usual is going to completely loose all my business. your policies and customer service staff are horrendous, and make no sense at all.

I did not use the services or saw the location, it was after hours and I tried to do self drop off. The application was not running correctly on my mobile and I could not solve it conveniently and fast, I manage to finish an hour after being there, by using a different mobile. I think you need to reconsider how to improve the self drop off application.



Everything at the location itself was great. However, the online reservation process was not satisfactory. When I tried to change the reservation it kept directing me to a page where I could not input any changes and the system kept looping me back to the original reservation page.

I arrived a 8 am as my reservation was for that time, and I was told by the manager that I cannot pick up the car until 9am as that is the time the location opens and that he has other things to do. I had a very tight schedule so I find this pretty unacceptable. At the end the manager helped me out, but it was a chaos and I still wasted half an hour.

Rental process was very easy. However, returning the vehicle after hours was a huge pain. The mobile site did not load efficiently and would not accept the photos of the vehicle. I finally had to call to verify I returned the vehicle.

Had a reservation to pick up a uhaul at the value store it in Allston, MA but was not able to as the keys were not out. Need to be reimbursed for: 1. Travel from Allston location (location of reservation) to Brookline location and for additionall mileage on the truck due to Uhaul error in location.

First of all worst customer service I have ever experienced in United States. They charged me 1005$ extra for no reason. That is insane and going to dispute (no one response though)and in any case I am not going to pay that. So, cancel your franchise on this location .

For crying out loud, don't have somebody running the front desk that doesn't know how to deal with changing arrangements. That guy messed up my whole move, and added a lot of stress to an already stressful week.
