Had a terrible day trying to locate a trailer probably because I didn’t use the website and wait until last minute. However, your agent assist, hooked me up with this location and solve all my problems. I’ve always had a good experience with U-Haul.

FEVIU VI never got my 2 wheel dolly in the truck
John SI use this pickup location almost every Wednesday for the past several months for a one-day 26' truck rental. When I returned the truck yesterday they said the system was down and they would email me a receipt. Later that day I received the email receipt, and it was $45 more than my usual charge of $100. For some reason there is no longer 75 "Miles Included", and I was charged $1.09/mi. for the 31 miles I drove. Checking into this today.

JOHN MI always use U-Haul on Spruce Ave in Riverside, first because this location has a wide variety of vehicles available almost always and their staff is friendly and attentive.

RACHEL SMake sure if the previous guest who didn’t clean the bed of their van or vehicle, it gets cleaned one way or another. My husband and I are moving and we were transporting our really expensive valuables we didn’t have time to clean the bed ourselves so we laid down tarps to keep our stuff clean. We didn’t want to risk having the oil or sticky like substance be on our things.
SELINA DDrop off experience in the early morning could be improved with better communication as to where to drop off.

MICHAEL DThe truck we received would not start once we got it home. We then were forced to wait hours for roadside assistance before anything was fixed. I was not compensated at all for the delays or inconvenience.

ANTONIO VUse better people for customer service. I understand you guys are located right outside Eastside but the workers could have better customer service skills. I didn't have a problem with a worker but the people ahead of me dealt with the manager who seemed bothered to even be there to begin with. Major attitude as if he didn't choose that life himself. Great people are out there for the position. You just have to bump up the pay a few $$ an hour and watch it pay off. Also, can you guys optimize your systems??? It seems like a complete mess. Whoever is taking care of the database and/or servers isn't doing a good enough job. Being in IT, it's unfathomable to think that businesses as large as you guys still work SO SLOWLY. Upgrade, upgrade, and KEEP upgrading.
Andrew AGave me a beat up truck, I asked for a better one cause they had like 20 of them, they refused saying they're all the same, car bad alignment issues, door rattles, car had a hard time accelerating, gas meter was displaying wrong gas after I filled it up, + team members were flat our rude, never coming back to this location again

My receipt has no address to return it because I explained the lady in Las Vegas that I don’t know where is a u- haul around to the new address the lady was so nice, she told I will no put the address so you can return it to any close U-haul so I dropped it off I asked the worker if I need a receipt he told me no with the trailer number is fine I went to Chicago for vacations and when I come back u-haul charge 236.00dlrs because supposedly I returned the trailer on August 4. How I am going to return it that day if I was in Chicago? This ridiculous I was tired, angry, frustrated, and all because of such bad service.
ROSALBA LCustomer service was great however did not have all the boxes I reserved. Even though it was confirmed. Also the trucks were parked a mess and it made it impossible to park.

MITZI MI don't recall anyone suggesting a specific number of containers, but I ordered 3 based on all the loose items and containers in storage that I had, which worked out well. The date was changed by U-Haul which caused some issues. If you are asking "What can we do to improve...", my suggestion is that if someone orders containers three weeks ahead of time and you tell them they will be delivered on a specific date that far in advance, then make sure they are delivered when you say they will be. I never got an explanation as to why my containers weren't available on the original date I was told and I also was not told that the date could change for no reason. Made it hard to coordinate with help.

JOSEPH BWhen I arrived, a unit had not yet been assigned to me. I was assigned a unit by staff. When we went to the unit so I could see it and put items inside, there was still a lock on the unit from another customer. The staff informed me that they would work on getting the lock removed. I told them that I could wait a bit to put the items that I had in my car with me into the unit. However, I would need access to the unit within a few hours, when my hired movers would be coming to unload a truck full of furniture into the unit. When I came back a few hours later with the movers and truck, the staff let me know that the customer's lock had been removed and that I could access the unit. When I went to the unit and opened the door, it was already full of furniture/belongings. The staff clearly had not ensured that the unit was emptied and cleaned after removing the lock. I think had to wait approximately 30 minutes (while I was paying the movers to sit and wait, also) for the staff to try and find a temporary solution. I was eventually offered 2 U-Boxes instead. While I made do for the moment, as I was paying the movers all this wait time, U-Boxes are not what I need and I was not offered a long term solution. I will need constant, short-notice access to my storage unit, not U-Boxes where I would need to call ahead every time I need access. Additionally, when I went to leave the facility and finish my move, I could not exit the parking lot with the truck because there were so many other trucks backed up parked and blocking the exit driveway. Again, I had to waste time waiting for staff to move trucks and create a passable driving route, all the while again paying my movers to have to wait, as well. The facility was extremely understaffed all day. The two men working were working hard, but clearly needed more support. Extremely disappointed overall.

Also, there seemed to be only one person available to help me and there were a lot of customers there so it took way longer than it should have.

mark R | Overall ExperienceI was given a broken storage unit that was only able to close using the uhaul side to lock. I was unable to use the lever to pull the unit open and was not easily accessible. When I did pick up my belongings - most of my things had mice feces. I only used the storage for 4 weeks and was very unhappy with service and most times a U-Haul truck or trailer was in front of my unit making it unavailable most visits. I don’t believe I will reccomend or use U-Haul services again.

He is clearly dedicated to his position there at U-Haul = pleasant, courteous & professional. As he was walking in front of me to unlock the U-Haul lock off my storage unit…I noticed Ed reaching down and pulling out a weed. I was impressed. Thank you for everything.
