PERRY SPeace! My name is, Devon McNeil. I came in to this location two days in a row; and I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. I’m not to sure of the gentleman’s name, but I do know he’s light skinned, hazel eyes and he’s a manager. Whoever hired and trained that young man, did an excellent job. I watched him utilize his patience and professionalism when dealing with customers. I will definitely recommend people to go see HIM. Thank you. Devon McNeil
KIONA LI found the store representatives very helpful and nice to deal with. My only complaint is that when you reserve a trailer for a particular location you are not guaranteed that you will actually be able to get the trailer at that location. In this instance I was able to but on a previous out of town rental I had to drive a good distance out of my way to get the equipment.

Edwin BThe only thing I didn’t like about the service is the additional charges. I don’t want to mention but almost everything besides the actual fees of the equipment and the miles, has an additional charges. This is not a good service at all for someone like me who is really new to this. They gonna end up paying more bucks on what they have already paid, which is not worth it. This could have been more joyable and comfortable journey if I was not bombarded with the list additional fees. I was freaked out and the whole pick up and drop became a task of not loosing extra money. I wouldn’t recommend student particularly to use this. If at all you want to use the service make sure you have a good driver with you. I literally mean it!!

Bruce DHad a slight issue with the original truck I reserved. The tire was low in air but the staff promptly filled it. Then my drivers side door wouldn’t close all the way so he just gave me a new truck. The whole transaction was very pleasant and expedient given the circumstances. Wonderful staff! Only frustration was the drop off, my phone had died so I was a bit late getting back to return it. The weather was terrible and it wasn’t very clear how to return the truck via phone. Will definitely be using this location in the future! The customer service and staff help was worth the hiccups.

Anthony WStaff is absolutely stupid, two guys kept scaring me that towing this bac trailer will “rip” my car apart. Even after requesting them, that since a live agent as well as the system completed booking, please let me try but they took it as power struggle and kept arguing in loud voice as if they were in a fight. Next day on return, female clerk refused to take it back saying “ go return at a different location saying “I am a woman”. There was snow falling forecast, I kept requesting and then she said “ I am getting frustrated, u r not understanding” again she was in loud voice. All those three staff definitely do not deserve this job as they are not just making u haul loss of business, they are also cussing customers a hell of difficult time and failing their plans to move timely. I hop someone would really pay attention to this survey.
Ghulam SBoth of the representatives who helped me were notable and commendable for their friendliness and helpfulness. It's tough to be "on" in a customer service role doing a lot of routine work so both of them really stood out--and were a big reason for my high scores.

Dominique GThe code I was given to pick up my truck was incorrect. I was told I was inputting it incorrectly over the phone. Then told to wait until the store opened for an employee to open the lock box. I stood for over an hour in 20°f for someone to show up. When the employee got there he informed me that I was given the wrong code, then proceeded to open the lock box with a new code, only to find the keys where not in the lock box and where in an entirely different location. I was then able to get my keys 1.5 hours past the time of my original pick up. Which caused me to have to pay my moving company for the extra time. Which only compounded because I was left sitting in rush hour traffic on my way down to New York City. Truly a terrible experience that ended up costing me hundreds of extra dollars.

Michael TRented a 9-foot cargo van for a one-way trip. Then, I was informed that they did not have vans for one-way, so I had to drive a 10-foot truck. This was a major inconvenience because the shortest route to my destination had height restrictions, causing me to drive a greater distance.

The only thing different that I noticed was that when I rented a truck years ago..you were given a full tank of gas and had to return it the same way not its different..basically they way you got the gas (what the meter reads) is where you return it so that is different for me but everything else was ok.
