This location has really improved. I used to avoid renting from the Spruce location, even though it is only a couple of miles from my home. My last four visits there have been great. Keep up the great work!

It’s an added bonus for uhaul to have so much more gas as a lot of times I get the vehicle with barely any gas.

We needed to locate a secuity tool driver to remove the screws when the boxes were delivered to Maricopa. Your staff experience and excellent 👌 the best!!!

Alice AugustoU-Haul has no ideal what is going on. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. I had a reservation for Sat. morning at the location in Banning, CA. U-Haul calls me about 8:30 and tells me they don't have a car transport and I need to choose another place. She gave me several locations, not in my area I ask about San Bernardino or Riverside Ca. She said Riverside location had them and gave me a reservation number. I show up at the location, there are 4 setting in the lot, go in and was told in didn't have a reservation, i show him my phone with the information, counter person said I didn't have a reservation and his were book. I said I know 1 is for me. I didn't get 1 however he did sent me to the location on Spruce, Picked up a transporter, I'm picking up the car and U-Haul calls and wanted to know why I didn't show up at the Banning Ca location, they had a transported for me. ?????? I explained to the lady I already had a transporter that U-Haul send me allover the place to pickup She couldn't understannd that. U-Haul needs to get their auto call center (which sucks) repaired/redone. Spruce was OK, would I recommend U-Haul............NO!
Randy AllenThis is the second time I’ve rented here and both times they have wanted to charge me for damage. They are very slow. People were lined up at the counter and I saw a worker come through a door and didn’t care there were customers needing help 15 minutes later she decided to help out and I ended have her help me and had no idea how to help me out because someone marked my return wrong. I will never rent there ever again.

Carl StrasburgActually, for the total U-Box experience, which for us was positive & exceeded our expectations, there needs to be a review form that captures all the touch points of the whole organization. A few examples from our case: while I didn't do any business directly with our local U-Haul location at the delivery location, they were outstanding at providing information, answering questions, and showing me equipment & service options. I ended up making our initial reservation over the counter with them though there was no business done directly with them afterwards. They were very professional & courteous. [Salem, WI]. Another group that made our experience a positive success were all the personnel at two regional offices; one that handled the pick up location, and one the delivery location. I don't intend to be negative, but with the way that the U-Haul business is structured nationwide, & the memories of U-Haul that I grew up with, tens of years ago, I expected something disjointed that I would end up chasing down to manage, but our customer experience was smooth & seamless, and with a 2000 mile connection in the middle of it. I have completed the above review for the named service location, and they did their job & were an effective part of our experience, but the whole network and engineering of the service experience is what came together for us.
Greg TennisThe computer system drastically under estimated the amount of boxes I needed. It said 3, I got 4, but could have used 5. Especially if I did not have a truck and car to load up for the move. But, every person I dealt with was fantastic! From setting the appointment, to loading, to unloading and everything inbetween, every single person I dealt with was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I rate everything but the amount of U-Boxes as 5 star. Great job with the crew.

Also, there seemed to be only one person available to help me and there were a lot of customers there so it took way longer than it should have.

I was unable to use the lever to pull the unit open and was not easily accessible. When I did pick up my belongings - most of my things had mice feces. I only used the storage for 4 weeks and was very unhappy with service and most times a U-Haul truck or trailer was in front of my unit making it unavailable most visits. I don’t believe I will reccomend or use U-Haul services again.
