micheal lEquipment needed maintenance / replacement of the securing straps due to damage caused by incorrect installation of the retaining hardware. This was pointed out to the receiving attendant and should have been corrected.

Raj Vyou bumped my bellevue reservation in favor of someone doing a one way haul. doesnt make any sense theyd be doing more driving anyways. then when i switched my location back to bellevue, it confirmed and let me believe it was valid till i arrived to the location day of and they told me id have to go down to renton. if my reservation gets bumped again im just buying my own trailer, this was absolutely ridiculous.

JANA JI WAS CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $35.00 FOR gasoline when I delivered it in the same level (midway between 1/2 and 1/4) that it was provided. This level was an arbitrary and subjective any Uhaul and was not discussed upon delivery, rather, simply added to my bill without providing me an opportunity to manage. FILL THE TANKS and ask that the rental be returned with a full tank. Lastly, the transmission on my vehicle was shoddy. It had 126K miles and I was concerned it was going to fail - which was a safety hazard in addition to the financial responsibility it would incurred no doubt TO me. Bad, just bad.

Khai NI was to pick up in Federalway not Renton!! This has happened everytime I rent from U-haul in Washington. The location had more trailers on their lot, and at my expense I went to that location to pick up the trailer. Because of this, and then tried to make me deliver the trailer to a different location because they had to many trailers. This also at my expense!! I refused!! This was my last rental with U-haul!!!!

micheal lI want to say thank you, i had booked the smallest trailer, but talking with the counter staff about the intent, he suggested the next size trailer which worked perfectly, my booked trailer would not have worked, so his help made all the difference and saved the trip.
Tim WNot only that the gas gauge on that U-Haul truck was crap and I overfilled it by $15. Do you understand how much money that is when I’m trying to make money here and you guys text me on that it was a horrible horrible experience. I’m gonna take my business somewhere else prior with budget seriously you guys are terrible now your gas trucks gauges are a trick the trick people $15 $17 for me it’s a long way to go. I need that money.

hayes oI used the app this time to check out and in. When I checked in the app errored out. I went inside but no one was there and no one was outside in the drop off location so I just left the truck there without checking in. Poor experience.

Garret AGot double charged and the guy working the front seemed to have no clue how to do his job we tried to resolve the problem day off cause there was an extra charge of 100 dollars on top of the original but he said come in the next day when we dropped it off and didn’t want to make any calls that day I guess so we waited till the next showed up and he still couldn’t get us compensation and insisted on going back again tmr after claiming all weekend this is a simple issue but now we’re going into the work week and still have no forward progress of getting the money back

William CWe set up for 24/7 phone pickup in case we were not able to make it to our scheduled time (6:45pm) during business hours. We arrived after 7pm, and the truck was not set up for phone pickup, so we had to come back the next day. Do not offer phone pickup during business hours if you are not going to honor it.
Anna MIt was easy to get they ,were very nice when I went to get it and they where very nice when I dropped off the truck. They all were very pleasant would rent from them again. Very helpful. I rented a regular truck from them didn't need a big truck. Took it back they took out some gas money that I used,and got some money back.
