Rob needs more staff. His staff move at a snails pace with no sense of urgency. My check out took well over an hour yesterday. Unacceptable
PAUL RThis was not the original rental location unfortunately the original rental location did not have my vehicle ready on the day and time promised, nor could anybody get a hold of them as they were closed. I had to drive 20 miles out of my way to this location. fortunately someone did give me a $50 credit which was nice but it’s still ridiculous at the other location. Did not have my thing ready. I don’t understand how that happens
MICHAEL SThe convenience of booking last minute was great. The 10' van I used was clean and drove well. The customer service rep at the store was very friendly and professional. The AC did not work and the wind shield wipers were well beyond their life. It was low/ mid 90's most of the day and a thunderstorm rolled through. Not ideal at all. Had this been an out of town trip and I needed the van for more than a day, it would have been a terrible experience. Would recommend them for the positives outweighing the negatives, but far from a five star experience.

SAKHONE MThey made up charges that were not on me and were mistakenly made by the other pick-up location. So, it causes me fees and unnecessary charges. I am not happy with this solution at all, as I am a first-time customer.

MIKAELA SVehicle only had 1/4 tank fuel when I picked it up. Dropped off at BP new Smyrna beach, florida with more than 1/4 tank of fuel. Sent me final receipt charging me for fuel saying it was under 1/4 of a tank, which it was not. I even took picture & showed it to BP employee who would not come out & look at vehicle Scam

ALEXANDER HPicking up/dropping off a trailer should be a seamless process and not take 30+ minutes on both sides. Also, this location was being very dismissive of other customer issues, making it a very unwelcoming location.
Jonathan SThis is the second time in a row that I've come in on a Saturday and it was a disaster. I stood in line for 30 minutes, and I was in the middle of the line at that point. They couldn't find vehicles, left the counter unattended, had a new guy there on an obviously busy time being trained, then computers went down, (same thing happened 4 weeks earlier). It truly was a disaster and everyone in the line was just dumbfounded. They need to do something to prioritize getting people through the line and on the way. my appointment was for 10 am and I didn't leave with my rental until 11am, not acceptable.

RENSOU TBusy place; many rentals. We were pleased with ours. Upon return on a Monday morning it was somewhat chaotic with a long line. Fortunately two employees separately directed me to go out a certain way and enter the Exit area with trailor to the area they get trailors returned; gentleman in office quickly took off trailor from hitch and I was on my way; kinda uncomfortable with not receipt but all was well with electronic processing and charge.
MARGARET Sthere were approximately 5 to 6 people in front of me when we arrived. there was only one person handling the desk/reservations. One other employee was outside cleaning and staging the vehicles. It took 1 1/2 hours to get the rental of a 6 x 12 trailer. It took way too long.

ROBERT SI had to use this location after the original location, 2nd to None advertised after hour drop off but called in a very threatening manner stating I had to have my equipment returned by 12 noon on Saturday, I would have barely had the truck 24 hours. He screamed at me and stated people don’t listen to where to park and he does t allow after hours drop nor has ever. Funny thing is I returned equipment there a month before, AFTER hours! You should get a lot of business because of the unhinged owner of 2nd to None!
ROBYN TThe lines and flow could be better, but the employees were making it work. It feels like the location is too busy to serve customers well without a redesign. If trucks are blocking the entrance because they are backed up, then a trailer only location should be made and signage should read likewise. Putting everyone into the same long line doesn't work for simple car trailers. I feel for the employees -- their jobs are made harder due to the current inadequate design. It looks like business reinvestment time!

They were very efficient at drop off Little bit of a bottle neck with where they clean up the vehicles. The flow of the lane in front of the building can get backed up easily if they are cleaning a vehicle and get busy with customers . Could improve that
CHAD CDon’t understand how it’s cheaper to drag a trailer back on one way move. Should be cheaper to drop it at location
KEITH II reserved my trailer ahead of time with a scheduled pickup time. The office seemed understaffed and I had to wait 50 minutes before I was waited on.
DOUGLAS SRob, the manager, is absolutely outstanding. I'd poach him from U-Haul had I had any business.
Leonardo FStaff here is always the most knowledgable and friendly. yes, they are a little understaffed but I ALWAYS choose to rent from this location over others! n Tires on the auto hauler were newer and gave me confidence.

MOHIEDDIN KUnfortunately, I lost track of the name of the man who waited on us. It was a very busy morning on a holiday weekend and he did very well. He had a lot going on and he stayed cool, calm and friendly. He took good care of us and I hope if we rent from you guys again, we get him as the counter person. He is maybe 6 feet tall with white colored hair and a friendly personality. He’s definitely an asset for you.

BRADFORD WI had an issue with the wiring on my vehicle - the trailer lights wouldn't work. The manager came out, took about 20 minutes looking at my vehicle, traced the problem down, and fixed it for free!
