Employee needs to learn good customer service and suggest what rentals are available that will make moving easier for the customer I needed to move a refrigerator rented a tall fully covered truck and a dolly but right before leaving noticed the truck was missing the ramp the employee had the nerve to tell me “You didn’t ask for a ramp” then he said he had to make another contract and charge me again for another another truck that was not missing the ramp but the trucks both looked the same to me. Except the second one did have the ramp .Then he states that re :the first transaction it will refunded in maybe 1 to 2 days. I was upset because what if I didn’t have the $ for the 2 truck rentals. Employee was not helpful and did not advice on what would be easier when it comes to renting moving trucks. I felt awful and not taken care of he probably thinks Me a female was going to carry a refrigerator and the dolly on to the truck instead of using a ramp??

First i am getting charged $30 more than i am supposed to get charged. I paid the estimate when i first picked up the truck and they still tried to charge me for the same amount when i returned it. The next day i woke up to a new charge on my account. I contacted but have not gotten back to.

Processing paper work and personnel too slow. Pick up truck was very duty, I could hardly see through windshield and was giving to me with very little gas. No inspection was made at time of pick up. 951-712-6698 please contact me as I like to file a claim

I was charged damn near 200 for no other reason than the fact that the manager didn't log me returning the vehicle. No one at the location was helpful in trying to resolve this issue. It doesn't seem like anyone really cared.

Don't require four people just to rent a truck Have enough people working so the line isn't halfway across the building



Signed up to do a quick pick up using my cellphone. When I arrived I had to input all of the information into the app that I had previously entered. then I had to wait in line and go through the same procedure as those who ad not registered for quick check out. When I got to the vehicle, it was extremely dirty and all banged up. I was then informed that the vehicle was out of gasoline and I would have to go to the gas station and put gas in the truck that I had just rented. This was a horrible experience and the Supervisor didn't even seem to care and didn't compensate me for my trip to the gas station. Really; Was I his customer or his employee? (There was a Big Stink in Riverside today!)

The guy who helped me was having a bad morning and was a bit rude... they never explained WHICH dolly I was renting, they charged me, when I drove it to the location that I needed to, there was NO dolly ro be used. I called to tell them, the guy over the phone said that they could refund me, but I said that I NEEDED a dolly and ask of I can go in my own personal vehicle to pick it up, the guy said that it was ok to do so. I drove back to pick it up, and upon arrival, I found out that they charged me for a tiny furniture dolly, not the stand up dolly to help transport my furniture from upstairs to downstairs. So I told them, nevermind about the dolly, and if I could just please be refunded. I mentioned to them MULTIPLE times that it was my FIRST time and to please bear with me and please explain things to me slowly. Not the best communication, not the best customer service

Set-up a 6am pick-up and when I arrived, the app said it was a hand pick-up and had to wait till 9am, when California heat was starting. Arrived at the store at 9am to wait in an hour and 15-minute line. Customer service phone line was an average 35-minute wait on 3 separate calls. In every single aspect of my experience this time were absolutely ridiculous. And currently trying to get the credit promised to me with little to no communication regarding the status, even when promised. PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES MORE so they can provide a decent experience. And get a decent interim Store Manager while the other is on Maternity Leave.

I hired moving help through U-Haul for a 2hr period. I received a call from them at 10:30pm the night before my move. I returned the call at 7:30am on the morning I was planning on moving. I left a message and they returned the call. I was charged for 2hrs but received 45minutes if help. They spent 20 minutes calling to make sure they would be paid! My new neighbors ended up moving my couch in which the movers could not do. They left never to return at which time my neighbor helped move the remaining items. I broke my toe moving.

The location is slow. Waited 1 hour to rent van when I had a reservation. Using the website is just as bad. Can’t return vehicle easily, if at all, using the website. Overall, I will not use UHaul in the future for anything. They simply don’t understand customer service. I don’t even understand why UHaul asks for a review: there’s too much to fix.

The gentleman that helped me with the reservation was very helpful friendly and knowledgeable. His name was Brandon Edmonds per my receipt. I appreciate the great customer service by both him and the person who retrieved the truck for me. Great job at this location. I would suggest alerting folks that they need two references when renting from this location.
