and kept getting transferred to the call centre. I spoke to a rep there that listened to me, put me on hold for 7 minutes, then transferred me back into the que. I waited for another rep to let them know what happened and that I had lost all confidence in their company. I then called the location again and actually got through! After speaking to the manager, I am assured that I will get a full refund tomorrow. I'll let you know if that actually happens.

The vehicle was good and had enough space for the stuff I needed to move. I think the price is little on the high side specially for long mileage as my case here. However, overall it is very good and I would definitely use again. Room for improvement: My pick up time was 8:00PM and I arrived exactly at 8:00PM. However, this location also closes at 8:00 which I did not know and it took a bit back and forth with the branch to let me in and give me the vehicle. I would suggest to have your latest pick up maybe 15 minutes before the branch closing time. Thank you.

The equipment I reserved was not held therefore not available. The young man there gave me a deal on a pick up truck and open trailer. It worked but significantly changed how I did my move.

I waited 40 minutes before I was served. The trailer I rented was missing a chain connection to hold end-gate closed. Jagged chunk of metal left where original end-gate latched.

It was overly busy and they were short-staffed. The computer was apparently down so it appears my return information was not entered correctly. Even though I brought the trailer back within 24 hours of renting it - they invoiced and charged our credit card for 3 extra days - even though we had paid up front when we took the trailer out. Am working to have this charge credited to our visa. When this is done I can give the company a better rating.



This was my first time renting, and all three staff were incredibly polite, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They were patient and clear with all their answers to my many questions regarding use and care of the equipment. In the end, the car dolly worked excellent, simply, and I had a great experience. Thanks much to Pierce, Andre, and the other shop guy (sorry I cannot remember his name, especially since he was so awesomely helpful)!!

We 'booked' two uhauls recently. Both times we called our location, someone answered the phone 'hello' (a man and a woman). We moved ourselves in mid July and my grandparents in the end of July. Upon booking our trailer, we were told that we would be called back within a couple of days... after nearly two weeks of waiting for our call-back, we decided to call to confirm and there was no booking and the people working were confused by both English and my requests and frustration, as we were moving within a few days. I ended up calling an international number and confirmed that we didnt have a reservation, and was offered a trailer in Moose Jaw (1.25 hours one way from Kronau). I ended up going with another company. When I called to confirm my grandparents reservation (same situation, no call back from our location), AGAIN NO RESERVATION WAS MADE). Luckily they weren't left stranded as I called international again, and there was 1 trailer left). No apology was made from our dealer in regina at any point, for either reservation. I have dealt with uhaul on several occasions and as business owners, we planned to use uhaul in the future... not anymore!! The people managing the location here in regina should really be investigated... I cannot believe the lack of customer service or support from them. Your international call centre, however, was quite helpful... other than offering us a uhaul in the middle of nowhere with no compensation. 0.5 out of 5 stars!!

Didnt get contacted to confirm reservation. This time everything worked out great our trailer was available and we got the job done. First time we rented a big moving truck and showed up to get it to be told we couldn't take the one they had for our 2 days because they were saving it for someone the next day. Had to do a full move overnight and return by 8am so that someone else could take the truck we booked for 2 days. Would be nice if they actually called like it said

Actually have the equipment I booked! I booked at least a month in advance for a 26 foot vehicle, only to be let known that there was no vehicle there, and was offered a 15 foot vehicle instead. However, we saw someone take a 26 foot vehicle right when we came to pick ours up....Supposedly someone left a voicemail with me the day before, however I received no voicemail at all. Needless to say we were not happy. I will say the woman working there in the morning did well to try to fix the situation but this should not happen in the first place. Kudos to her, but the booking process and being let down did not leave a good tast in our mouth. I would tell others to tread with caution with Uhaul.

We followed the online check in process which took 10 minutes (as we were waiting for my ID to be verified)...and then we had to wait in line a further 30 minutes in the building just to get the keys! During pick up and drop off, we met three couples who had ordered trucks/vans, only to come in at their scheduled pick up time and be told there were none in stock. We were very lucky that ours was available. Very poor indeed!

First of all when you ask for a location and they don't have your booking but they have it at a different place when you sit outside waiting for an hour to the open to find this out and then you get to the second location and find out they don't have a truck for you I was little upset with that we ended up getting stuck in the stupid van to move stuff or we would have got nothing at all am I happy with his no I think it was the worst situation that could ever happen I sure hope I hear from you and get some kind of an apology or some kind of compensation can one drive my cell number if you want to call me at 3:06 526-7634 my name is Jim fehr darlene fehr husband
