No problems with this location just with your company had notified me to let me know that my reservation was transferred to another location. Your company wasted a few hours of my time causing me to be late to an appointent later in the day. If you had sent me a survey for the original reservation location I would give no stars, the staff are slow and disorganized. Waited over half hour to get to counter even with online check in for a trailer they didn't even have and then waited nearly another half hour to find out they shifted my reservation to Brookline without telling me. I am using budget truck rental for my 24ft truck for my big move. 1 they are cheaper and 2 more reliable.

I had to drive 90 miles to pick up some furniture and return to Boston and I had no idea what the vehicle would be like. I was quite pleased with the van and once I got over my insecurities was quite pleased.

I took extra care to fill the gas mark to 7/8ths but I was still charged extra for fuel. The ingnition key must be kept on for at least a minute to get an accurate guage of the gas tank level. I would appreciate it if the charges were reviewed. Many thanks

Everything worked out great in Brookline. Slight glitch at drop off location in Dennisport Ma. Computer glitch billed me for extra days and cleaning etc. Karen Rogers found the error and called me to refund my money. Excellent customer service. Uhall has been excellent to me over the years. Good company and I highly recommend them. Thx

whoa, what a horrible customer experience. Reserving the car was the only good part. When I picked up my van before hours, I used the app. It started out ok. Got to step 5 out of 8 and then things slowed down, took 20 minutes to get a "live app approval" but then it just said, "Sorry, we can't rent to you." Which meant I had to wait an hour until the store opened. So I called and the woman (Shannon) said , Hmmm. looks like you've been approved I don't know why you didn't get in. I guess you should just try to adjust your time in the app." So I tried that and it said I couldn't do it until the store opened in an hour. Meanwhile the app still said I had a rental that was supposed to have started an hour before and it was still legit. Then an employee showed up before opening and he let me in the building to warm up (it was super cold) and I had to wait for him to "open" count his drawer, print something and THEN he called his supervisor or someone and left them a message about me. And then he went outside to "check in" the overnight rentals while I just stood there. The boss showed up and told me it was because I was late (30 minutes) to get my car but I didn't get anything that said DON"T BE LATE and the app let me check in AND the woman on the phone said it was all set, AND my app still said I had a legit reservation. So the boss had the original guy just adjust my time (which he could have done 30 minutes sooner). And I got in my car an hour and 15 minutes after I got there. Later in the day I got a voicemail asking if I turned the car in yet because I was supposed to. (I still had 8 more hours on my rental!!!) So I called them back, waited on hold for 8 minutes and then she said, ok, you're all set. When I went to turn the car in 30 minutes early I tried using the app and it now said that my reservation had been CANCELLED! so I couldn't get a receipt and wasn't sure if I was charged or not. Thankfully I had a delightful day otherwise but I can't believe that Uhaul could manage to mess up so many times and that no one really wanted to help fix the solution. The boss made me feel like it was my fault for existing and that I as making his life difficult. (Even though I was exceptionally pleasant because I was so excited for our day!)

I had 4 different rates, beginning with 19.95 a day with mileage when I booked it, then confusing non=explanations of other rates by a man who told me "the computer does it" ; also told to sign off of vehicle inspection, without even looking at the vehicle. When returning the vehicle- I asked for an explanation of confusing invoice, and was told I was charged for 2 days because I had the car for 5 hrs. The vehicle was fine, the experience renting it was ridiculous.

First, I did not choose this location. I do own a car, so I chose a location that was within walking distance. TWO days before my scheduled appointment, I was notified of the change. This is unacceptable. Two days in enough time to get a truck to the specified location. I was told this was not the way things are done, and with no discount for inconvenience I then had to hire a Lyft to take me to the above location. I was greeted with unfriendly staff and a less than clean rental truck that we actually cleaned before loading and driving.
