The truck had a dolly and unfolded blankets in it. I did not order these nor was the truck inspected with me for damages.

Inform customers that there is no parking for customers nearby. Street Parking is a 2 hour maximum.

When I arrived to drop off the Uhaul after hours I found the entrance blocked by other Uhauls. This is likely not the staff's fault - as other customers who are dropping off after hours probably parked the trucks. With that said, I had to rely on my girlfriend to help me maneuver through some very tight spaces, backward, to be able to find a space place on the lot that was appropriate. It would be great to have some guidance about what to do if the entrance is blocked though. It would have been a nightmare if I had to wait for a Uhaul staff member to come move a bunch of trucks out of the way. Overall it was a great experience in terms of customer service, the truck itself, and the app to return everything. Thank you!

Dixon is always a pleasure to work with and has become my go-to guy at UHaul for anything I might need. It's a busy location and even with a line of customers breathing down his neck I've yet to see him handle any request with anything less than stellar customer service. I've had mixed results with different locations over the years but having the right person calling the shots would appear to make all the difference.

Remove the dolly from the truck that was not ordered but you get charged for if you move it. It was in the way and took up space I paid for in the truck.

Me and my friend went and paid cash up front and when he returned it then there was no communication that they needed more money because of either gas or miles, we had the cash both before we rented and had money after and was willing and perfered to pay cash again but instead there was no communication and my card gets charged later on. I think to improve this they should inspect the van soon as people return it and give them a reciept aswell as option on how to pay, because i made it crystal clear that I wanted everything done in cash before i gave my card and eventhough it was just 20 dollars extra charge, its a simple request that they said yes to that would have made me a happy customer.

Very pleasant interaction with Dixon Louis when I was picking up the truck on Monday evening. He was very helpful in answering my questions and extending my rental for some extra time and an after-hours drop-off. My experience with the truck was very good. Truck ran well, as I would expect. I was most impressed with how easy the self-return via the U-Haul app was. Very convenient and a great way to be accommodating to your customers! Overall, very positive experience. I will be back.

1) Don't forcibly downgrade truck size two days before the reservation. Instead, keep your promises and have the promised size available. 2) Keep your promises by having the furniture pads and dollies available as customers have ordered them online.
