Need more people to help. Only one person working. Waiting time was to long.
YOULIE KI returned the truck as more than 1/4 of the tank caused I pumped up the gas at gas station next door to make sure the tank was passed 1/4 mark as required to get $19 reimbursement. The line was long and the clerk lady told me that it’s all good to go and they will reimburse me the refund. They didn’t refund me at all.
DANNY NThe space is not large enough to safely secure trailers. The agent hooked us up with a trailer that had a faulty right axle.
CHERYL MIt was shocking that they wanted to charged $25 for one shoe print on the floor after we had swept the floors and cleaned them. Also is there a reason why employees got guns on them that are exposed? It felt as if it was used for intimidation purposes.
ALMIR DCustomer service during drop off was lacking. Had to find employee to notify of my drop off (10:30am) and they were not helpful, courteous or willing to process my drop off while I was there.
MITCHELL LVet recommended mover help better!! The movers I hired through U-Haul literally broke or irreparably damaged every single piece of furniture they touched! They also dropped boxes of glass, but then claimed it was MY fault because the glass should have been wrapped better!! I'll NEVER use those movers again!

WILLIAM BWe rented a 20-foot truck from U-Haul and the whole experience was great. Picking up and returning the vehicle was super quick and easy—no issues at all. The truck was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a smooth rental process!

DEREK SWas helped at checkout by Sonnet. She did an excellent job of explaining the contract and ensuring I had the information I needed for returning the trailer. I was particularly impressed that she understood that my return time would be at the peak busy period and gave me some guidance on how to navigate the facility to ensure I wasn't trapped in the driveway. Without this information I would most likely found myself in a tough position. Check in was equally easy, as both Sonnet and the other woman working directed me to an easy spot to back the trailer into and had me unhooked in just minutes.
John-Scott MWhen I first reserved the vehicle, I tried to do all the check in stuff and when I got to the part that asked me how many miles I was going to use, the website wouldn't let me go any further. It just didn't work, so I tried to go to my computer and make it work and the uhaul.com website didn't have any way for me to check in, so I was unable to check in at all until the day of my reservation. It was super annoying and a waste of my time.
Dominic JOn the day of moving we were notified last minute we had to adjust our drop off location. We were quoted 20 mi would be deducted from our billing. Major inconvenience, we were charged additionally for some minor leaves which was a $27 cleaning fee. Pick up location was average. No complaints there. Not pleased with the service of the drop-off location and the experience of what I was charged thereafter.

RACHEL LI got an email message 7pm the night before I was to pick up my rental the next morning, saying that there is no on-site parking. It was too late for me to make other plans. When I arrived, the manager told me I couldn't park there. I asked where can I park, she said "not here". Zero empathy for my situation. I said I needed to load some items from my car to the van before I went to look for parking somewhere nearby. She said I could not - once I take possession of the truck, I had to drive it off the lot. She finally agreed I could store things in the building. I've never been treated so poorly. I will not be back, and neither will anyone I talk to.

EUGENE KReturning was hard - the return line was full and we had to guess where else they might like the truck. They also overcharged me for things - there was an unexplained cleaning charge even though I returned the truck neater than I received it (we just moved some furniture around town, there was nothing to make a mess), they doubled the price of the Safe insurance with no explanation and then added some more mystery items to the bill. I asked about them but received no reply. The truck didn’t feel very safe. The PRNDL felt flimsy and like it would break, especially as the transmission was stiff and you had to really push hard to get into gear. This also made it hard to get to the right gear. I was very glad this was a local rental; I would not have felt save going any distance. They had useless stickers on the dashboard, such as the one urging me to get the most out of the battery, like it was an electric truck but it was the standard gas guzzler.

DONALD EKudos to the person that hired Christian she is the type of employee every company strives to have , she goes beyond professionalism , while being friendly I’ve used this location for my rental for over the last 40 years, though she was not the first person that I encountered here everyone that I have encountered here, especially her have been wonderful , Michael L.

ERIC CI first booked with a fella named Christian, he was great. I then arrived on Tuesday 2/25 around noon and the lady that helped me was also top notch. When i dropped off on 2/26 around 3:30 -4 pm, the same Lady was working the counter and another very nice Lady helped as well. Customer service was outstanding.
DEAN OHaving more than one person helping the customers so that there is a such a long line. I had a reservation time and still had to wait even though I can early enough to get keys. It mad me late for my move with my scheduled movers.
CHERRY VGreat service! We had to drive quite a bit to access the 26 ft truck. It would have been more accommodating for my local dealer to have the truck and not have to drive and pay for mileage.
HORACIO VThe worst rental experience of my life. I will never ever use U-Haul ever again!! My truck died twice with 2 blocks of picking truck up, switched to different truck which would have continuous issues engaging into 2nd & 3rd gears. They gave me a truck with 1/4 tank fuel. I used truck for 17 miles , I used 1/8 tank of gas , brought truck back after 3 hours and was charged $86.95 at pickup then $76 at return. Complete rip off and terrible customer service and support. You would think after delaying my rental because of mechanical issues and using it for 5 hours less and only 1:8 tank of fuel used I’d get a discount. You would think mechanical delay would warrant that by itself . Like I said if I don’t get refunded the 2nd charge I will never use this conpany again and will write reviews on any site I can think of about this awful location. Thanks
ANDREW YI had ordered $20 dollar Dolly and I got the small $15 dollar one. I ask the lady in the front desk if the one that I ordered was there she said yes. But it wasn’t. I had to come back wasted gas and miles that I was charged for. Called costumer service prior to make my way back they said that I was going to get discounted and when I got my receipt I never received the discounted . Not counting that I left the tank gas fuller than what I got.

SORIN SEveryone at U haul was super friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the price. I had to spend $200 to move a lawnmower, 40 miles.
BRIAN EStaff was helpful and kind. When we picked up the bins and brought them home though, they were filthy. Filled with dirt, leaves, human and dog hair, crumbs and other peoples moving stickers. Took us an hour to clean them all before we could pack. So while I would generally recommend, I would warn about the cleanliness

Shirley RYour website sucks. The online vehicle check-in is buggy and super long and confusing. Your online checkout is way too long and you constantly try to get me to purchase addons I don't want or need. The in-store personnel are amazing, but your online stuff is all really destroying the user experience. I will explore other options more next time.

Caleb SI always liked using this location. The staff if super friendly and helpful so no complaints there. The truck that was issued to me had really shitty windshield wipers. I had to go outside and press the wipers to the windshield to get them to clear up so I can drive and even then it was still wet. I don't see how nobody has complained about them before if this is the first complaint. It was horrible. And the inside lights don't work, the armrest was broken.

ENICKA BSince self check in again wasn’t working we could not self check in. A worker said that she would check in in the morning. I had her look at the truck to make sure she thought it looked clean enough. She says yes, it looks great. But then I got charged a cleaning free

CARL KRepresentatives were great. Extremely helpful and friendly. The vehicle was the only downside. Very clean but I didn’t feel very safe driving. Transmission felt like it was going to slip and the breaks were rough.

TIMOTHY CI have used this location for years with excellent service. This time though, either with new ownership or management now requires customers personal cars park off site while renting their vans. They may not have had any issues parking in the parking lot of a vacant building but it's only a manner of time before there's a brake in. This requires me to no longer use this facility.
TIMOTHY BLeft a few leaves in the back and was charged for $25 cleaning fee. Refilled gas to original level but still charged for 2gl. Stay away from this business.
QIANG ZI stopped using U-Haul 20+ years ago when I had a terrible experience (truck caught fire in the middle of the desert on a cross country move). This completely changed my mind. The store manager (I already forgot her name) was wonderful. Made the pick up and drop off process easy. She helped me get the trailer back in it's place when it was too tight for my poor backing skills. I had been considering buying my own trailer but this process was so easy I'm just going to rent one when I need it from now on.
