Fernando RWeight is the issue Advertising 2,000 lb weight Then upon delivery told box is 500 lbs included in your weight limit Then add the weight of 24 pads! The Staff was Excellent It’s Corporate Misleading the Public Tv got Broke! Bought all the Insurances 3 total Told Tv not Covered Load Shifting isn’t Covered First off the Load Hadn’t Shifted at all Had dozens of Pieces of Art with Absolutely Zero Damage!

Lisa DI received a call the night before that the location I selected online did not carry the trailer I needed. The staff was severely overmanned and the process took a lot longer than it should have, especially since I had an appointment to pick up. The staff was professional and courteous.

RICHARD IThe equipment seemed well maintained but it was very dirty on outside. I rented it for an event I was working and ended up washing it so I wouldn’t embarrass myself. The gentleman that hooked me up and took the return was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He made the experience excellent. I think name was Emanuel?
STEPHEN GI worked with Skye and she was so professional, efficient and accommodating. She pointed out an important feature that was missing from the trailer I reserved and helped me switch to a better fit and it was same price! Excellent service

CHRIS MLiterally our only negative was that our lock didn't lock. Or if it does, it doesnt lock easily. Other than that, our move went very well using the uHaul.
BRENDEN WIt was the first of the month.. but even then, an hour long line to pick up a vehicle is a bit much.

PETER TI would suggest signs for “visitor parking” & larger signs for “Entrance” . I had never been there and it was confusing, the signs are present but small for someone who wears glasses which were left behind in car. The young lady who helped me was extremely helpful and friendly! She went out of her to accommodate me because I needed a ramp and the vehicle I chose did not have one. I did not get her name but she definitely deserves the recognition for going that extra mile for me. I was beyond grateful and I hope this reaches the people to make her aware that she is an exemplary employee!!

MONICA VHave more employees working! There were 2 at the desk, one at equip return, and one working on a tow; two phone calls came through while the line grew. The employee who answered the phone said "your question will have to wait because I've got a line of people to handle first." It was a woman from another office calling about a damage form. It took about 20 minutes for me to get to my spot in line. I did not have a reservation. But the employees were thorough and pleasant and obviously perturbed about the line of people, but they couldn't go any faster. Not and still give a high level of customer service. There should've been at least one other person in the front.

Jason RI recommend having more than one person at the counter when the first open. I had a reservation to pick up equipment it took 30 minutes for me to complete the process. That’s checking in and getting hooked up to equipment. The return took about 20-25 minutes. Only one person checking.

VINCENT GWe didn’t drop off here. Our uhaul was towed here and then they charged me $1000 claiming it was an abandoned vehicle even though I did everything through uhaul roadside assistance. When I called to ask for a refund they tried to claim that we broke the truck using our own mechanic. There are clear notes on the rental profile explaining what happened and how it was through no fault of ours and I was still charged. I’ve only received a partial refund
Ashley CI was told to drop off the rental and they would send my receipt. I arrived before 12:38pm and the receipt said 1:15pm I was just worried to not be charged another day but everything was solved great experience

Jody FWhen I went to pick up my reserved truck the clerk was extremely rude to me, even after filling out contact information online the clerk demanded 3 more family contacts. Said he would not serve me if I didn’t give him the contacts. I’m not lucky enough to have a large family and told him so but he was flippant and short with me. I would not recommend this location because of his treatment.
IAN DTire pressure sensor bad. A/c only blew on window. Fuel gauge went from 1/2 full to 1/4 full in about 5 miles, so who knew what was in tank. Truck ran fine.

Gabriel RI was told the truck was 15’ plus the overhead attic. It is not, it’s only 13’ plus the attic.
JORGE PWhen I arrived, a unit had not yet been assigned to me. I was assigned a unit by staff. When we went to the unit so I could see it and put items inside, there was still a lock on the unit from another customer. The staff informed me that they would work on getting the lock removed. I told them that I could wait a bit to put the items that I had in my car with me into the unit. However, I would need access to the unit within a few hours, when my hired movers would be coming to unload a truck full of furniture into the unit. When I came back a few hours later with the movers and truck, the staff let me know that the customer's lock had been removed and that I could access the unit. When I went to the unit and opened the door, it was already full of furniture/belongings. The staff clearly had not ensured that the unit was emptied and cleaned after removing the lock. I think had to wait approximately 30 minutes (while I was paying the movers to sit and wait, also) for the staff to try and find a temporary solution. I was eventually offered 2 U-Boxes instead. While I made do for the moment, as I was paying the movers all this wait time, U-Boxes are not what I need and I was not offered a long term solution. I will need constant, short-notice access to my storage unit, not U-Boxes where I would need to call ahead every time I need access. Additionally, when I went to leave the facility and finish my move, I could not exit the parking lot with the truck because there were so many other trucks backed up parked and blocking the exit driveway. Again, I had to waste time waiting for staff to move trucks and create a passable driving route, all the while again paying my movers to have to wait, as well. The facility was extremely understaffed all day. The two men working were working hard, but clearly needed more support. Extremely disappointed overall.

Also, there seemed to be only one person available to help me and there were a lot of customers there so it took way longer than it should have.

mark R | Overall ExperienceI was given a broken storage unit that was only able to close using the uhaul side to lock. I was unable to use the lever to pull the unit open and was not easily accessible. When I did pick up my belongings - most of my things had mice feces. I only used the storage for 4 weeks and was very unhappy with service and most times a U-Haul truck or trailer was in front of my unit making it unavailable most visits. I don’t believe I will reccomend or use U-Haul services again.

As he was walking in front of me to unlock the U-Haul lock off my storage unit…I noticed Ed reaching down and pulling out a weed. I was impressed. Thank you for everything.
