Both the person who checked out the truck to me AND the person who accepted it back (not the same person) were personable, friendly and very efficient ... I love tenting trucks from Uhaul. I have never had the slightest problem!

Stop stating that reservation cost charges will be $0.00, when in reality you actually charge my card $1.00. Provide immediate refunds when due immediately, instead of making me wait four (4) days, as of this writing to receive my refund. You got your truck back; Give me my money back. If I have to keep my word; Keep yours.

Night and day difference between this location and the store st Van Buren location. I would never use the Van Buren store unless there was a change in management. Poor service and poor work installing a wiring light kit to pull a trailer. The spruce location a much better choice.

Uhaul called at 730 pm the night before the truck and trailer were to be picked up said there was no truck or trailer basically said to bad. James at this location was very very rude. Mentioned this to the general manager to complain said James worked there but we were ignored. Have spent thousands of dollars at Uhaul in recent years. I would never go back to this location.

I have been to this location 3 times within the last month and the service has been great. Once I have been seen buy the cashier everything went very well. The only down point was that there was usually a line and it took around 30 minutes to get seen by the cashier. 1 more cashier would have made the experience a lot better. Besides that everybody there was cheery and professional.

as I walked in was greeted ,then once I got to the front and was assisted by the manager , who was at first maybe not in a great mood or maybe he was mad about something ?? I started to ask what size trucks they had and for a big store with several trucks outside was told they had only a 15" truck that I could rent or a 20" that had to be back that same day by 7pm (I got there at 1ish )and had no choice , as I was in a hurry , I asked if there was another uhaul close by and he said he didn't know, ? At that point I kinda had no choice but to get the small truck . I would have thought that for a Mgr. He could have said let me check my system and see if there's a truck in the size you need at a different location , but did not even bother . I have been to the San Bernardino location (downtown)and they are awesome there , they have even reserved for me at another location if they did not have what I needed!! So I got the small one and then he kinda changed his attitude up and started to be friendly he let the guy know I was on my way out.. Now the guy oust side was awesome even adjusted the mirrors nice guy , maybe he should be inside and the Mgr outside . I really do not do these surveys because I hate to put people down , but this is the truth and from my point a manager should always go above and beyond to do what's best for the customer , I mean just a simple, I can check if another store has what your looking for would have been great ! I will think twice before going back??

On a 4 hour drive it took me 10 hours due to a trailer flat. After 4hours hours in the desert, the tire was replaced, and after driving to the next town Blythe, which was 50 miles I stopped for fuel and doing a check of tie downs and connections I checked the trailer tires and discoverd the other tire was void of tread arround the tire showing the cord of tire. After another hour I was again on my way, getting to my destination at 1 am instead of 7Pm. I am a stressed out wreck. Why doesnt your field dispatch have a cheat sheet for major freeways call box gps locations along with exit # map locations?

This wasn't my pick up location. I reserved the truck from the Moreno Valley U-Haul at 23730 Sunnymead location and didn't find out that I had to go to Riverside until I arrived in Moreno Valley. I was told that I could drop off the truck in Moreno Valley and I would get a $50.00 reservation credit and was charged $101.23 and never got the credit.

Have a the truck that a person reserves available for the customer when they come to pick it up. This was an awful experience I made reservations a week ahead of time received confirmation from UHaul, went to pick the 26' truck and was told there were none so I had to drive to another city to get a 20' then the following day I asked for a 15' UHaul told me to pick it up in Moreno Valley, when I got there an hour later they told me they didn't have any trucks. This is a real problem when you have sold your house and the buyer is trying to move and all of my stuff is sitting in the garage! I found UHaul very in professional and would worry about ever using them again. I think I did things right made reservations checked on my reservation and then was told there was nothing that could be done

The 10' van was clean, easy to drive, and a perfect size for a small apartment. This was a no-brainer for a Dad who finds himself moving his kids every now but and then. I would move this way again.

This was by far the worst customer service experience of my life. I asked to speak to the District Manager to report this location and was given a 1-800-go-uhaul number that did not allow me to speak to anybody! I will submit my concerns to the Better Business Bureau and make sure this experience is adequately reported on YELP and all other Social Media channels.
