While I used the app to "skip the line", I still ended up waiting for close to a half hour to get my keys. I'm not sure what the point of having an online check in process would be if there's only one person working at the site who is overwhelmed with customers and unable to handle the quick transactions (literally handing me my keys) that are part of the online check in process. The rental, and the rest of the process itself was easy and as expected, but I wasted quite a bit of time standing around for no reason.

I waited in line an hour and a half to pick up a van that I reserved online weeks back. I can't believe there was only one person responsible for the entire location when it was clear that 90% of the people in line had reserved their vehicles beforehand. The person on call was EXTREMELY NICE, he behaved incredibly professional under a very stressful situation for him. This was poor management!

Was charged for two days, not one. When I called the location said someone would call me, that they couldn't make changes. I have yet to receive a call. Review your final bill carefully if you are returning after hours.

No improvements needed. Employee who checked me in and disconnected the trailer was helpful, friendly and quick. In our brief conversation, he told me how much he loved his job, which was why it was easy for him to be good at it.

I sent a uhaul at least once a week. I've had some good experienced and bad ones. This was easily the beat experience I had. Emmanuel, the employee I met, was extremely friendly and helpful. He put up with my unorganized-ness with no attitude and helped me get through a tough day, quickly and with all the right tools, not to mention I was running late. He even let me know which locks would be the best one to use. I wish there were more uhaul employees like him.

Please forward to T at the Brookline Store ( since I don't have the real contact information ) A wrote: That's 2/3 problems The checkout time and process, was obscene and took nearly an hour. Which was the cause of why I was double billed. ( A refund process which takes a full week! ) Nor was I even instructed in advance, that I would need a smartphone.... This delay was caused by your website failures which rebooted at every demanded uploaded pictures. ( Fix your website ) Nor, was I given an option to skip this arduous process, more so for a disabled person, just to turn in the damn keys. Checkout: Like it's a damned state Secret where the key drop is, and the company will only provide that classified data, until your customer finishes performing an hour of unpaid slave labour for you. That is why I used the term "obscene". I would like a credit. ( For this unpaid labour ) Nor am I happy it's impossible to call the local office directly , and straighten these things out. Demanding Customers who paid, and returned the equipment in perfect working order, to return to the local office to handle simple adult customer service issues is terrible business policy , and not the stuff future relationships are made. But I would, if my transportation was paid was by you, since I can not get a proper phone call. I Hope by the end of the week , all unnecessary and fraudulent charges are removed and I , in addition, recieve a *Massive Hassle Credit* That is what it will take to earn my full satisfaction. The attendent on duty was warm and helpful. He installed a tow ball on my truck, hooked up the trailer and did the reverse when I returned. However, when he took the trailer off he scratched the rear hatch, which was unfortunate.

The pick up process was easy. They explained the rules for returing the vehicle. I moved out my stuff to my new location, and there was someone there to take the truck back when I got to the store. No waiting, no hassle. Overall stress free and everything went smoothly.

This was easily the best experience I've had with a uHaul / moving service. Tracy and Angie were so helpful throughout and really seem to be on top of everything. The store was nice and organized, and the entire process was just very efficient. Would recommend any time.

When you put the 2 wheeler dolly in the back of the truck put the wheel side up - mine wasn't and the first time I braked it went rolling and hit the back of the cab with a startling BAM!

Great experience, only complaint is that I used the gallons of gas guide to refill the tank to half, but the tank was not 40 gallons. It said if I was near empty, it would take 20 gallons to get back to half where I rented it. So I put 21 gallons in which filled the tank. So I lost ~$25 in gas money. Other than that it was fine, thank you!

The owner was very unfriendly to the point of being rude. Nobody was in the office when we walked in at our appointment time and had to wait about 5 min. We were informed that in addition to $50 charge, we will be charged $50 for every 10 min we are late and there was no way we can extend the time. He sounded mad even though we were just picking up the truck and wasn't even late. He made us feel very uneasy and nervous about returning the truck on time (he told us even 1 min past the reservation time will be considered late). My friend told me that the truck that she reserved was late 4 hours which delayed everything on her moving day, but wasn't even compensated for the inconvenience. If that's Uhaul's policy, something has to be done, especially when they are collecting late fee.
