Had to drive 2 hours just to get a trailer. Had trailer reserved a week prior to pick up 2 days before pick was told it's not there. Trailer lights did not work!

I find out that months end is busy, if you can add more workers on one month's end because what I witnessed I booked pick up by 4pm I was on line for 2 hours more than the hour I suppose to do job if can look at those books for pick ups and those coming new book up

I tried to book a 15' truck, however I was notified a day prior that it wasn't available, so I was given a 9' van. This was a major inconvenience for me and my family because it left us in a tough situation. We wanted a one way as well but we're told this van had to be returned to Uhaul Regina. When I went to pick up the Uhaul at 1pm I was told the van wasn't available till 3. I requested a later return and was verbally told I could return it the following business day, however when I looked at the contract it said 24hrs from pickup, which forced us to call customer service and have it extended. Also the Uhaul app did not work at all, and I had to deal with everything in person, thankfully it was during operational hours.

Although I had the equipment a lot longer than expected, my belongings are damaged due to a hole in the roof of the cargo area. It had rained on the night I picked up the truck and on a couple of other nights.

Lot is very small vehicles are everywhere I was picking up a trailer. Had to ask people to move there Trucks so I could hook up trailer. Gentlemen at counter is the one staff there so things are very slow. The prices that I had booked online where different once I got to store. So that was another waiting period as I was told site was America dollars. Had to show him no this says Canadian funds so he changed it. Which I think is bull shit, I had done all the online steps enter all the info drivers pictures.. and still it took over an hour in store. I had reserved 2 x 12 moving Blankets only to be told I could not have them. Mean while there are bags of them on a rack outside for rent.. only for trucks I was told?? Seriously mad about this I was moving Item from Saskatchewan to Ontario and leaving next day. Take away: not enough staff, very slow, things may no be as you think they are!!

Not sure why you suggest to pre-register / check out ' On Line ' when we have to redo half of it once at the location. It is time consuming. The location was full of rental vehicles and difficult to either park or outmaneuver around. A very positive point here is that the service provided to me by the service person was excellent accompanied with a nice smile and very polite throughout our interactions.

We had a very poor experience overall. It was extremely difficult to book a u-haul within the city for 3 days. We kept getting different answers from multiple u-haul employees - both in the office and on the phone. We weren't even sure if our reservation was secure leading up the time we picked it up. We were also told two different locations for pick up. We went to the first place and there was a 26' truck that we thought was ours, but was apparently broken. So we went to the other one and we stood in line for about 25 min (the staff is extremely slow!) and then it took about another 20 min to figure out our reservation and get on our way. The whole experience was awful. We were stressed leading up to the day we needed the truck and the lack of communication and consistency was unbelievable.

You should work on everything truck was unclean, Lights were not working properly, I did online check in and the store employee were telling no name has been there in our system. I have to wait for 3 hours to complete this issue. Call were taking 27 minutes to respond. Slow and worst service.

The drivers door is really hard to close. You have to slam it. And the unit I used was American so the kms were miles. That was an adjustment

Dreadfully slow counter service. Took ages to pick up my vehicle despite using the mobile pick-up service. I was waiting for two very disappointed customers whose pre-booked vehicles were just not available (what's the point of a guarantee?). Return was worse. The mobile drop-off app is useless - laborious and clunky. The location share would not work and the photo requirement could not be fulfilled. Eventually, while in a huge line-up in the office, a helpful employee emerged and told those of us returning vehicles that we did not need to wait and that billing was automatic. Sadly no help to the couple I spoke with who had been waiting for service for more than two hours. Overall an appalling experience and one I have no desire to risk repeating.
